The facility was relaxing and I definitely dozed off at one point! The price is standard for this area which is great because this is an easier location to navigate than the place I used to go downtown. Natalya is very flexible and attends to her clients' individual needs. She not only customizes treatments but also works with you to put together an affordable package to get the results you want. She helped me customize my skincare regime by reviewing all my products and offering some of her own serums as supplements. They are highly effective and affordable; she didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and was always available by email and text for questions. Scheduling was easy (I did it online but am sure it can be done over the phone as well) and although I didn't immediately recognize the address, it is easy to find on the second floor above the Collectivo in Grafton. The spa was very clean and Amy is extremely friendly. I felt comfortable immediately. My facial was quite fabulous. I felt as though she knew exactly what she was doing and tailored the facial to my skin type and needs. As she administered the facial, Amy educated me on my skin type and noted problem areas and gave me positive feedback as well. I never felt as though I was being "sold" on a product throughout my time there but actually learned a lot about how to use products in general. It had been a while since my last facial, so there was a lot of deep cleaning and extractions to be done. Despite the deep-clean, I left with little redness and my skin feels so clean and smooth. I dye my hair every 2-3 months to up keep. I went to salon Noir about a month ago, my old stylist moved away. My hair is extremely damaged. My hair is falling out. I have never lost this much hair or been able to pull out hair in 5 years. I got a normal cut and color. My stylist rushed the entire process. I had to tell her multiple times to be careful on my head because she was pulling and being rough. The entire process was rushed. The color was okay. I am so extremely upset about how damaged my hair is now, I have never had this happen before. I don't know what products were used on my hair, or if whatever they use for dye was not properly mixed or what. The price was very inexpensive, but I got what I paid for. I will never be back to this salon and I don't recommend anybody come for any dye job. Very disappointed, I won't be back.
