So I called last minute to see if they could fit me in the same day and they said YES! I came in and the first thing I noticed was how clean it was! Then how organized it was and how friendly everyone was! I was very impressed and I hadn't even sat at a booth yet. I was told to go to a booth and the girl asked me if I wanted anything to drink. I said no. Then we started on my nails. I expressed I wanted my current set taken off and a new set put on. I was very impressed at the fact that she didn't try to rip my nails off instead she soaked my nails and little by little she drilled them off. When that was done she put the new set on and we got to the nail polish portion. I showed her a picture in my phone and asked her if she was able to duplicate it. She said yes. I honestly was shocked. The last place I went to said that they could not do anything they said they only did nail polish no designs. The girl that was doing my nails told me that she could do any design rhinestones it didn't matter what it was bring a picture in and she can do it. I was so impressed because I have so many pictures in my phone that I have always wanted on my nails. So she put a design on my nails with foils. I absolutely love them! She did an amazing job. My nails are perfect! She took her time and had patience with me. I will definitely be returning! I forgot the girls name that did my nails. I want her to do my nails going forward I hope that they have it in the system who did my nails so I can request her every time. I have definitely found my NEW NAIL SALON HOME!!!

I went with a friend, and she called to book the appointment weeks ago, with specific technicians. We get to the salon and I let them know I changed my mind and want gel now, not acrylics. A few moments after we walk in a woman comes in and says she has an appointment with one of our technicians. They let her know they overbooked and wouldn't be able to service her. The woman told the technicians that she had called a couple days before and scheduled, and they must've messed it up. Then the technician who's overbooked comes over and tells us we're going to switch so she can do the other woman's nails. To me, as a business, this is bad practice, you shouldn't put your customers in a position like this. I understand that mistakes happen, but they should've honored the people that made the appointment first. In hindsight, I should've advocated for myself better, but I don't think businesses should be putting their clients in this position. They had us sit down because they weren't ready, and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. At that point I was on a time crunch, and didn't have time to go anywhere else. The technician who did my nails was very upset that I wasn't doing acrylics anymore, and asked me three or four times if I was sure. I didn't realize it at the time, but she cut my cuticle open, and didn't say anything about it. I got home and my finger was in a lot of pain. Bad communication and honoring clients who booked after your other ones is a no for me.

They have such a great selection of polishes, tons of colors to choose from which made it fun but also a little hard to decide. I ended up upgrading to the deluxe pedicure and it was completely worth the extra. The massage was honestly one of the best I've had....so relaxing. What stood out the most was how meticulous they were with the painting. Everything looked perfect and really well done. I'll definitely be going back.

My…read moretechnician was excellent and had amazing focus; it was quite busy during my visit but he did not seem disturbed at all. The constant stream of people indicated it is a very popular place. They had to turn some walk-in customers away due to how busy it was (on a weekday afternoon!). There were clients and techs at nearly every mani and pedi station. My pedi (regular polish) looked fantastic for well over a month. Not a single nail was chipped, not even after I fell getting off a bus and broke my leg... the ER doctors even commented that my toenails looked nice :D I laugh about this now! Now that I'm on the road to recovery, I hope to return soon as that nail polish is still on all 10 toes.
