My friend had Logan and he was not friendly or accommodating at all in the beginning, he became slightly nicer towards the end but was not a good experience at all, even I felt uncomfortable as his customer service was not good and frankly rude. He then didn't even apply lotion or massage her hands when he was done. We thought her nails looked good but by the next day they were staining weird and snagging on things. The top coat was not applied well I assume. Definitely a disappointment and embarrassing for me since I took her there. They also were out of a lot of the colors we wanted. I usually have a fantastic experience but this was not good at all. I am hoping they will fix her nails for free since it's only been a day and was 60$.

He is thorough and cleanly - he wears gloves from start to finish, which in my mind, just makes sense. I've always struggled with dry cuticles, hang nails, and aberrant nail growth on my right thumb. It felt unnecessary and honestly quite humiliating. On top of that, the colors I specifically asked for were not done, which was frustrating after already feeling judged. The overall tone and attitude made the experience feel unwelcoming and embarrassing. They also have the tools in "sterilized packets" and they are not as evidenced by not seeking the color seal To make matters worse, when I still chose to leave a tip, a comment was made implying it wasn't enough. That was the final straw. I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. No one should feel that way while trying to enjoy a simple self-care service. Unfortunately I was really dissappointed. I gave the number of the color polish I wanted......and I didn't pay attention until I was moving to the manicure station but the gal who did my nails used a completely different color (pink when I had asked for red.) She didn't double check and I wasn't watching which can be an honest mistake or miscommunication. She offered to redo it which is appreciated but I really didn't have the time in my schedule and that wasn't as big a deal. I did need red fingernails however and she used the correct color. I was ready to give her another chance on my hands but the finished result was frankly, really sloppy. On one hand there's polish around the skin and cuticles. It looks like I tried to do this myself with my non dominant hand. I had to be somewhere shortly afterwards and I really didn't feel comfortable saying anything as I didn't want to be difficult.
