She was so sweet and said she would do her best to remove it before my lift. She was very engaging throughout the appointment, making small talk but also explaining the process. It's been a few weeks now and my eyelashes look fantastic. They have the perfect amount of curl and the lashes are perfectly separated so they look whispery not spidery... if that makes sense!? The facility was relaxing and I definitely dozed off at one point! The price is standard for this area which is great because this is an easier location to navigate than the place I used to go downtown. They sell a lot of products and Becca made a few recommendations but she wasn't pushy about sales. They also have a reward program for discounted services after a dozen appointments. The spa was very clean and Amy is extremely friendly. I felt comfortable immediately. My facial was quite fabulous. I felt as though she knew exactly what she was doing and tailored the facial to my skin type and needs. As she administered the facial, Amy educated me on my skin type and noted problem areas and gave me positive feedback as well. I never felt as though I was being "sold" on a product throughout my time there but actually learned a lot about how to use products in general. It had been a while since my last facial, so there was a lot of deep cleaning and extractions to be done. Despite the deep-clean, I left with little redness and my skin feels so clean and smooth. The first appointment with Lori was during COVID. Despite distancing, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They have a nice lounge room where customers can wait but both times I was retrieved for my session promptly. I am very picky about my layers but Lori was able to navigate them and give me a gorgeous cut. Mandie was training while I got my trim which demonstrates what an expert she is. The prices are higher but to me, it's worth it. One thing to note is parking. I booked my appointments during business hours on a weekday and easily parked right in front of the building. I know that street can get busy around dinner and on the weekends so you might want to plan accordingly!
