I've seen her for both facials and brow waxing, and every experience has been wonderful. She does a great job evaluating my skin, talking through what she's seeing, and making thoughtful recommendations for my skincare routine without making it feel overwhelming or like I need to completely change everything I'm doing. The facials are incredibly relaxing, but I also feel like I'm getting real results from them. Lately, I've had multiple people comment on how good my skin looks, which is probably the best compliment I could give! She also did an amazing job with my brows. They looked polished and natural, and exactly how I wanted them to look for my wedding. Cheyenne is knowledgeable, kind, and makes the whole experience feel comfortable and personalized. What started as part of my pre-wedding skincare routine has officially become something I plan to keep up with. Highly recommend!

The facility was relaxing and I definitely dozed off at one point! They sell a lot of products and Becca made a few recommendations but she wasn't pushy about sales. They also have a reward program for discounted services after a dozen appointments.
