But it really matters WHO you get as your technician. On our last visit, we got Liam and Henry and they chatted loudly the entire time, making us feel distinctly like they were making fun of us. Every time one of us asked for something specific, they would talk to each other and laugh. It felt very pointed like they were laughing at our expense. Even if they were not-- the pedicure is supposed to be relaxing. The owner goes through all the trouble of putting you in this dark room with a waterfall wall to relax you, and then they have these cackling guys being loud and unprofessional the whole time. It ruined the vibe completely. I booked this appointment online so I couldn't specify which technician I did Not want, and this message is primarily for the owner, but these two need to be retrained on professionalism. Also, the pedicure I chose mentioned a sugar scrub but Henry only did the scrub for two seconds on my feet and not on my calves or lower legs. I couldn't tell if this was deliberate or just my technician doing the step half-way. When I asked if he was going to do the rest, he didn't seem to understand and made more comments about me to his coworker instead. This was just another example of how I was let down on this last visit-- everything felt a bit rushed, sort of half-assed and like they were annoyed we were even there. Your other technicians: Danny, Jason, Jayce, Jasmine, Madison... they are all so lovely and excellent both at their jobs and at customer service. I looked for a way to simply message the owner instead of leaving a review but found no contact info on their website. I, in no way want to hurt this business but I do wish to give feedback on who is doing well and who is not doing their jobs. As a regular client, I felt let down by this last visit and these specific technicians' behavior and service.

I remember Jacci called me because I had been waiting for the new shop to open and I need a hair cut desperately. The guys working inside told her that a "big dark haired guy" was spying between the paper covered windows, I guess she told them "Oh that's only Greg, he must need a haircut". So Jacci offered to cut my hair (even though the shop was not open) and with that I became Jacci's first customer in her new shop, unofficially of course. Well her we are 2012 and Jacci is still cutting my hair and when it came time for my 2 year old daughter's first hair cut there was no place else to go.
