I was very skeptical about the results I would receive from sugaring since my experience with waxing hadn't been the most pleasant. I had done some reading about how sugaring was better for the skin since it had very limited and natural ingredients, so I gave it a try. My first visit I was pleasantly surprised and will not being going back to waxing EVER AGAIN! I had a Brazilian done and the application was probably the worst part, and it wasn't even that painful. Denise was amazing and informative and checked in on how I was doing and made me very comfortable. When I went back for my clean up I had Sam and she was just as comforting and informative. I just went for my third time and I am officially hooked. I have purchased a healing oil the ladies told me about and have added an additional service for when I go back in 4 weeks. If you're unsure about giving it a try, do it! You won't be sorry, you'll be hooked and pleased with the service and results. If I could give more stars I would!! read more

I recently stumbled on to sugaring after plenty of waxings. I set up my appointment online, which was super easy. I like the company shows faces of the employees and not just names (sometimes I forget). I set up my first appointment with Denise. A day or two before, they called to confirm my appointment and time. I love a little reminder! I showed up and was given a warm greeting and immediately checked in. The salon is so cute and extremely clean. Denise is adorably sweet, and professional. I never felt uncomfortable or judged which says a lot when all your "business" is out in the open! I JUST had my second appointment and I'm hooked! I don't think I'll ever wax again. I always book my next appointment before leaving and haven't run into any scheduling issues. Highly recommended! read more

So, this was my first time getting sugaring (previously waxed) and it was a fantastic experience. I can't wait to go back. Relatively painless, and so quick and surprisingly educational! Renne told me what I could do to help with the problem I'm hoping to fix overtime and tips and tricks. She made me feel so comfortable whilst undergoing the sugaring and talked me through it. I would like to mention how amicable and kind the ladies were towards me even though I was late getting to my appointment. Sam and Jailime were SO sweet towards my daughter who I had to bring with me to this appointment and I felt 0 shame for it. They were all so inviting and truly just gave me amazing customer service. I definitely Olán to come back to this location/person & was so impressed with how easy and painless the whole experience was. read more

I booked an appointment for a Brazilian after not having a traditional wax for over 4 years. Sam was very sweet and answered all of my questions and concerns. I'm happy with my results and will be booking another appointment with her when the time comes. The most painful part was the application of the sugar versus the hair removal. Booking was super simple online. The woman who checked me in was very nice as well. Overall a great experience. read more

This was my first time here and doing sugaring. I've done regular waxing in the past and I gotta say sugaring is a much better experience. The application/pulling of the wax may be uncomfortable at first but bearable for sure. Plus the more you go the easier and pain-free it will become. Sam was very sweet, and answered all my questions about sugaring and made me feel comfortable! I definitely recommend coming here! read more

This was my first time getting "sugared". I've had traditional Brazilian waxes before but in comparison, sugaring was a lot less painful! Candice and Jenny were SO nice and made me feel very comfortable which I think is very important. They both said they'd make a believer out of me and a lover of sugaring over traditional waxing....and they were right! read more

Leslie is great! She made me feel so comfortable. She played music and gave me a stress ball to ease the fear. She also is very easy to talk to which helps the experience to be a lot better. Leslie is always great. I've seen her 2 times already and I never leave unsatisfied. She's very informative and talks you through the process. She gives you ample amount of time to recover from the strip to move forward with the Brazilian. She's recommended products to me and is not pushy to make the sale. I always leave happy! read more
