The salon is a bit tricky to find due to nearby construction and limited signage. It's located in an older shopping strip next to a barbershop, which can help as a landmark. The building itself could use a little maintenance, but it's functional. I parked next to the barbershop. Inside, there are about four nail stations on the left and one on the right. There's also a room in the back where another client was being helped. They only have one pedicure chair, which I used for my session with Sonya. Sonya was very detail-oriented and thorough. She used all electric tools--no manual instruments--and was meticulous in trimming my cuticles. One thing that surprised me was she didn't rinse my feet with clean water. Instead, she used the existing water where I initially soaked my feet, had polished and probably cuticles in the water. I would feel cleaner if she used fresh or clean water. The pedicure setup was a bit unconventional, as Sonya had to use her knees to push the footrest into position, which felt awkward, but it didn't affect the quality of the service. The entire appointment took about an hour. Sonya was punctual, and I was in and out on time. Overall, I'm happy with the service and would recommend it.

When I picked up my girlfriend she had a hair shade I knew she had not initially asked for. She had planned for light brown, they dyed it grayish blonde. Her hair was completely damaged and dry. Her hair looked the same shade as dead grass. The lady also cut her hair from the back significantly when she had realized she had burned it so much that hair would fall off later and told my gf it was just so her hair looked fuller. My girlfriend had to wait 1 1/2 years for her hair to grow slightly and become healthy again (it is still fairly short). She hasn't returned since and doesn't plan to ever. It was absolutely unprofessional for this to happen, not only was it not the color she had asked for and they chose whatever they pleased, but they completely damaged her hair and it was extremely easy to notice, even I noticed. We have acquaintances that have also gone and the same thing has happened to them. Seems like not only does the salon only work with one shade color, but the hairdressers also work with multiple people at a time while your appointment is going on, hence the hair burns and they don't notice until it's too late. I'm quite surprised I haven't seen more reviews like this about this salon. I had to comfort my girlfriend the morning after and hear about new treatments she was using to help her hair, as well as endless crying about what the salon had done to her hair for over a year. The lady who washed my hair gave me a bath. Did not wash my hair out completely, left with an itchy head. I had to stand up for her to cut my hair, which is uneven. I get it was Saturday and the salon was busy. But not being able to communicate with the stylist and being passed around for 3 and a half hours was just ridiculous. I ended up losing out on money.
