Went to Simon who was extremely professional and nice. I wasn't blown away with the work though. He made my nails look much wider then they actually are. I more then likely will not be back. The salon was nice and clean. I'd recommend this place for shellac over natural nails or maybe a pedi but not acrylic. If I'm strapped for a place I may go back and try Vivian. read more

I've visited this salon twice so far and have been happy with both visits. The staff is professional and knows what they are doing. They are respectful of your time - I've never seen anyone wait more than 5 minutes which is a big plus in my book and tells me that they know how to operate their business which cannot be said of other salons in the area. First off, I see this business has two listings on Yelp, one as "Nails Spa" the other as "Celine Nail N Spa." Since the sign outside says Nails Spa here is where my review goes. I believe they are under new ownership. I walked in for a no-chip/shellac in the middle of the day on a Monday & was promptly greeted & taken care of by Vivian. Being new to the area, I was most happy to find they not only carry the brand of polish I'm used to, but they also had my favorite color. Score! The salon is clean, but the color choices and decor on the walls didn't give me that relaxing spa feeling. I'd repaint the robin's egg blue walls if I were them and simplify the decor to attract more walk ins. Vivian did a nice job on my nails and I will definitely return. This place was just awful. One of the worst nail salons i have ever been to. And i get my nails done a lot. Every other week to be exact. First, the salon doesn't look like the pictures posted. It doesn't have that "cute" vibe to it at all. More like-- "oh gosh is this place even clean??" look. The guy that did my pedicure hurt me so bad and when i said "ouch that hurts" he ignored me and kept on going. Uh wtf...rude! Another lady that works there told him to say sorry, and again... Just kept on going...pinching my skin with that evil cuticle remover. But that was actually the best part of my experience! Just to make things even more interesting a fly landed on my leg and another worker came over and SMACKED my leg to kill the fly. Thankfully she missed so i wasn't left with a dead smushed fly on me. Phew! For the no chip mani- not worth it ladies!! Get your nails did somewhere else. Mine lasted 6 days because they painted over my skin and the polish started curling up on the ends which is so annoying. No wait. Very nice. Did a very good job. Didn't rush thru my pedi. I'm used to more choices of colors than what they had but there was a variety. Definitely will go there again. Kim started my pedi but her son put the polish on. Don't know why that happened. And only other suggestion is that I wish everyone could understand English. So much nicer here and much better job than my last pedi just down the street from here!! Will be back and recommend to others. read more

Did shellac nails and it looks looks like a 5 year old painted them--even left with color on my skin. Nail polish is bubbly and uneven. The owner even "fixed" them by making them worse and adding another layer of a different color on top. She did not offer any discount though I was clearly unhappy. She just kept saying "they look better now with the other color." Would NOT recommend unless you like wasting your money on something a child would be better at doing for free. read more

Changed owners in 2014. Not as impressed. Had a gift certificate that was purchased for me recently and refused to honor it. No sign or anything as I came into the establishment that ownership had changed and old GCs would not be honored, but when I went to pay was informed. Also told I could not add a tip to my credit card. Again, I get why, but a sign or notification of that policy would be helpful. read more

Salon was clean and everyone was very nice but I've had my nails done twice in the last week and I do the shellac manicures my nails chipped the next day. The first time I went in one lady did the manicure part and the owner came around and painted my first coat rushed through it my nails didn't sit in the light long enough and then rushed to the next person came and did mine again it just felt very impersonal and like I was being rushed out. I left and notice my nails weren't smooth or flat they were bumpy and bubbly the next day two chipped. Now I've done shellac for two years religiously every three weeks so I know this isn't normal. So I called they said come in we'll fix them so I went back in she said oh yeah you brought your daughter with that's why no I don't care if my daughter was with me I still paid for my service and felt rushed just like the lady behind me said she felt when we left together. Then told me not to bring her next time. Well there won't be a next time because the nails she fixed have chipped again. I will find a different place in town. Thanks but no thanks read more

Living in Oak Creek there seems to be so many options available when it comes to nail salons, but let me tell you: THIS PLACE IS NOT ONE TO GO TO. Went with a friend to get our nails done before prom and it is the worst fill of my gel nails to date. Not only are some of my nails lopsided, the person who did my nails didnt double coat the full nail and you can tell. A fill with a gel polish is normally $30, but if you attend OCHS you get a $5 discount, making my fill $2 cheaper than Empress on Ryan & 27th. I will never step into this place again because my nails look absolutely horrible. Please save your money and time and check out one of the other nail salons in the area. read more
