If you want a rushed, sloppy manicure then you've found the place. The fact that I've started doing my own cuticles at home before going because the half ass use of the tool they use to do so speaks volumes. This was my last time going here. My nails look like my 8 yr old painted them. Suggestion for the owner, have your staff actually take a minute and paint the WHOLE nail. There shouldn't be sloppy paint jobs it's not that complicated. And also the one male is a bit rough and rude if you don't relax your hand. Overall I'm done giving them my money for a crappy manicure that chips in less than 4 days. Very unprofessional. Last time I had to ask for them to do an additional coat because the two they had applied was still see thru, the girl pretended to not speak English and yelled out. I don't get my nails done often, but I had a family photo shoot coming up. I wanted the color to be as natural as possible without a French manicure. The color selection was huge! I had a pedicure and gel full set done. I made sure to call ahead, but they had several walk-ins while my appointment was on-going. The staff would politely let the walk-in approximately how long the wait would be without walking away from my appointment-which I very much appreciated. I would recommend calling ahead to avoid a wait. All of the staff members were extremely accommodating and professional. The pedicure was fantastic-my feet really needed it! And the color and the length were perfect for my manicure. I will be coming back! read more

If you get the female technician that works at the first station, you are in good hands. The male technician confirmed I wanted a new set and ignored my request and proceeded to do a fill on multiple occasions because he did not want to take the time to remove my old nails (3-4 fills old). One of the male techs also told me that my color option will not look good and when I showed him a reference photo he rolled his eyes at me. If you offer a service and somebody requests it, you should complete the service. I'm really tired of not getting what I want because I want to say some thing while I'm there it I also don't want to come off rude because I want to be respectful too. If I ask someone during my service if they are actually doing what I'm asking for and they say yes, I don't wanna continue to ask them over and over again when I can obviously tell they are not doing what I asked for. That puts the client in a very uncomfortable situation and it's asking for someone to be rude to them. The male technician that is there pretty much every single day is the worst one there. His work is quality however if you do not get what he thinks is appropriate, you will not get what you want. You have to check in with him multiple times during your appointment just to make sure that he's doing what you actually request and I find this extremely bizarre and pretty terrible way to run a business. Do not come here and less you're prepared to be bullied by the male technician if they don't want to do what you're requesting. read more

I went last week for a shellac manicure and pedicure. Within one day my shellac nail polish starting peeling off. The toenail polish smudged when I got home, it was clearly to tacky and had too much polish on them. Now one week later my nails have broken and the polish is off. What a complete waste of money! Hard earned money! What a terrible experience and way too expensive! For the price, I except the product to be better. Also, the place smells like microwave food. Ugh! I want my money back, I don't want them to try and fix my nails. Clearly, they have already ruined them. Stay away from this place! read more

The technician that worked on my nails was rough and very unfriendly. Actually no one working at this shop is friendly. You can go here to get a manicure but don't expect a nice experience. Even after I left a 20% tip, I didn't get a thank you or a goodbye. I won't be going back. read more

My Mom and I had appointments for pedi's/dip/gel manicure May 27th at 3pm. Mom's tech (mature woman with glasses, brown hair, no English)took about 20-25 minutes longer than my own pedicure (man with bleached hair and tattoos. Didn't get names and no name-tags, business cards, or name plates on stations). Mom finally sat down for her gel manicure followed by the same tech who seemed confused, inexperienced, and ill-prepared. Another gal showed her how to use the emery board, and then tech took 30 min for ONE hand, just scratched and scratched the polish! I finally asked when her nails would be wrapped, and was ignored. Woman got up to get more missing tools, sat down and kicked my mom on her freshly polished toes! My mom said "ouch" and was ignored. She poked mom, pinched her repeatedly with her rough nails, and would not stop when my Mom was flinching, visibly upset, and I told her to stop hurting her! She poked her at least a DOZEN times, as I sat there in disbelief-about to LOSE IT. Woman got up again, sat down and KICKED my Mom AGAIN and acted like it didn't happen! Poked her again, held up moms hand to show her, and GRINNED. I know there is a language barrier, but most everyone can read facial expressions, and this tech HAD to be aware my mom was unhappy and in pain. My moms nails were filed raggedly with sharp edges. Of course woman did not have UV light handy, had to get up again! Shoved moms hand in it, and couldn't even operate it. I then decided that enough was enough and loudly asked my tech for the manager. I was told no, on vacation. I bitched up a storm and suddenly man was finishing moms nails, I was apologizing to the customer HE now made wait (how uncomfortable), woman tech talked in native tongue probably swearing at us, and we left after 2 1/2 hours with NO apology, no reduced service for my upset Mom, and ragged nails. Not even a thank you! We spent $162 plus tips. It takes a lot for me to write bad reviews but this was unacceptable. I feel they took advantage of an elderly woman (mom is 76) and used someone who had no business doing manicures, as the others had appointments. WORST experience. Avoid! FOLLOW UP 3 days later-ONE NAIL CHIPPED 3 CRACKED. 4 days later, another chip! My dip always lasts four weeks plus at my usual nail salon. Horrible time management! We understand that they are under staffed but they should not accept any customers if they already have 2 people waiting in time. We had made an appointment, got to an appointment 10 mins before. They only took one of us in. Two people still had to wait while they kept taking new customers. I hope they don't waste anyone else's time in the future like they wasted our time. They could have avoided this negative review if they didn't argue back regardless being wrong. I have never been to this salon so i gave it a try with a friend. i have gotten gel hundreds of times, and this was the one time i was not pleased what so ever. After about 2 days the polish on the edge of my nails started to chip off, and the sides started to peel. i was not doing anything like picking or biting them. i wasn't doing anything to my hands but washing them as you would normally do. it's about a week and 4 days later, and the condition of my nails is horrible. the lady painting my nails seemed to do everything correctly and did a really nice job cleaning them up and painting them. i am really disappointed that i spent $35 on this manicure and tipped well too when it basically looked nice for 2 days. read more

They are a very covid aware place and they're very nice to the customers which is good but that being said I got a gel set and sadly it chipped on the second day. I showed them a reference photo and they worked with me to get it as close as possible. My set turned out good but I just wasn't in love with them. I get acrylic overlay with a no chip/shellac polish over it. Awesome color selection. They also offer dip/powder manicures and hot stone massage pedicures. I can go at least 3 weeks without having to get me nails done again, they never chip. Great spa menu too! This is the best nail place I've been to in the area. read more

I got my nails done a few days ago (acrylic full set) and the woman who did them, I believe Moon was her name... she did an amazing job. She took her time to match the picture I showed her and matched it perfectly with the shape and length. I'm very pleased with her and will come back for sure.
