I literally had to point out one nail that needed filing, and instead of fixing them all, she only did that one. Lazy and careless. The cuticle work was basically nonexistent, and the polish application looked rushed and messy -- not clean or professional at all. It honestly felt like she cared more about wasting time on the "leg/ foot massage" than actually doing the pedicure correctly. And the cleanliness? Gross. The area next to the chair was cluttered with dirty tools and open jars everywhere. The whole setup looked unhygienic and unprofessional. For the every increasing price, this service was a joke. I left annoyed, disappointed, and feeling like I needed another pedicure to fix this one.

They had champagne and flutes ready for us by couches in the back. We had that area to ourselves to set our things, relax and enjoy some mimosas. They also served fresh coffee from AM coffee roasters. Our hairstylists were ready right on schedule for us, and we were all able to get our hair done at the same time. Great location in an old warehouse with river views from the windows. I had Olivia style my hair in an updo. I showed her some pictures, and she was able to mix them all and make it gorgeous! It stayed up for the entire night! The bride went in early to practice her hair and makeup, so the day of there were no surprises. They helped attach her veil to her updo and show us how to remove it without ruining her hairstyle. All the stylists were very friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere for the morning of the Wedding day! Prices were very reasonable and fair for everything. If I lived closer this would be my go to spot for haircuts. Highly highly recommend for weddings, special events or just regular haircuts.
