Grand opening of Burlington Nails. All I can say is WOW!! This place is amazing! My daughter and I had 2 appointments at 10:00 for Milk and Honey pedicures and gel nail fills. Greeted warmly and taken promptly on time. They have a dedicated, private room for pedicure services. Low lighting, cozy, quiet. Very relaxing! The chairs are absolutely beautiful, comfortable and have a heated option. Honestly, it was the most relaxing pedicures we have ever experienced. The name literally says it "milk and honey", yes, real honey! Followed with a paraffin wax, leg mask and warm towels. Excellent massage to finish off the relaxing service. Hannah and Dennis did our pedicures and were both excellent! On to the fills. Lilly did my nails and was so sweet, very precise and perfect! Love my nails! She has a new regular customer for sure. Tan is the proud owner and did a stunning job on my daughter's nails. He was so humble and appreciative at checkout. We booked our next appointments because we definitely found our new nail "home". Prices are very reasonable for the services offered and provided. You get a little discount for paying cash as well. First time here and definitely coming back! The shape is b-e-a-utiful! I didn't do any designs but I can't wait to get designs next time I'm there. I wanted to start with something simple coming to a new place. I kept peeking over at the girls next to me getting their nails done and they all looked awesome. Definitely a skilled team, and Tan was very nice and great! The cherry on top is their prices! I originally took a break from getting my nails done because of how expensive they were. However, this salon is very reasonable and affordable. They even have a chalkboard that lists out the prices which is super helpful. Not a lot of salons do that. I've been going to Burlington Nails since the first week they opened, and they have been absolutely incredible from day one. Every single visit feels like a glow-up and a reset all in one. Their pedicures are top-notch (the kind where you leave feeling lighter, cleaner, and like your feet just got promoted), and the technicians are truly on point: highly skilled, super talented, and genuinely welcoming. I really hate leaving a negative review but I also hate wasting my hard earned money. I've given this local nail establishment several shots--more than I should have. I originally called and asked if they did glitter dips and they assured me they did and scheduled an appointment. Once I got there, they didn't have any kind of glitter dip and I truly don't think they even understood what I was talking about. That's OK, I'm adaptable. I picked out a basic color and asked them several times if the next time I came in, I could bring in my own nail polish. Again, they assured me this was fine and so the following week I came in with my own polish. They acted like they didn't want to use it or wait for the dry time and so once again, I chose a dry gel polish. They said next time I could do my own polish. So I bring it the following time and yet again, they showed me the "glitter dip" they specially ordered for me. They got three colors and I felt obligated to use one. I asked them if it's the kind that they buff and shine and they said yes yes. I truly don't mean to sound disrespectful, but there's a massive language barrier here. After only a few minutes the gentleman said he was done and they were literally the texture of sandpaper. I said ummm this isn't right. They assured it was and I said it doesn't even seem like the glitter will last let alone being able to stand the texture for two weeks. Sure enough, five minutes down the road and three nails had already lost ALL the "polish". So I turned around. Again, they said to pick out a gel instead of the color I brought and I was started to get aggravated but I was still kind about it. I don't know what happened in this process but it didn't even look like they'd been filled. My thumbs were the worst and after two days it looked like there was weeks worth of outgrowth. I came in and said please fix my thumbs. This time they weren't so friendly about it. The woman was actually downright rude and was acting like I was being difficult or that this was somehow my fault. I felt like I was majorly putting them out and that's ridiculous when I'm paying for a service I'm not getting. The last straw was today, three days after my appointment , I have nails popping off. Straight up popping off. I won't go in again and I highly suggest you find a nail salon that knows what they are doing. There was a young lady next to me getting her nails done yesterday and went to go point out a problem with her way and the rude woman cut her off and said "I'm not finished yet." And the girl basically tried to be really nice and explain that last time they were done correctly and she just wanted to make sure this time they were. I truly don't think these people know what they're doing. read more

I took my daughter here to get our nails done the other day and it was wonderful! The salon is so clean and so many color selections! I loved that the pedicure area was separate and they also have the lights low in that area and it's very calming! We will be back for sure! read more

A group of 4 of us ladies went for a girls day and got the milk and honey pedicures and it was great!! Got to talk to the owner a bit and all the staff were very pleasant. This will definitely be our new go to place! read more
