Hannah is the best! I'm new to waxing and after not shaving my legs for over a year, I thought I'd try waxing over shaving for the summer. Hannah is very professional, keeps her studio clean, and explains what she is doing as she goes along. I never feel any judgement from her regarding my body. We always have a lovely conversation and while waxing can be uncomfortable it honestly doesn't hurt as bad as I thought it would. I get my legs, bikini line, and happy trail done and I am always happy with the results. I love the anti-stinging serum she uses before the wax. Adorable and clean waxing studio! Hannah is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. COVID protocol was followed by wearing masks and completing a safety questionnaire beforehand. I have been cautious with visiting salons during COVID, but certainly felt very safe and relaxed during my visit. Hannah offers brow lamination, which is a somewhat limited service in the NW suburbs currently. I appreciate her conservative approach to waxing, too...sometimes less is more, and there's nothing worse than a wax job gone wrong with WAY too much taken off your brows. So not the case here! I left Busy Bee with brows seriously on point! If you have thick/coarse/wavy/curly brows like I do, it's a must-try...especially for a special event or vacation. I also love that Hannah created her own conditioning brow serum, which was included with my treatment. As someone who has always been obsessed with brows, this is a true hidden gem!
