Went today for the first time since moving to the area and had a great experience. I was able to make a same day appointment for a no-chip pedicure and they took me right away to start soaking before they could start my service. The cost was well worth it (hot towel and massage after the foot treatment and color application)! Everything was very clean inside the salon. They used brand new items (opened in front of me), changed gloves multiple times and had clean tools. Ling Ling, my manicurist, was very nice and did a great job! The massage chairs and music were also nice and chill. I enjoyed my hour of me-time! Will definitely be back and possibly try some other services. read more

I have been going to this salon for about 2 years and have always had a good experience. However, the most recent experience was so unpleasant and I am changing to a different nail salon. I got my nails done on a sunday, dip. The technician didn't use the UV light because she says she uses the top coat which does the same thing. I didn't question her because this is not my area of expertise. However, 2 hours later, the dip chipped-exposing a sharp part of my nail. The salon is closed on Monday's so I couldn't go in and get it fixed. I put a bandaid on it so I didn't cut my daughter or myself. The next day (Monday), I babied it but the tip of my nail broke off anyway because it was exposed. On Tuesday, when I went to close the door of my car, another one of my nails chipped. I waited until they opened at 10 and then I called to explain what had happened and I needed it to be fixed. We set a time up for when I was off work. However, I had to call and cancel because there was a work emergency. I called back so I could inform them of this. I tried to quickly reiterate the situation because there was a different person on the phone. She cut me off and said "ok ok yes I know. ...I'm looking to see if we are free. You have to be patient!" She said the only opening was at 10am. I said I couldn't do that because of work and expected them to fit me in because it was a mistake they made. They refused to find a time that worked for my schedule and correct their mistake. I am writing this review 3 days later, and 3 broken nails later. I am unhappy with the product of my nails, but mistakes happen and I would have forgiven that-was even willing to go back and let them correct their mistake. However, the rudeness of the person who I spoke with on the phone and the unwillingness to correct THEIR mistake really turned me away. I will not be returning. read more

I called today and asked to see if there were any openings for a fresh dip appointment, and i am so glad there was! Ji G did my nails and they came out more beautiful than i could have expected. I've never gotten my nails done with such care. She even cleaned my cuticles which most nail techs just use the drill and move on. I just had a lovely afternoon with my pedicurist, Kimzy. I was a first-time customer who has become a REGULAR within one visit. Lovely salon not in decor, but in cleanliness. It smelled fresh with a sparkle of cleanliness gleaming off the racks of lotions, potions and lacquers for your neither reaches! The bathroom was more than acceptable as well. I noticed with particular attention, many sterilization tactics in play throughout my visit. The security and ease with which Kimzy used the necessary safety techniques gave me confidence that this was part of the normal routine. I have gained an infection from my prior favorite salon and am now nursing a missing toenail, hence my interest in sanitation. There can never be enough concern for my health! I would also like to compliment the knowledge and personality of my pedicurist, Kimzy. I went into the salon to relax and focus on the physical experience. which means I wanted to basically doze off..... She had no issues with allowing me my space while keeping with the pace. Her physical signals instructing me to help her during the experience were intuitive and easy to dissimulate. I hardly noticed her moving my legs/feet in and out, up and down as she was clear without being invasive. This shows experience! She had an additional challenge because I had that missing toenail, and the area was sensitive. She didn't cause even a small bit of pain, her method was firm, strong and steady. I ordered the full boat experience, and I will parse that I really enjoyed most of it. I would drop the hot rock experience in Favour of an additional timeframe of leg/foot massage. I really liked the hot wax treatment, my toes are soft and plump and for a 60 year old gal, that's sayin' somptin'! Order Holly's full boat, minus the hot rocks...if the shop is listening, may I suggest adding a "free" offering of specialty hot tea (to mellow while you soak in the Me, Me, Me atmosphere, spruce up the decor to reflect indulgence, healthy living and up your prices! What horrible service is this place offering. Less than 2 days this Dip powder chipped, cracked and broke. I was confused and question when the lady I think her name is Kim told me that they don't use the UV light on the dip. Everyplace I've ever gone uses the UV. So I come to get the problem fixed or get money back and the owner of the shop Gee tells me I have to come back and after requesting a refund she informs me that aren't allowed to do that even being the owner. She asked me to wait 10 minutes and I informed I wasn't interested waiting if they weren't able to fix the issue today and she said yes just wait. After waiting 15 minutes she tells me that I have to be put on the schedule for a nail tech to fix since I no longer wanted to have the First Lady fix it. So I waited for her to tell me that they can't fix it today. what a complete waist of my time. Both coming here in the first place and coming back to have them NOT fix. Highly disappointed there's places out there like this during times of business struggling. read more

At the urging of friends, I had my first pedicure. Like most men, this was not in my playbook,but that has changed. The pedicure experience was incredibly pleasant and my abused feet never felt and looked better. And for the first time in years, maybe ever, I can put my socks on without snagging them on sharp toenails. I got Jamie to do my nails and they were beautiful. me and my mom kept laughing bc while jamie was doing my nails, Piper kept looking over to see what design Jamie was doing. i remember it being hilarious . one thing that i didn't like though was that my nails lasted about 1 week and i think it was bc they thought i was still very young to be getting acrylic nails done. which i get they have they're own opinions but i got charged 50$ for a full set that only lasted me 1 week so i felt terrible bc my mom payed for my nails and she wasted that much money on them. read more
