I have had great experiences here with many of the technicians, but recently have been very impressed with Jason. He is thorough and cleanly - he wears gloves from start to finish, which in my mind, just makes sense. I've always struggled with dry cuticles, hang nails, and aberrant nail growth on my right thumb. I can't cover it with nail polish due to my work, so it needs to be filed and buffed. Jason got to work, and my nails look great just to my liking - a buff manicure. They also have the tools in "sterilized packets" and they are not as evidenced by not seeking the color seal To make matters worse, when I still chose to leave a tip, a comment was made implying it wasn't enough. My lady is particularly happy and loves the new owners, Melanie and Rebecca, as well as manicurist Janelle, who also performs pedicures. According to my lady, Melanie "...is an artist..." and is the reason why she gets so many compliments from others about her hair. The location is in a shopping center on Bluemound Road and Calhoun.
