Initially he filled the pedicure bowl with cold water, and I had to tell him it was freezing. He had a problem getting the jet to work properly; jet was very weak. He definitely needs practice with the nippers. I could feel that he nipped my skin (while attempting to trim cuticles). around my toenail several times. Ouch! He did not shape my pinky toe nail at all. Surprisingly, the leg massage was actually good. One of the men tuned the Tv to a horror movie!!! There was also a young child present the staff was playing with and they were loud at times. Definitely not an enjoyable or relaxing experience! This salon definitely needs more professionalism and less chaos

This spa is so cute and comforting the moment you walk in the door, you immediately feel relaxed. I don't typically write reviews, but after my 3rd time visiting and loving it so much I had to!! I scheduled a relaxation massage for 60 minutes with Heidi. It was absolutely amazing!!! She asked me if there were any focus areas and I let her know my neck as a focus area from sitting at a computer all day for my work. It was the perfect amount of extra focus along with the rest of the areas for the entire massage. I felt like everything was perfectly aligned after leaving the massage! Heidi was very nice and asked a few times if the pressure was comfortable during the massage. Merissa is also great! Each time she takes the time to go over any changes/current needs with my skin. Overall, prices are very reasonable! I recommend this day spa to anyone who needs a relaxing spa session!!

Consistently had to correct her and fills took no less than two hours. Which normal fills are an hour to an hour and a half. Then, after coming back from vacation, I receive a message from her stating that maybe I should look for a different lash artist because she gets too stressed doing my lashes. I gave her four chances to do my lashes correctly, however, she did not like being corrected, when my lashes were uneven, not the mapping that I asked for or not filled in properly. Not to mention, I asked her to take off the old Lashes and do a complete new set and she did not want to. She stated she did not like doing full sets if she didn't need to. Then she would use the excuse that I didn't have enough Lashes, but other lash artist were able to get my lashes, completely full exactly how I wanted them. The only reason why utilize her initially was because my original last artist of four years had moved out of town, so I was looking for a new lash artist. However, I would not recommend

The French tip he tried to paint on was so tiny and thin of a line you could see all the rest of the white of the nail. To top it off he didn't clean the underneath of the nails so you just see the dirt. It took 15 minutes to paint one nail so we left because it was looking so bad! After I paid them $50 for a terrible unfinished job I Now I have to pay another place to fix them before graduation!

That i could have lived with until i needed them redone. But the broken nails I couldn't. I called and was able to get in the same day for repair. she was very rude. she Took the power file and took off my old gel very roughly. She kept repeating "you said you like your nails" I did until they were breaking on the sides. She redid the color and glued the nails that were breaking and today I have more that are splitting on the sides. I'm pretty sure she file my real nails too thin. I will not go back.

The staff were also willing to respect my request to be masked during my appointment, and all equipment was either disposed or sanitized after my visit. My impression is they take hygiene and COVID seriously. Five stars, will definitely recommend! (One more note: free and ample street parking is a plus!)
