Updating my review from 1 star to 0 if it was possible. The owner replied to my comment as if I reviewed the wrong location. This location in next to T-Mobile and across from Starbucks on 108th and Orchard. DO NOT come to this place because they don't want to fix their mistakes and won't admit when they're wrong. The owner will then say that you got the wrong place. Just as I said in my original post, they did a horrible job on a manicure, the paint was uneven and so lumpy. They didn't cut the nails correctly, and the pedicure was a loss with an infection can came soon after it. You'll need to go to another location to get it fixed. And no Mervin L. I am not lying about the location or the experience. You still can't own up to the mistake which makes it worst. read more

This shop is fantastic and I will remain loyal to it forever. Mervin, Linda and staff create a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Linda is a genius and interesting to speak with and highly skilled with nails. My nails done by Linda have not once broken despite the long amount of time that stretches between nail fills. She is so adept that she ascertains lifestyle such as typing and other stresses on nails and adjusts the fill accordingly. I am amazed at Linda's abilities and her intelligence and personality shine. Don't spend your money here, they pick and choose who they want to service. I called ahead and went in for a pedicure. For 50$ this is unacceptable. I am from out of town and pedicures are not 50$ in LA let alone for this quality. The gel is all over my skin not even close to the nail. - after speaking with the salon and not wanting to go back there to get them redone they refuse to refund me. Horrible customer service. I was so impressed! I have not gotten a pedicure in quite some time because of all the things going on in the world. I finally just did, and I was not sorry. This place is amazing! Right across from Starbucks near Greenfield and Hwy 100 in West Allis this is the place to get manicures and pedicures. I made appointments but the sign on the door said they also take walk ins. They were very nice. They had great protocols in place for hygiene as well (yay for that with all the health issues out there). I felt pampered and the pedicure was fantastic. My friend and I wanted a vacation day just to get away from it all and after the last year and a half needed to do something fun. This was the best. They have massage chairs, tons of different colors, many stations for both manis and pedis. The staff was very attentive to comfort and anything I needed. So happy. read more

I love this place a lot! Moved to this West Allis location in October of 2018. They were previously located 87th and North Ave. They kept the same phone number. I've been coming to them for years now and really loving the new location. I'm a pedicure and eyebrow wax client. The new location is nice and big, very clean and the staff is always personable! You can make an appointment or walk in! Their prices are reasonable. The are right across the lot from Starbucks which is awesome because I can run there before hand to get a delicious beverage! I got the regular(not gel) manicure and it lasted without chipping for a few days. Getting the manicure was a nice experience. I would have liked more of a message on my hands along with the manicure though. It was clean and nicely decorated inside too. Today I got a pedicure and an acrylic set, they have many pedicure options but me being on a budget i just got the regular one and it was great. The nail design i wanted was a little complex but they did not at all disappoint, they worked very hard to give me what i asked for and succeeded. I appreciate the low-key environment (partly due to its location). It's easiest to set appointments via phone versus walk-in, although they do accommodate walk-ins, but you'd still want to call ahead. read more
