I felt very comfortable coming here for a Brazilian wax. Good thing I had gotten a Brazilian wax years ago at another establishment where I had read various pamphlets about how to prepare, so I had popped 300 mg of ibuprofen before my appointment, so the procedure didn't hurt at all.

So overall I would rate the quality as 2/5 stars. I didn't really want to get threaded but was told it was good to do before lamination and I wish I would have listened to my intuition that was saying no. Also, there was no real measurement or technique before threading my brows with what looked like floss and thus it does not seem professional. Vibe overall is positive due to the kind workers but professionalism and technique could improve dramatically.

Anyway the colorist they gave me had little experience overall bc she was young and ended up toning my hair about 3-4 times that visit. She was apologetic but that doesn't fix the damage done. I'm happy with how my hair turned out after the revision. However, I also want to be honest about my experience during the appointment. The combing was extremely rough and painful. At one point, the stylist (Jenna) said, "You don't have a tender scalp, do you?" I felt uncomfortable saying that it actually did hurt, because I didn't want to seem difficult after she had offered the correction. Looking back, I wish I had spoken up, but I also wish there had been more care taken to make sure I was comfortable. I just wanted to be honest about what happened!
