Awful experience rushed.. sloppy. No base coat on my gel nails BUT put base coat on my toes when they did the pedicure. When asked she said gel didn't need it on hands said they did for my feet she said no. (They had one person do my feet and she did my nails) Flooding into my cuticle .. didn't even bother to cover the side of some of my nails with the gel color .Then once she half way through my nails she stops and says I'll be right back goes and waxes a person and takes them up to pay.. leaves me there for a good while. then comes back to me I think she might of forgot where she was in the process idk? Anyway really upset I spent $130 and it just was bad work never had an experience like this. Kind of disappointing. Reviews aren't bad so I thought I'd go here idk why I had such a bad experience. Since moving here to Wisconsin, I've tried several nail places. I get the dip powder nails, and hadn't had much luck in finding a place that I feel does a great job- until now! I've had my nails done twice now, and feel that this place is a hidden gem! These people know what they're doing, and they do it wonderfully!! Prices are fair. I'd like to start by stating that I have been going to this salon for over ten years. I chose to keep coming back to this salon, because they always did a great job on my eyebrows and it was very affordable. Typically, the same female employee would wax my eyebrows and she always did a great job. Periodically, other employees would wax my eyebrows and I never had any issues (they didn't do it as well as her, though). The last two times I went in, I had a new female employee wax my eyebrows. The first time was about a month ago. The employee got a glob of wax in my hair, and on my shirt. She was apologetic, and I'm a pretty easy-going person, so I forgave her and went on with my day. Today, was the the WORST EXPERIENCE I have had with any Salon in my life! I had the same woman today. I don't know what she did, but she ended up tearing off a layer of skin the size of each of my eyebrows on both eyes. There are also wounds between and above my eyebrows. I highly recommend you DONT GO TO THIS SALON for waxing, and possibly any other services. read more

I am a steady customer and see Rose for an acrylic fill manicure and regular pedicure. She does an absolutely fantastic job and I never have issues with chipping or separating. It's almost too good because then I wait longer than I should to get redone! The salon is pleasant and clean. It's not too crazy and busy with rude customers blathering loudly on their cell phones. I never see customers waiting too long so they seem to book their appointments with courtesy and not jam too many in and overbook like other places. The other employees (owners?) are always polite and professional. I hope the people who left bad reviews gave the salon the courtesy of addressing the issue with them directly. It's only fair. People don't realize how hard it is to have a business and good employees and how damaging a review can be. read more

Was excited to find a place that does SNS (dip nails) in town while visiting family. I'm weary of salons in parts of the US where SNS isn't very popular, because you never know how experienced they are. Clean salon, plenty of colors to choose from, good prices and Tiffany did a great job on my nails. She was gentle, the dip was done evenly and they look absolutely flawless. I've been coming here for years and normally am reasonably happy. But today? Nah. Why? 15 dollar mani, I tipped 5. So he saw his tip before he even did the work, since they ran the card before they painted. This was a good tip, I thought. More than 20%. So then where was my hand massage? No massage and no lotion. My hands are dry AF. And I have a metal rod in my arm so I was really looking forward to the massage. I was worried also that it would be sloppy because he was shaking like a porn star in the middle of an orgasm, but he cleaned up the sides pretty nicely. So the work was good. I get so many compliments on my nails all the time we tried the SNS on my nails but due to all my medications it just did not work so I am back to the Gel but that is ok.
