She was so sweet and said she would do her best to remove it before my lift. She was very engaging throughout the appointment, making small talk but also explaining the process. It's been a few weeks now and my eyelashes look fantastic. They have the perfect amount of curl and the lashes are perfectly separated so they look whispery not spidery... if that makes sense!? The facility was relaxing and I definitely dozed off at one point! The price is standard for this area which is great because this is an easier location to navigate than the place I used to go downtown. They sell a lot of products and Becca made a few recommendations but she wasn't pushy about sales. They also have a reward program for discounted services after a dozen appointments. I will definitely book again!

I initially went to One With Nature for lymphatic drainage massage after a cosmetic procedure and also received massage services and facial chemical peels. Natalya is very flexible and attends to her clients' individual needs. She not only customizes treatments but also works with you to put together an affordable package to get the results you want. She helped me customize my skincare regime by reviewing all my products and offering some of her own serums as supplements. They are highly effective and affordable; she didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and was always available by email and text for questions. As a result of her treatments I had reduced neck and shoulder pain, reduced swelling after my cosmetic procedure, and significantly reduced sun / age spots through the use of peels. When I'm back in Wisconsin visiting Natalya for some beauty services will be a priority!

Scheduling was easy (I did it online but am sure it can be done over the phone as well) and although I didn't immediately recognize the address, it is easy to find on the second floor above the Collectivo in Grafton. The spa was very clean and Amy is extremely friendly. I felt comfortable immediately. My facial was quite fabulous. I felt as though she knew exactly what she was doing and tailored the facial to my skin type and needs. As she administered the facial, Amy educated me on my skin type and noted problem areas and gave me positive feedback as well. I never felt as though I was being "sold" on a product throughout my time there but actually learned a lot about how to use products in general. It had been a while since my last facial, so there was a lot of deep cleaning and extractions to be done. Despite the deep-clean, I left with little redness and my skin feels so clean and smooth. After I finish this review I'll be booking my next appointment!
