worker did artificial nail on the top crooked and way to long. So when asking the working to correct it or make changes she responded by saying "no you listen to me." So services were no longer needed at that point because the worker had a nasty attitude for no apparent reason. Manager got upset that her worker caused the customer to leave that she went looking for someone else to blame. So the manager approached the friend of the person that left and no longer wanted help. The manager demanded that the friend pay for services that were not received. The older male worker chimed in and started disrespecting her telling the friend to leave EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS A PAYING CUSTOMER. Their attitudes and customer service is disgusting. I would never recommend or return. I even left that day without service because of it. You don't treat paying people that way. read more

I've been coming here for more than 10 years. I went on Tuesday July 30 for a pedicure for me and my daughter. Well I would never go back the lady cut my heel sliced my skin off a little. It's been very painful to walk on it and they charged me full price. The lady knew she did it as I bleed instantly. My daughter has bad anxiety or I would have not agreed to pay. ONLY $8 for eyebrow waxing!! This is the ONLY place I will go to have my eyebrows waxed. I've been going here almost 20 years! The same woman has been doing the waxing since the 1st time I went there. My brows look natural compared to the 1 (i repeat 1!) time I went to another place which left my brows in constant frown mode! There's another younger girl that sometimes does the waxing and she too does a great job. Only downfall is the person doing the waxing also does nails so there's been times the wait has been a bit long. Even while doing nails, she finds time to break away to get the wax done. read more

Worst experience ever. Horrible quality, ruined a mommy and daughter beauty day. Chipped the same day and they tried to make us buy a more expensive package instead. Refused to do a refund or at least re polish. I believe they did it on purpose, as I later found out others had the same experience. Don't waist your time or money like I did. read more
