This salon is dangerous and should be investigated. The technician clearly had no idea what he was doing. HE CUT THREE OF MY TOES UNTIL THEY BLED AND THEN SLICED MY SKIN OFF WITH THE CALLUS RAZOR SO BADLY THAT THERE ARE STILL DENTS IN MY FOOT. This is not just sloppy work, it is reckless and unsafe. When I told them to stop because I was injured, they still charged me, saying "he did the polish so he should be paid." That is absolutely appalling. No real business injures a customer and then demands money for it. On top of that, the entire place reeks so strongly of chemicals that it nearly caused me an asthma attack. I should have trusted my instincts and walked out the second I smelled it. This salon is unsanitary, unsafe, and run by people who clearly do not care about customer health or safety. The technician was incompetent, careless, and dangerous. Do not risk your safety here. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any salon and it should be shut down immediately. read more

Theres no denying the salon is nicer than most nail salons but that's where the "nice" ends. I received the worst acrylic nail fill I've ever received. When I mentioned to the nail tech that I don't like my acrylic to be too thin so she ended up giving me bubble nails. I sent pictures and expressed my dissatisfaction to the salon since they have a two week guarantee but I received no response whatsoever. The nails look ridiculous. I was with my stepdaughter however, therefore I did not make much of a fuss at the time because I was paying more attention to hers as it was her first set. I also requested that she clean up underneath the acrylic nails because my own nails had discolored and not only did she not clean up my natural nail underneath the acrylics she left so much acrylic underneath my nails. I was torn between a 3 and a 4 for this review. I had been once before to Cassia for a polish change on my toes. They did a good job but the back room where they do pedicures is pretty dark which I assume they expect to be relaxing but it can be a bit off putting when you can't see what's going on. I returned for a manicure. Pros: I was able to call in the morning and get an appointment for an hour or so later which I appreciated. My manicure is still going strong with minimal chipping over a week later, not sure if it's the quality of the polish I brought, or their top coat. Cons: this happens with a lot of places, but my skin was cut in the process of clipping cuticles. I didn't realize how bad it was until multiple nails burned whenever I washed my hands for the next few days. It also took a while for my manicurist to finish, which was a pro and a con because he seemed to take his time so that things turned out well. Overall this is a spacious salon and they were decorated for Halloween which was nice. After reading some of the reviews about cleanliness I'm not sure I would return but my experience was okay. read more

The location is ideal for me, which makes it even more disappointing how bad my most recent "manicure" was. I have been here once before and I really liked it when I got a pedicure and thought i found my new nail spot, however after this I doubt it. I looked through the reviews to try and get a highly requested manicurist and scheduled an appointment with him. I get there and I am waiting 30min past appt, seeing everyone come in after me get serviced. The front desk person apologizes for the wait (I dont blame the manicurist, his original appt slot for the person ahead of me probably wasn't scheduled for enough time). They offered me someone else or to wait. I had a lot of things to do that day so I took the next available person which was a mistake. This person did not give me a manicure. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got in the car. The session felt extremely rushed and judging by the results I was right. She didnt have me wash my hands once, when she put on the lotion at the end I still had dust on me from when she buffed my nails so she just rubbed all the dust into my skin which was very uncomfortable. She did get a hot wet towel at the end and took off the lotion...which was odd. When taking off my cuticles it felt very sloppy and rushed, she didnt do the sides of my fingers at all as you can see in the photo. The nail polish application was very sloppy I left with gel polish on my fingers! I gave 20% tip so the total for these were 50$! For a 30 min service that usually is at least 45-1 hour. They asked how everything went and have little review card you can fill out but I am very non-confrontational and the lady was right there and didnt want to make her feel bad that I wasnt satisfied. Also like I said I didnt see how bad it was until I got to my car. I anticipate these to start chipping in a few days due to the nail polish being oozed over to the finger rather than the nail. Which I did point out to the woman and she sort if attempted to fix but she should have just redone the nail in question. Very disappointed. 50$ down the drain! read more

I'm really torn with this one. My pedicurist was very kind and attentive and the pedicure itself turned out well. I had heard this spot had good hygiene practices so I held out hope until the end of my appointment--but alas, I'm unconvinced they do. The space was not very clean and their practices were not hygenic at all (swishing the foot file in the pedicure water that my feet had been soaking in for an hour and putting it back in the caddy for the next client). The area where folks were getting their manicures appeared to be not very clean (can't speak to the sterilization but the space itself is so dusty and dirty that I find it hard to believe the one thing they have dialed in with regards to cleanliness is their tools when everything else was in such disarray). The space for pedicures was dark with only lights right above clients feet, which concerned me as to the what I wasn't seeing (after seeing the manicure area in such a state). The towel they used under my feet may have be clean (unsure) but they were stained and tattered that it didn't feel comfy. All in all, a rough experience that I wouldn't want to endure a second time. read more

Loved the pedicure experience (great massage chair!) until my nail tech (Jason) held each tie before painting it with his long, sharp fingernails, leaving cuts under my toes. Let's start with nails - I get a dip mani which has a 2-week guarantee. If you get a chip or crack they'll fix it for free. Files and buffers are discarded after each customer, and tools come in a sterile pack. The pedi room might be the most relaxing one in the area! It's dark, quiet and has water fountains along the wall - the tech has a light but in general you can close your eyes and really let go. Know that all tubs use liners and they pre-portion scrubs and lotions so no one is dipping into a common jar. The interior in general is restful, there are tons of colors to pick from and the prices are fair. I've been really happy with how my nails look and I'll keep coming back. If you're going to try Cassia - and you should - make an appointment! They have been completely booked both times I visited and were making appointments a few days out. read more

Went home in sandals and 3 hours later put on socks and shoes for the evening. My socks literally stuck to my toenail polish. When I got there they were very busy and I was waiting for about 20 minutes before the receptionist came up to me and asked what I was waiting for. She looked around and grabbed the first guy she saw and he took me back to his station while looking annoyed. It was filthy. My nails are fairly short and he asked me 3 times if I wanted to add tips (answer was no every time). One of my nails was a bit crooked as I had broken it, so he asked if I wanted a tip on that nail...when I said no he said "why are you even here then?" The manicure was rushed, tools were NOT sanitized. I left with polish on my fingers I had to take off on my own and all but two of my nails are bumpy, as if loose powder got stuck to them before they dried. Got a pedicure with Ben this evening, and it was probably the best pedicure I have ever gotten. My cuticles are so clean and perfect. The shape of my nails and the color coverage was outstanding. But the leg and foot massage - HEAVEN! I'd pay just for an hour for the massage. I got a regular polish manicure & pedicure. I would not recommend Cassia. Gel polish was put on instead of regular. There "technicians" are questionable. This person did not know how to do a professional manicure pedicure. There was so much wrong with this service, it would take many paragraphs to explain. I have never had any issues with my nails. love the pedi experience. they need a better way of cleaning. they will use the same gloves to touch something that was dropped on the floor to do your toes. gloves should be changed more regularly without having to ask. otherwise I really do enjoy going. the only place I will go to get my toes done. read more

Meh... I made an appointment through their app for a mani & pedi with gel color, but there was some confusion when I arrived for my appointment, they thought I only wanted a pedi. Not a problem since I ended up being able to get both a mani & pedi. The salon itself doesn't seem to be the cleanest, it bothered me a little especially since they are charging more due to "extra" cleaning because of Covid. Customers sit side by side, files and foot exfoliation scrubbers seemed to be shared/reused and the work stations are dusty. As for the service itself they did a good job with nail shaping and paint application but the pedi exfoliation wasn't the greatest. The biggest disappointment is the quality of the gel polish. I picked out an OPI gel color and now just a few days later the pink has faded to a streaky white. The whole point of getting gel color is so that it will last. Unfortunately my experience was total waste of $100.00 because of the quality of their polish, needless to say I don't think I will be going back. read more
