Absolutely terrible experience. This was hands-down one of the sloppiest pedicures I've ever had. My nails were cut uneven and crooked, and most weren't even filed, leaving sharp corners. I literally had to point out one nail that needed filing, and instead of fixing them all, she only did that one. Lazy and careless. The cuticle work was basically nonexistent, and the polish application looked rushed and messy -- not clean or professional at all. It honestly felt like she cared more about wasting time on the "leg/ foot massage" than actually doing the pedicure correctly. And the cleanliness? Gross. The area next to the chair was cluttered with dirty tools and open jars everywhere. The whole setup looked unhygienic and unprofessional. For the every increasing price, this service was a joke. I left annoyed, disappointed, and feeling like I needed another pedicure to fix this one. read more

I would never get a pedicure anywhere but with Harry at Silver Nails! My gel manicures easily last at least a month-- even when I'm playing sand volleyball. He even takes care of my ingrown nails! everyone here is kind and professional. I can't recommend them enough! read more

I had an an appointment for a pedicure and manicure with my regular nail tech. When I arrived, she told me someone else would do my pedicure (which was not a great job, & I could not understand what she was saying). Then my regular nail tech preceded to take care of two more customers while l sat there for an hour (total of 3!!) When she did do my nails, she conversed with another tech (Lindsey) in Vietnamese, even stopping periodically to engage in their conversation. The owner (Brian) seemed oblivious to how I was treated. This is my first time here. I like the fact that they are open on Sunday and are professional and clean. The place is clean and big with plenty of massage chairs. Free water bottles as well. I don't have any issues with the place and they did a nice job on my nails. They were friendly and had a wide selection of colors. The only advice I have is bring cash for a tip. They only do cash tips. They have a cash machine but there is a fee to withdraw cash. So bring cash for your tips. I will be going back. read more

My two younger sisters and I got gel manicures and had great experiences. It's a busy Sunday afternoon and one of us had to wait a little bit, but service was fast. We were all very happy with our manicures and they were gentle on the little girls! No torn cuticles to be found. They used new packages of tools on all of us, so it was sanitary. They also had these nice hand warmers. They had a decent selection of gel but of course more is always better, haha. the english of our technicians was fantastic as well, no communication barrier in the slightest. Thank you silver nails!! I really like this salon. It's big, and I never need an appointment. My nails never disappoint. The only thing I don't like is sometimes they are randomly closed for a weekend and that's the best time for me to get in. Went in for a dip manicure...they didn't have the color with sparkle that I wanted in dip,so the technician offered to put a gel sparkle polish over it. I agreed because I figured she knew what she was doing. 4 days later the top coat is peeling off...super disappointed since I paid $10 extra for dip powder. I went back in for them to fix it and the solution was to take the top coat off and put regular polish over it. This really defeats the purpose of long lasting, durable dip polish. I will never come back here again and would never recommend it to anyone. What a disappointment. Take your business elsewhere. read more

My friend and I both had nail techs that tried getting out our "ingrown toenails". I don't think I had one at all. My friend's toe started bleeding a bit and we both yelled out in pain and told our tech to stop. The towels smelled like smelly feet. It was very unpleasant. My toe is throbbing and painful now. A little frustrated. I went here three weeks ago and the person who did my nails did well. i wanted Vinylux done because I can't do gel. This person did a bottom coat, two of polish color, and a top coat. The person I had today just did two coats of color and a top coat called Shiny. I dried my nails for 15 minutes drove home 8 minutes and just changed and my thumb nail the polish looks mashed. It is very frustrating that most of the staff are not fluent in English so it is hard to convey what you want. I though the technician understood what I was asking for but apparently not. read more

Unfortunately I know they're going to get the business no matter what my review says. But almost every time I have walked in to get a pedicure I have been turned away because they don't have anyone available. They even relocated to a bigger building and still are understaffed and aren't taking new clients. It's really unfortunate. read more

It's a fine pedicure but the service is always inconsistent. I went this Sunday and had a male who did my pedicure. The only thing he did was shorten my nails, give a small foot massage, then painted my nails. There was no scrubbing or use of the pedicure stone. Another time I had made an *appointment* and ended up waiting in my chair for 40+ minutes while they continued to accept walk-ins. The pedicure itself was fine and full service after a long wait. I would suggest they add more help so they don't have long wait times, and so they don't have to rush and make shortcuts to their services to catch up. read more

Not pleased, failed to remove the previous polish completely. Massages were extremely short, and my gel mani is already peeling off after one week. I've been going to Silver Nails for 6-9 months to have shellac nails done every two weeks. Never disappointed. Everyone is always very friendly. I've had my nails done by other salons in the past and have never had the consistent results that I have had with Molly. She is absolutely awesome. Pricing is very reasonable. read more

The salon looks nice and clean and one would think would have a good atmosphere. Forget that opinion. This is the most toxic place one can ever visit. July 21st was probably the most disgusting experience I have ever had. I had an appointment set up with Duke (he is the best one there) for a mani pedi thag I scheduled a week in advance. Needless to say they never put it in the calendar. I get there and he is busy. That's fine I'd rather wait for him than go with someone else. Then the salon employees thought that it would be a fun game to play to see if I would go with someone else by making fun of me, making me feel like complete shit, and almost bringing me to tears. The employees on were Peter, Kevin, John, Dor, LAN, Sharon, and obviously Duke who had nothing to do with this bullshit experience. They were patronizing me and trying to trick me. Kept say oh do you want this person or this person knowing well that I was there to see Duke. A salon should be a relaxing experience not one where you are treated like this and in tears. IF I didn't have an event to attend the next day then I would have left. When Duke finished up he took me and it was good. I will never ever come here again and suggest you do not as well. They treat their customers like pure shit. You can go anywhere else and actually be treated like a person. I am here to share my story because I am completely disgusted. I have been going to Silver Nails for many many years. Billy, Tina, Tommy, Kevin, Molly, John, and the crew are very good at what they do. They use an autoclave to clean there utensils. Everyone is friendly and after many visits to get my nails done in different states, and even different counties, I can safely say they do a great job and are very qualified. They do everything...pink and whites, shellac, gel etc, not all places know how to do all nail designs. I am pretty picky and they put up with me saying exactly how I want them done, so speak up if you want something! Great job guys, my pink and whites are beautiful! read more

Today I went to get my nails done, the end result was just not up to par... I later returned and explained that I didn't feel my nails were were up to the usual standard and the wonderful man fixed/touched them up for free. I usually go to another nail salon but I was in the area yesterday so thought I would check this place out. I will not be going back, definitely the worst gel polish I have had done and I have my nails done every 2-3 weeks. The polish is not even and she got a lot on my skin around the nails and didn't clean it up. I also had to ask her to file my nails more because many were jagged. Also one of my nails has cracked already after only 24 hours. The only bright side was that the employees were nice. read more
