Why is zero stars still not an option?! One star is too generous... I opted for the 'deluxe gel pedicure' (the highest-priced option), expecting a thorough experience, but it was rushed from start to finish. I arrived at 2:57 pm and was out the door by 3:36 pm--the fastest pedicure I've ever had. The first 10 minutes were spent just removing my previous gel polish. At around 3:20 pm, my technician informed another client, who had already been seated in their pedicure chair longer than I, that he would be 'almost done' with my pedicure shortly and would see her next for her manicure. After essentially 15 minutes post-gel removal, he was wrapping up what was supposed to be a "deluxe treatment??" The scrub lasted maybe 30 seconds per leg, callus removal was minimal (as shown in the attached, time-stamped photos), the mask and towel were on for no more than 2 minutes, and the total massage time for both legs was about 30 seconds combined . The attached timer shows the incredibly brief time spent on each leg because at this point I was actually curious how long each portion was lasting. When I asked if this was truly the deluxe pedicure, he defensively insisted that the scrub was part of the massage, though it barely lasted 30 seconds. For $65, this is unacceptable. I will not be returning. Seeing the condition of my feet in the car, with calluses still visible and my toenail unevenly covered with gel polish, was incredibly disappointing. I'll now have to spend more to have this corrected elsewhere. This experience was simply money down the drain and they should be embarrassed by the quality. I feel robbed. After writing this review I went and checked the one stars with people explaining the EXACT experience. This is insane. read more

Upon arrival guy checking my daughter and I in was relentless about asking why we only wanted regular polish instead of gel and pushing us to change my mind. Annoying. He did the same to another mom coming in with two teens for 3 manicures... Not even 9 days later my pedicure is chipping also which never happens at our normal nail spot. We couldn't wait so we risked trying a new spot due to convenience. I was leery based on other reviews but we aren't that picky. Ladies who did the pedicures were nice but also essentially no massage to feet/calves either so also a bummer. We won't go back, not worth the cost and annoyance. read more

The man that works there caused a scene and yelled at me in front of everyone. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I rarely get my nails done, but I needed them for a wedding. I went in the night before with a reference photo and asked if they could replicate the look. They gave me the option of powder or gel, and I said I didn't mind as long as it matched the picture. They chose powder, but the result was disappointing--the color didn't even reach my cuticles and looked nothing like the photo. Since they were closing at 7pm, I went to Walgreens to purchase pure acetone, foil, & nail files, then went home and removed the powder for the next 3 hours. I couldn't go back to the shop to have them remove it because I wouldn't make it in time for the wedding, I had to do it myself. The next morning, I called to explain the situation and asked if they could redo my nails, specifically mentioning the French tips I needed, as a complimentary service since it didn't turn out as requested. They agreed, so I went back in. When I arrived, they had me wait 15 minutes despite knowing I was in a hurry for the wedding. When they finally started, I showed them the same reference photo. They insisted on giving me a gel manicure, even though I explained I didn't need a full manicure--just the French tips. The tech kept filing my nails shorter, which I didn't ask for, and the experience was frustrating. When I was finished, I tipped the tech, but the man at the front desk demanded $45. I politely reminded him it was a redo, but he immediately began raising his voice, accusing me of damaging my nails after leaving and trying to get a free service. I stayed calm and polite, showing him proof of the previous work and explaining that I had confirmed on the phone it would be complimentary. Despite this, he escalated, yelling at me in front of everyone and insinuating that I was lying. It was incredibly unprofessional and humiliating. In the end, he begrudgingly offered a $15 discount, acting like he was doing me a favor. I explained again that I only wanted the French tips and had already told the tech this twice. His response was dismissive, putting the blame on me for not communicating, which I had done clearly. The entire situation was so upsetting I even started crying--I'm always polite and never cause a scene, but he made me feel bullied and embarrassed. I felt trapped into paying, even though I had already tipped the tech, because I didn't want to deal with any more confrontation or police over an unjust charge. This was by far the most unprofessional and distressing experience I've ever had. The man running the front desk should be ashamed of how he treated me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Please note the timestamps on the photos. Their shop closes at 7pm & the photo of my wonky thumb nail was at 7:24pm. Him accusing me of messing my nails up makes 0 sense. read more

I got a pedicure here about six months ago and it was wonderful. I decided to go back today as I needed a pedicure and since I had a good experience with my pedicure the last time I figured it would be the same. Boy was I wrong. I paid extra for Callis remover and a pedicure that had a massage... She barely removed any callus areas , she messed up my toenail polish by touching it with the light, And did not even give me more than a one minute massage on both of my legs. What a joke. For $55 you would expect to get the services that are stated on their menu. read more

I really wanted to like this place. And feel horrible for this review since no one else has given one. But I called ahead of time for appointment and was told not busy just come in. Great as it was my lunch break be there in 10. I waited over 30 mins to finally get a pedicure. The guy was so rough and ended up clipping my skin. Since I was already pressed for time this was more of a stressful experience than a relaxing one. I give it 3 stars as I will say it was nice inside and nails look ok but for the price they charge and how long it took...I would try another place if you are pressed for time. I was double charged and when I went back with my receipt and credit card statement they insisted I was wrong and got angry with me. As I drove away the man ran outside but I didn't feel that it would be beneficial to further discuss. My gel mani turned out nicely but they also tend to start working on one persons nails and then jump to another before finished. This happened when I came to get my nails done. I hate leaving negative reviews and I hope this will prevent others from the same issue. read more

Location was clean and workers were friendly. Although I made an appointment for my acrylic fill, I was taken in 1/2 late for my late Saturday morning slot. I don't think they do a lot of nail art. Prices are average and the quality of the work is good. My worker kept leaving the station to take business calls & greet customers which isn't unusual but always frustrating. read more

I stopped in here one day for the 1st time over a year ago. I live 45 minutes away but insist on coming here because my nails always look perfect. David is excellent.
