I love coming here. I don't get here as often as I should but when I do I am met with absolute kindness and positivity. I usually get a Dip manicure and the color options are endless. No matter who does my nails I know I am leaving satisfied. Everyone who works here truly has a talent and enjoys what they do. Month of March. I was the only customer in Spa at the time. I am 56 yrs old. Huong greeted me, and was pleasant. She ran water for my pedicure. As soon as water stopped, she immediately began the pedicure. (Wt!? ... My feet were not even soaked for 5 minutes!) She's pleasant while servicing me, and she's also encouraging their other services. So, I tell her I will get my nails and eyebrows done there also, after my pedicure. After pedicure, we sit down by the area to do my nails. Just that quickly, I decided I don't want my nails done, just eyebrows. Huong's whole attitude changed as she still "tried to encourage me to get nails done". How rude!! Now, we go over to eyebrow area. And she is now mumbling something in another language, under her breath while doing my eyebrows. (I'm nervous that she will not do a satisfying job, but she surprisingly did.) When services were all over, she then charges me a different surprisingly, "higher price" from what was on the price board? I argue the prices, but she gets more and more enraged. I'm thinking this lady is insane! I pay the higher price, and decide that I will just give a review about this nonsense instead, especially since she showed the Devil in her eyes and demeanor. Why did she get upset with a customer who didn't want more services, I still got 2 out of 3 things done there. Why did her attitude quickly change? I have a right to change my mind. I do not suggest this place. The look in her eyes made me RUN away from this place, and I am never returning there!! read more

I never have an issue to where I have to have them stop what they are doing and take off what they did until today. the liquid acrylic kept burning my finger tips. I asked why is it doing that and the lady asked why I was so sensitive. was really rude the whole time because I was asking questions, and started talking crap because I asked her to take them off, as I should have because I never had that problem anywhere. I wish I took pictures because I also noticed her white gloves were stained yellow meaning she didn't change them between customers. I called and asked if they clean their utensils and said the lady didn't even change her gloves and again got told I was just sensitive and nothing was wrong. read more

The worst no chip I have ever received. I got a gift certificate for the holidays and went in for a manicure and upgrade to the $30 no chip. I have no idea what the brand was that they used but there is a reason I am an OPI fan. My first manicure lasted less than a week with multiple chips and cracks in the polish. The staff here is very nice and that's about the only thing they have going for them as the offered to redo the no chip at no cost. Wonderful, maybe it was just the polish. They allowed me to pick a different color and the polish hardly lasted three days before lifting on the edges and showing cracks again, including it also chipped on two nails (this is now day 5). They do not clean up the edges and I had polish all over the tops of my fingers both times. I will not be back. read more

I'm updating this as I've been going consistently for the past several months and have had issues the past three times I have gone. The past two times I've found several issues with the nail polish (not covering the whole nail, having crooked nails,etc) I was ridiculed this past time for not bringing cash and once I told my technician I did not have any cash she apparently didn't care about quality anymore. I'm just not the type of person to carry cash ever, but if you want your customers to only use cash maybe that should be posted somewhere. Unfortunately I will not be returning again. read more

I am reluctant to post my positive review because I want to keep this place my little secret. I've been to more nail salons in the Milwaukee/greenfield/west allis area than I can count. This place is by far the best. My nail tech was a gem and super nice! The most important factor for my 5 star review though is the cleanliness of this business. Many nail salons always seem dirty to me. This place was very well organized and clean! I saw them clean and put the utensils in the sanitizer as I was waiting for my nails to dry so I know they are clean! A mani/pedi was $37! I didn't get a shellac but did notice that they had a very vast selection of colors. I will definitely be back! read more

I took my mom here for mother's day this past Sunday and had a great time. I called to make a reservation a week in advance because I wasn't sure if they would be busy on mother's day...which I'm glad I did. Upon getting there at our scheduled time, Mom and I had to wait about 10 minutes before we were seated for our pedicures. They do seem a little understaffed, but the rest of the experience definitely made up for this 10 minute delay. Walk-in's are definitely welcome, but be prepared to wait a little bit. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive to everyone in the salon, and were great conversation! The salon and all equipment seem to be kept very clean. Pedicures are $25 and a mani/pedi is $37...for this price and great service, I would be happy to come here again any time I am home visiting my mom! Nail services during a Packers game = No wait and personal service! :-) I went in for a quick mani/pedi on Sunday afternoon during a major football game. It was a dream! There was no wait and I had the salon basically to myself, so I had the undivided attention of my nail tech. I asked for French and my tech did a good job. My only complaint is that he was a little rough with the callous removal during my pedicure, but I am rather sensitive so for most people it woul likely have been fine. This is a no-frills nail salon, so don't expect high end service, but good value for what it is. read more

Been here twice in the last 2 months for a pedicure. There's usually a short wait but I assume as much as most nail salons. Everyone is friendly but not intrusive, they're fine with me reading my book to relax while the pedicure happens. They have a nice tv up on the back wall and I watched some world cup games while there. The polish and everything lasted forever - I only went back after 3.5 weeks because my nails were growing and you could see the bottom of the nail. No chipping, nothing. Great quality, affordable price at $25/pedicure. Definitely coming back here often. read more

The tools used on me to remove SNS polish were NOT FRESH AND CLEAN from a package. So the girl that was done before me her nail polish and stuff was all over the tools. So super unsanitary. How the SNS was removed was not the proper way at all so my nails have now become even thinner than they were. The lady that did my nails did a nice job on the painting and shaping but again the unsanitary use of tools really turned me off from getting anything else. For $30 I would have expected clean tools. The place was decently cleaned some garbage in places. One other tech went to wash his face before helping another customer in the sink that us customers wash our hands in and spit in the sink and then didn't wash his hands after washing his face. Just disgusting. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because my manicure looks nice. If it starts peeling in the next few days I will be calling to complain. read more

I had our nails done here. I broke a chip off of my own nail I usually have a shield put over my nails my index finger broke and the way they did the free-form I didn't like. It looks sloppy. And my daughter had her nails done at age 12 and a half almost 13 and 1 set completely came off within 2 days because they had dip them in alcohol but not the other hand. I came back to the place to get it corrected. and noticed that they had charged me for a full set of nails and all I had was a fill which was only the acrylics put over my nails. I found this little gem completely on accident after a long work week, and boy am I glad I did, because the owner is phenomenal!! Seriously the absolute nicest nail tech I've ever met, and she does a fantastic job! $37 for a mani/pedi is an I believable deal, I'm almost positive for a shellac mani/regular pedi it's $50. Atmosphere is great, seriously, check it out. If you can, make an appt. because you never know when she's gonna be swamped, but she will always always take walk-ins. read more

I have now been four times and still love it. The shellac manicures are great and generally last three weeks. I often work late, so it is nice that they're open late and I can do a walk-in after work. Shellacs are $30 and I'm sure I could find one for a few dollars cheaper but they are the best I've had, it is convenient, everyone is really nice , and it is clean. read more

Worst pedicure experience ever!!! Honestly I would've been better off just getting a color change and only paying $10 as that is basically all that they did during this experience. I called them around noon to make an appointment at 3 PM for myself, a friend and her 11year old daughter. I want a child pedicure, a regular pedicure, and a deluxe pedicure. They said that was fine. I got there at 3 and there were two walk-ins waiting for nail appointments. I told the workers who I was and that I had an appointment at 3. They had to sit in waiting area until about 315 when I told my friend and her daughter that we should start picking out our colors. They started filling up two basins for pedicures at which time I explained to that we want to sit together which he said that we had to wait until one other customer left. Once they had us all sitting with our feet soaking we were waiting for over 40 minutes for one person to come up to us to start our pedicures. Please note that they took the two walk-ins first even though we were on time for 3 o'clock appointment They started with my friends daughter first who was supposed to get the child pedicure. One girl then came over and started mine about 10 minutes later. During the whole pedicure she was going back-and-forth between my friend and I with the pedicures. She was so rushed during the entire pedicure and did not even take the time to do any of the basics that you expect during a nail appointment. She didn't even take the time to file my nails! I expressed to her my frustrations which she kept saying that they were short staffed (which I understand but then she should not have taken the walk-ins prior to completing an already scheduled appointment). We had appointments that were scheduled to start at 3 PM. The first pedicure did not start until almost 4 which was my friends daughter (who got the best pedicure of all three of us even though hers was suppose to be a child's pedi). They started my friends daughters while my friend and I waited. A girl came over to me and started my pedicure and I surely found out that she would be taking care of both my friend and I at the same time. She went back-and-forth between us at the very most spending one minute on either of was at a time. She did both our pedicures simultaneously within the time that the my friends daughters got her pedi. My friends daughters Pedi started just before 4...My friend and mine started just after 4 and all of us were out of there by 420. She charge my friend full price for two pedicures (one should have been a child bad and actual regular pedi as I originally stated) and me for one pedicure (normally I get the deluxe however based on the service when we first walked in I went with the regular and again all I got was a color change). Together it was over $75 dollars for arriving on time for our appt, sitting with our feet in water for almost an hour (which started out cold and when I said something, they completely drained and refilled the basin however they never put the salts or fragrances back into the water so my feet sat there in just plain water for about 30 minutes) and my friend and I getting a total of 15 minutes of combined attention and her daughter getting the best first adult pedi at a grand total of 20 minute. Needless to say I will never ever be going back to this place. If I could I would give them a negative rating or at the very least wish that there was a no star option. When I go to get a pedicure I expect to be pampered especially when I am willing to pay the price of a deluxe pedicure and I voice that to them before I even arrived to my appointment. This place did not even care that we had made an appointment before hand or the fact that we expected at least somewhat decent service. read more

I just moved to town in November, so I was so happy to find this place just a few minutes from my new home. They're open late (yay for after work pedis!), the salon is well kept, clean and comfortable. They also did not try to upsell me with designs or massages or anything, which was refreshing! Got the basic mani pedi. I was a walk in but didn't have to wait long. They had several colors if polish to choose from and the technicians are respectful and nice. But he clipped my REAL nail too far on my left pinky side and it BLED! He then clipped my WHOLE FUCKEN NAIL off on my right ring finger side and of course it BLED! No apologies whats so ever. No discount (but what do i expect. It was $15 to take acrylics off). He couldve at least offered it for free after fucking up my nails. My cousin and I became regulars at this nail salon after my birthday pamper in April. At first I loved this place so much, they were friendly, took their time & I always left feeling refreshed. Fast forward almost 2 months later and I will never go back. The guy who would always do my nails became obsessed with me, started being extremely creepy and just making me feel uncomfortable. He even made comments about me needing to lose weight. Then later in the week I was in a time crunch and decided I'd give them one more last try but this time with an eyebrow wax. When I was getting it done by an older lady who knew me from past visits, everytime I flinched or looked like I was in pain, she laughed at me. And the worst part...she dropped wax IN MY HAIR the DAY before I had to STAND UP IN A WEDDING!!! She proceeded to cut a chunk of hair from my head and laughing at the fact that she spilt wax on me. I have had quite a few gel/shellac manicures but have always had them chip after a few days (I don't think I'm hard on my nails); these however have not chipped after a week in Punta Cana. They are growing out before chipping- so happy! However, I did get my eyebrows and lip waxed and broke out terribly after, which kind of disappointed me considering we took pictures in P.C.
