My daughter and i visited gigi salon in Mt. pleasant today. The salon is clean and has a lot of space. the pedicure station chairs are compfortable with a back massage option. We both chose the $40 pedi that ended up being $60 each. gel nail polish was $15 extra! for this selected package it included nail and cuticle trim, soak in blue water. sugar scrub, menthol clay that only goes on the front of your legs, hot wet towel wrapped around them, scrubbed with purple scrubby, and painted. the tech didn't scrape off dead heel skin at all . some salons use a grater some use a heel shaver but they did neither. when she scrubbed the heel she did it so lite that it did nothing. So i left with dry dead skin heels. i kept getting burned by somthing in the tub soak it felt like hot metal. for the both of us it was $125 dollars. i thought that was really pricey considering the condition of my heels when we left. the best part about this pedi was the nail polish color selection and time spent with my daughter. read more

Let's level set expectations first. This is a walk in nail shop in a strip mall. So the deal is fast, inexpensive service. That said, I would say consistently the quality of work is on par with some spas that I pay 3x s as much more. Most important I don't leave with cuticle cuts. I hate those. And I hate it when the nail tech tries to pretend it did not happen. Nail gaslighting . I have not experienced such a thing at Gigi Nail's. I wear simple nail polish and they don't charge $5 to remove it. Most important to me is that the place does not regularly smell like an acetone factory. I get a basis Mani- Pedi - so I cannot attest to the more complex services. I do get my eyebrow arch done at Gigi's. Again, no complaints. read more

Love all of the staff very knowledgeable and the work is very neat and precise. I definitely would recommend this place. I will say it is a little bit more on the pricey side, but it is worth it. read more

We frequent Gigi Nails in Brookfield for manicures and pedicures - they're always able to fit us in and do a great job. The salon is clean and bright, and the hours are convenient. I have always had a great experience with GiGi Nails. I have driven both from Sussex and Wauwatosa for their services- been doing this for years. Clean, friendly, and thriving environment for the ladies, and of course, the men! read more

Gigi's is a well run salon. Kim takes Covid precautions seriously, wearing masks and face shields when sitting across from clients. Masks are required and hand sanitizing upon entry is available. The atmosphere is respectful and pleasant and everyone does a good job! Love this place. Please give it a try and help keep this superb small business going. read more

So glad I found this salon, it's super clean & the nail techs are very personable while professional. Vi is amazing and her work is always on point. read more

My basic manicure took less than 15 minutes. Approximately a 30 second hand massage with lotion. I made an appointment with my 11-year old daughter as a treat and even she didn't feel pampered. We were asked several times why we weren't upgrading to gel. I had planned on $18 for each of us and couldn't justify $35 each. A customer shouldn't feel bad about that. read more

I love Gigi nails! I've been a regular there for about 3 years now and have rarely left dissatisfied. The nail technicians have always been friendly and kind. I took my bridesmaids there to get our nails done the day before my wedding and everyone was super happy with the experience. The owners are accommodating and kind and pricing is very reasonable as well. I also never feel like I'm being "up sold" for a more expensive manicure/pedicure package. Good experience and would recommend! read more

I was at Gigi's yesterday and had a great gel manicure. However I just wanted to let you know, after working today. I do computer work. I noticed my nails becoming dark, looking like the color was getting black. Weird. I just posted a pic yesterday. Here is today's photos. They are at the end of my photos. read more

I'm from out of town and decided to stop at the salon with my friend. The nail techs were very friendly. They have great massage chairs and do an awesome pedicure foot and calf massage. I did gel so that I can put my boots back on and they have a bunch of colors to choose from. Super nice salon! read more

This place is amazing! Look no further! The dip manicure always turns out perfect and lasts longer for some reason here. They are so fast and nice! I also got a pedicure and they got my ingrown toe nail cut out (I know gross) but I didn't even have to ask. My feet are so soft and smooth after this! If you're debating where to get your nails done, pick here! I've seen walk ins but I always call becasue it's like 30 mins from my apt but never had an issue with a same day apt. read more

I've been searching for a nail salon near my work and am SO thankful I found this gem. Gigi Nails has some of the friendliest faces I've seen in a long time. I called ahead to check if there was availability. When I arrived, Raymond brought me to his station and got started right away while I picked my color. The space is clean and organized. The prices are reasonable. I will absolutely be back. read more

This business if fabulous! I was on vacation for a wedding in late August and my boyfriends mom took me out for a mani pedi here. the prices were very reasonable and they were very kind! Also it started to rain cats and dogs and one of the workers walked everyone to their car with an umbrella, I just thought they went out of their way in customer service! Five stars definitely coming back when we visit again!!! PS my nails looked fabulous :) read more

Enjoyed my first visit to Gigi after years...turns out they are new owners as of July 2013. They took lots of time & attention on the pedicure, and when I realized I was getting close to an appointment elsewhere, I asked if they could make my manicure speedy... she did it quickly (but beautifully) and gave me fast drying top coat to boot. They were friendly & accommodating...everything looked clean (could use a bit of organization behind the counter, I suppose) and they even opened a fresh pack of tools for each person. Pricing was super reasonable - $40 for mani/pedi or $15 for just mani. If I could change anything? Suggest a new supply of polishes, as there wasn't a super diverse selection & many of the bottles were low...and would especially love to see more of my favorite brand, Essie (they only had a few colors). read more

Very disappointed in my experience. I've been to many different nail salons around the nation but had a uniquely bad experience here. First of all, I came in with my mother and grandmother and they didn't seat us together. That struck me as weird because the place was empty and we had come together. I heard another patron ask to get her manicure done in the pedicure room so she could sit with the people she came with and they straight up told her no. Not sure what's so hard about seating folks together. Secondly, I showed a picture of my desired nail style to my tech and he said he could do it with polish but not loose glitter. I decided I didn't like the polish option so I had to decide a different style for my nails. But he kept rushing me, asking if I'd picked a color yet over and over. He was still removing my previous shellac so it wasn't as if I was holding him up, though I very much felt like I was. Finally, the finished product is pretty sloppy. I have polish on my cuticles, and it's not an even coat on my nails. The icing on the cake was, I was treating my mom and grandma and then found out they don't accept cash tips so I had to get cash from my grandma to pay the tip since I didn't have cash. WHAT THE HECK. At least say that somewhere! I would've happily brought cash had I known that! Overall very disappointed with the customer service, quality of manicure and entire experience. read more

Hands down, the best nail salon. The techs remember you by name and are the absolute sweetest. They do an amazing job and I will never go to another place. Been coming here since 2013 read more

Kim was amazing. She made me feel like a friend and helped me decide which gel color to go with. She even applied the nail polish to let me see what the colors would look like on my nails and skin color. She didn't rush me on my selection and my nails turned out perfect. The polish had the right amount thickness. Not too thin and not too thick which is what I like. Overall, one of the best nail salons I've been to. read more

Great experience every time! Staff is friendly, professional and most importantly do awesome work! I'm very picky and have thick nails that peel easily but have always been happy with the results here - my nails look perfect when I walk out and last longer than usual. I've tried several other salons in the area, paid more, and been consistently disappointed. Would definitely recommend Gigi. Thanks, Kim! read more

I didn't find anything worth giving this nail salon any more than one star. I would have rated it with negative stars if I could. I received a spa pedicure on a Monday afternoon. I called ahead to make an appointment that morning. Here's what I didn't like: 1. Store was disheveled and had unclean appearance 2. Making an appointment made little difference, but I get that I made the appt. on the day of (makes a world of difference to not overbook) 3. Spa water was cold so I really didn't enjoy sticking my feet into it 4. Nail technician was careless and a little too quick with pushing and cutting back my cuticles 5. The hot towels promised by the description of the service I chose consisted of a warm towel draped over the front half of my legs. The back half of my legs and feet remained bare and cold 6. I forewent nail polish only because I wanted to get out of there read more

Had a wonderful time. I was offered a drink, the tech was nice and laughed. The price was great. I have one nail that the Polish has chipped but I am going G to go back and I know they will fix it for me. The only thing was I had an appointment at 215. I was early and still had to wait 5 after my time was to start. Kim got me started and Andy took over. Over all it was a great place and I will be going back. Thank you for having a great place! read more

I came in last week for a shellac manicure and left 100% satisfied. Earlier today, the polish on my pointer finger peeled off a bit. Because the rest of my manicure still looked as good as it did when I got it done, I called to see how much getting one finger fixed would be. Most businesses would take me up on my offer to pay for a touch up-especially because it's been longer than a couple of days since I got my nails done originally-but I was pleasantly surprised when I was told to come in and they would fix it for free. Keep up the great customer service, Gigi Nails! read more

My mom is good friends with Kim and we come get pedicures often. The staff is always very friendly and they do a great job!

made an appointment, waited 30 min past appointment time, felt very rushed, picked 3 gel nail colors of polish and was told they did not have matching color for pedicure. It was a disappointing and non relaxing 2 hours. read more

This place has a new owner and is a pretty awesome place to get your nails done. The prices are reasonable. The salon is very cozy and has the perfect massage chairs. Highly recommended! I was in town for work and decided to get a pedicure. They were busy but I only had to wait 10 minutes as a walk in. They are averagely priced. I did a deluxe pedicure which included a great little foot massage. My 10 year old and 9 year old were traveling with me and came along. Often children are treated poorly at salons but not here, they were very nice. I decided to go ahead and get the little girls nail trim and color which turned out very cute. Again she took her time to do it right. I would highly recommend Gigi's nails, and only wished I lived closer so I could become a regular. read more

I've gone to Gigi's several times since we moved to Brookfield in mid-2014. I'm always greeted and always offered something to drink. The manicures and pedicures are well done. I've tried other salons in the area, but have gone back to Gigi's. read more

Average quality service. Very unfriendly attitude. Person attending to me switched in the middle of my pedicure without a word. Had a surly attitude the entire time. Female attenders probably better as both males were very unfriendly and i felt uncomfortable the whole time. read more

They did an okay job on my pedicure (although don't expect a leg massage for more than three minutes), and the gel manicure was good. The reason I only gave two stars is because the people working were rude, and the water in the pedi station was either too hot or too cold. I won't be going back. read more

Had a reallu bad experience here. First we requested a nail tech for my girlfriend and the guy did not stop when my girlfriend told him she wanted a different tech he kept on going till we repeated the same instruction about 10 times. The ladys were not very professional. All in all it was a bad experience and i would never return to any gigi nails. read more
