I am losing faith in this place. I go here for convenience as it's on the way home from work. I get gel pedicures in the warmer months. Overall they do a nice job painting my nails, but I can do a nice job myself. I'm paying 65 plus tip to pamper myself a little and I'm always rushed and they use a MASSAGE GUN on your feet. That SUCKS! There are two good techs and they're never free because half of Ozaukee county knows what I'm talking about. I go for pedis so I can get a leg and foot massage. My nails are still recovering from the damaging manicure from a man (Johnny?) a couple months ago when I was visiting friends in Grafton. He used some kind of nail drill to quickly remove the polish from my natural nails. ( I had never seen this before & made the mistake of assuming he knew what he was doing.) Meanwhile, the drilling wore away the surface of my nails which are still thin & continue to break. The rest of the manicure was hasty, dismissive & disappointing. Maybe he was just having a bad day? So I come here once in a while when I feel like treating myself to a pedicure and normally don't have much to complain about. But I had an ingrown toe nail surgery about two month ago and decided I was healed enough to get them done. When I arrived I told them that I had this surgery done and that I would like for them to be gentle. I then was seated and the nail tech immediately started digging at the toe that had the procedure done and caused it to start bleeding immensely. I pulled my toe away and told her no and that it hurt. She said you have ingrown you need to come back every two weeks. Clearly they did not understand what I told them when I arrived! Omg!!!! I went here before I came on vacation with 2 friends and I had no idea what the hell I wanted. They helped with the style and they always made sure I was comfortable. They also take walk ins which is amazing! They have beautiful ranges of colors and samples it was soo hard to choose what I wanted. Everything there is so sanitary and smell amazing. You even get a little hand massage! A lady named Tina did my nails and they were exactly what I wanted! Every worker is so sweet and I reccomend Tina! Hope this helps! read more

I go here once a month to get my nails done (gels). The staff are really friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help my handicapped mom so she can still have pretty nails. They also are always willing to let me experiment with different colors and styles than the usual pink and white French manicure. They also offer pedicures, where you can sit in some wonderful massage chairs and really relax. I get my brows waxed there, too. I have tried to get my nails done three times in other salons and have never been as impressed with the quality of the nails or the service. read more

They ate not a skilled nail salon, but charge more than skilled prices like 50 for a full set acrylic. Once started my nails I knew I wasnt going to be happy because the nails were filed thin, they were so big It seemed as if I had clubbing. They said they don't do pink and white but can airbrush it or hand paint it. I was looking for a new place since I moved away form the city. I think the prices are good/fair here and the salon is clean. You never really know about those plastic sleeves over the remote control for the massage chair though...?! Someone here mentioned that the woman doesn't speak English and takes you to the chair. I had the same experience. I got the 'wave' signaling, come back here, give me your polish... I followed her but wanted to make sure I was getting the right type of pedicure so I wasn't charged for the more expensive version. She got help from someone that does speak English and we clarified that we were on the same page for what I was requesting. She did a nice job with the pedicure and was fast. Since she didn't speak the same language, I didn't have to worry about someone talking too much, since I like to do my own thing during a pedi. I will be returning here. read more

I stopped at Ly Ly after having a good experience with a pedicure about a year ago. While I was really pleased that they were open on a Sunday, and could fit me in for a manicure, I wish I'd waited until another shop opened up on a Monday. This is the worst manicure I've ever had. I had clear polish on, and the woman started doing my nails without taking the polish off or cleaning my nails. She cut them, never buffed and I had to stop her to go back and fix several nails. Each time I was met with an eye roll. Look, I realize this is an indulgence. It's only $14. But seriously? This should have been easy, and it was horrible. It's Tuesday, and all of the polish has chipped already. She also didn't fill in my nails, so they look half done. Horrible, horrible. read more

I have been going to this location for over a year. I do like the way my nails are done and i know some of the techs are so so but the guy that does my nails every time is fantastic. I do pedicures and shellac every month and i like the quality of my nails. I have been to other places around and they are not as clean and sanitary as this place. Called and made an appointment for a friend and I for our lunch break to get pedicures and let the lady know it was during our 1/2 lunch and she said that would be fine. When we got there we were greeted rudely. When we finally got in our pedicure chairs, we sat for 20 minutes and it wasn't until we took our feet out and started to dry them to leave that a guy said "Oh we can do your pedicures now" too late, had to go back to work, what's the point of scheduling an appointment?!?!?!?!. Not to mention, the chair next to me had just been used and all that was done after that pedicure was it was wiped out and dried with a towel, NO CLEANING SOLUTION USED and was refilled for the next person coming in! Came here with a wedding party before the wedding. The woman rushed the entire time even though we had appointments. Chopped my toe nail only on one side and then filed it crookedly. The second layer of polish was only done on parts of my finger nails. When they filed my finger nails they left them super jagged. I mentioned something and she told me that it was my skin?? Terrible, terrible, terrible. My friend's daughter went in to get her nails done for prom and they looked TERRIBLE. When she asked for them to either redo them or give her the money she paid back, the male nail tech yelled at her, causing her to cry in the middle of the store, in front of customers. When I went in the next day to rectify the situation, they refused to give a refund or get her nails redone. BEWARE of this place, they are greedy, nasty people who provide terrible service.
