I went with my mom to get our nails done. We waited a while before they sat us. They started my mom's manicure. They had me move seats multiple times and had different nail techs come by to ask what color I was doing. My manicure started when my mom's was almost over. When my nail tech came over, she had a packet that was not sealed of nail tools and when she took them out, she sprayed them all with alcohol. The files that were used during my manicure were all clearly reused. My manicure began with removing my old gel and the nail tech over filed a few of my nails with the drill. When she started shaping my nails, she took them from a rounded/almond shape to a square without asking what shape I wanted. I had to ask twice for them to be round and they still came out as a rounded square shape. The edges of my nails are also not smooth. They are jagged and uneven. When the tech started putting the new gel on, she had me look at 2 colors and when I touched the bottles, they were sticky and left a residue on my hands. The counter was bare during the painting and it was also sticky. My tech seemed to be rushing through painting my nails. They came out barely covered and you can see my nail through the gel. Not all of my nails are fully covered. Overall, I would not recommend this nail spa at all. read more

I have been to CN three times for pedicures only. I generally do not get manicures so I cannot rate that service. As far as pedicures, each time has been good. Employees are very nice and they do a good job. Prices have increased from $28 to $30 for the basic pedicure. They will try to upsell you to the more expensive services.or add-ons. Overall it's a nice clean environment and they seem to do well with a steady stream of regular customers. I would recommend them if you are in the area and want your nails done. trimmed 3/5 of my nails way too short on my left hand. made me bleed, as well as cutting my cuticle. the guy was rough, pushy towards others and didn't seem to respect the needs/wants of me with my nails colors. wish I would have asked for a discount. he still had the audacity to ask for a tip. i politely declined and told him why. wouldn't recommend them, I didn't have issues in the past, but now I did. nails are definitely sore. won't be going back. I'm not impressed at all with the service I got. Once I got there I was told it was going to be a 20 min wait. After 50 min I finally was seated. Anytime anyone walked in they would lie and say it would be 20 min just so you would stay... the man who did my nail who I believe was the owner did a horrible job! My nails are all uneven! By Friday one nail had already chipped, Saturday all along the base of 8 of my nails was starting to lift and Monday more chips and they are snagging on everything. I got my nails done for my birthday trip just because a few nails had chipped so bad. well they dont look much better at all and with no time that they are open before i leave. I went in for a spa pedicure (their high end) and a manicure. I was out in less than 45 minutes for both services. My technician was in such a hurry, I only received one coat of polish and a top coat. That's it. Mind you, I made an appointment for my services. Just shy of $100 later, I will not be going back. I waited 1 HOUR to have my nails manicured and polished! Upon arriving I was acknowledged and immediately put in a chair by a manicurist table. Twenty-five (25) minutes later a man sat down and put on the cotton and foil - then he left.. Another half hour later I realized he was doing a pedicure! Silly me thought he would be doing my nails! That is when I had enough and told them I was leaving and not happy about sitting there for one hour and no one taking care of me or acknowledging I was still there. I've been to CN several times and had great experiences but today's results make me never want to return. The technician cut all the corners out of my usually straight across toenails and then painted them like this. I'm actually horrified I even paid for this and left nearly in tears. Unfortunately I can't fix the fact that my toenails were cut in the most godawful way imaginable, but I could not get home fast enough to try to fix the polish job that would've been 100X better if done by my 8 year old. read more

I don't normally give poor reviews - but I want to let potential customers know that one of the nail technicians (a male) gave a horrible manicure to my 21 year old daughter. She came home with half her fingernails bleeding from cuts. She told the guy to stop because it hurt and he didn't listen. Not only did he cut her nails in several places, he left glue on her fingers and continuously insulted her on how crooked her fingers were. The cuts are painful - taking steps so they don't get infected while on vacation. I went back to CN to complain to the owner. He was very apologetic and asked my daughter to come back so he could make it right. She did not go back. I should have asked for a full refund - but asked for half back. I've never had an issue there before - but one horrible experience is enough. We will not be back. read more

Perhaps the worst mani/pedi I've ever received. The person doing my nails didn't speak English enough to even ask if I wanted my nails rounded or squared off. The polish and nail shape was horrible. I've gone to this nail shop for many, many years. (8 years to be exact) The owners, husband and wife use to run it and I loved going there, as it was welcoming and they did an excellent job taking their time, not rushing you, and did quality work. I cannot say the same today. Now they have employees working there and not only has the customer service gone down, but they don't take pride in their work, do a crappy job and are rough and rush you. Now it's like any other foreign nail shop. Not only do they do crappy work, but they talk about you in another language (looking at me and my Daughter, then laughing) and charge for services not listed on their price list. (Since when did they charge TEN DOLLARS to shape a nail other then a squared or rounded shape??) TEN DOLLARS to file a nail to another shape other then square or round is ridiculous!! (My Daughter got a full set of acrylic nails and wanted the long, pointed shape. It costed $40!!) I got an shellac mani-pedi and for $75, both fingers and toes together, only took 20 minutes. $75! No massage, no extras, just soaked my feet and painted my nails.(in which he didn't even paint the sides!) Complete rip off! After being a long standing loyal customer, I can sadly say that I will NOT be returning to this nail shop again. read more

I cannot honestly say I wouldn't recommend CN Nail, however, what I can say is that I did not have the experience I was hoping for. While I completely understand that everything has been closed for 2 months I can say I am VERY unhappy with my nails. I asked for thin nails and most of them are very thick. I waited for over an hour, which was fine. They were very busy with just reopening and I understood that. The staff was pleasant. My nails looks thick and uneven and as though they have been on for at least a week with grow out. I had flowers put on 2 of my nails. I showed a picture of what I wanted and it is not what I received. Even when trying to state that I wanted the flowers in the picture with the petals outlined, I still did not receive that. Some of my nails are flat across the top surface instead of smoother and slightly more curved around the putter edges, natural looking. I still have polish on my skin and even the filing is uneven in many areas. I am still really upset about this and am considering taking them off entirely as I am so unhappy with how they turned out. There was not even any cuticle oil applied after so my cuticles look dry and they hurt. When filing the file was running across the tip of my fingers making them very sore as well. The only reason I cannot day I would recommend this place is the woman who did the flowers at least tried to fix the polish that was so uneven. read more

I spent $50 for a upgrade pedicure. Tech was a man who acted like it was beneath him to be doing this. I had someone in chair next to me who got a better massage and service. Nails were never buffed before polish applied. I asked for a manicure after, not expecting him to do this. I surely would have waited. But he did the so call manicure, again acting like it was a bother. After told me to sit and dry my toenails under dryer without checking on me. Another tech came and followed up when I asked, helped me with shoes, she was great. He yelled from his chair saying yes your done when he saw this. And all so quick to rush to register to collect my money!!!! Was changed $40 for manicure because of gel polish being applied. I have super short nails and was trying to find a way to strengthen them. This was Not manager who sits in front station, but Was Tech behind him. $90 plus tip for a horrible job and experience. The woman who did my acrylics was wonderful and very talented, although when I checked out she charged me $45 for a full set of acrylics because they were "longer" even though the website said it was $30. I had gotten my nails done here for my birthday, I had gotten a full set with gel polish. Possibly the WORST job I've ever had done on my fingers. The tech was COMPLETELY silent and if she asked me something she was extremely quiet and would make me ask her "I'm sorry, what did you say?" to get her to speak a little louder. She didn't ask how long I wanted them, what shape, and I'm kind of surprised she even asked what color I wanted on my nails. My nails looked like complete GARBAGE when I went here. I visited here 1 week ago and it was the worst experience ever. I went right when the place opened because I wanted a deluxe pedicure which takes a little longer. My pedicure began and soon the salon got busy people were waiting. My pedicure was $50.00 and the Manager started watching the young lady doing mine and then began to speak very loudly and yell at her across the salon. She stopped and made excuses for cutting my pedicure short "it was the worst even partial pedicure I have had, she was rushing since he began his ranting at her. She cut out 4 steps of my deluxe pedicure under the guise my feet were in such great condition better to not over-do. I just wanted out of there at this point. I went to pay assuming the bill would be less since I got nothing that resembled what I asked for. I was still charged $50.00, which is inappropriate. Needless to say I will NEVER return. I get a pedicure every 4 weeks as a treat to myself. I never have written a bad review on any salon where I had a pedicure not even if the person was not as experienced as others I have had, but the treatment here is and was appalling!!!
