My daughters have been customers at Anton's for years and we have noticed a sharp decline in…read morecustomer service. I was absolutely livid today when Anton's wanted to charge one a non-refundable $100 deposit for an appointment. My daughter has a flight into town earlier that day and explained she'd only miss if flight was delayed which would be beyond her control. The woman she spoke with treated her with sass and then transferred to owners who only confirmed that they could easily fill that appointment with someone else. I guess customer loyalty means nothing. In addition, my other daughter says at a recent appointment, the stylists discuss price of other clients' services while they are doing her hair. That is very unprofessional. Also, she witnessed a customer with a "known last name" in the area wanted a last minute appointment and they moved heaven and earth to make it happen. A more common name doesn't carry weight even though we've been loyal. Well not anymore. My daughter is a dentist and they don't even charge a deposit for missed appointments.

Cost…read moretransparency: bride + 6 bridesmaids = $928 (plus cost of extensions) I was given the option to buy extensions at the trial and was told how thin my hair was and that extensions were almost necessary to achieve the look I wanted. I complied. The trial and extensions were $265 plus a $25 fee to "install" them, despite being clip in extensions. I was also informed that I would have to pay the installation fee again on my wedding day. Furthermore, I reached out to Tia about decreasing my number of bridesmaids requiring services, and was met with a long winded email (lecture) about how that wasn't possible and "it's like budgeting for 40 hours a week and only working 10-20 hours a week". The communication with Tia over email comes off as very condescending. She also emailed me regarding a proposed timeline for the day from my wedding coordinator and reprimanded me for making a timeline for "HER" clients. Additionally, I previously contacted Tia 3 months prior to the wedding to set a start time of 8am. She emailed me 2.5 weeks before the wedding stating that she would not arrive until 10am because she had to bring her daughter to school. She had an assistant come and do all of my bridesmaids hair. I was beginning to panic as Tia was not at the venue, and my bridesmaid and fiancé had to call Tia around 11am to see where she was. Tia stated that she would be leaving soon. The ONLY stress I had on my wedding day was my hairstylist not arriving on time or communicating with me that she would be later than 10am. Tia does beautiful work. I enjoyed my hairstylist and it stayed well the whole night. The extensions were good quality. Overall, I felt like the communication style did not match with what I was looking for in a vendor, and I did not enjoy the additional stress on my wedding day.

Started going here for my lashes, went here approximately four times to give Lauren a chance to do…read moremy lashes, every single time. I was not happy with my fills. Consistently had to correct her and fills took no less than two hours. Which normal fills are an hour to an hour and a half. Then, after coming back from vacation, I receive a message from her stating that maybe I should look for a different lash artist because she gets too stressed doing my lashes. I gave her four chances to do my lashes correctly, however, she did not like being corrected, when my lashes were uneven, not the mapping that I asked for or not filled in properly. Not to mention, I asked her to take off the old Lashes and do a complete new set and she did not want to. She stated she did not like doing full sets if she didn't need to. Then she would use the excuse that I didn't have enough Lashes, but other lash artist were able to get my lashes, completely full exactly how I wanted them. The only reason why utilize her initially was because my original last artist of four years had moved out of town, so I was looking for a new lash artist. However, I would not recommend
