My tech was polite and did not say much which is fine. Her work was good, but they do not use a brand new file on each client like most other places I have gone too. That concerns me if any previous person had a nail fungus. My first job was at Mario Tricoci and the nails tech were given a peelable file or if you go to platinum, they give you the buffer, file and cuticle stick to take home. Basic manicure at platinum is $14 and no harsh chemical smell. I would go back if they started to use single items on each customer. read more

I went here for my first manicure ever and walked out conflicted on how I felt with my new dipped nails. I went straight home and tried my best to file them into looking normal...or decent. I had them for 2 weeks. After that, it tried a few more places to see if I felt different or got better service and this is what I learned: My first manicure was terrible. Horrible. Ugly. And done carelessly. The girl who did my nails never spoke, was preoccupied with her phone and gave no consideration to what I actually wanted. Two weeks later, and not a single lift! I use my hands a lot and would have expected them to peel even a little on the corner. They did an amazing job replicated this design I found on Pinterest My only downside of this place, the no chip colors are unorganized and it's a bit hard to look and find colors. Also for little add ons for designs. When I asked they didn't seem to have any, but another lady brought out a whole basket. I came here for a no chip manicure and a regular pedicure. It was a Thursday, just a few minutes after they had opened. I was promptly seated at my pedicure station. I am glad I got there when I did because it ended up getting super busy! My pedicure was good and so was my no chip mani. The pricing was very good. For both services it was $55. The only negative I would say was that I felt extremely rushed to pick out my polish color. Other than that everyone was very nice and they did a wonderful job. I will be back! read more

This is a small nail salon kind of tucked away in a strip mall off of Randall Rd. The staff is very friendly and they deliver quality service. They have a really huge range of colors and brands of polishes, which can be overwhelming when trying to choose just one. The place is also very clean, which is extremely important to me! Went there for a pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure cut a huge chunk out of the side of my big toes. It was so much skin sliced off that there was blood gushing out. She told me it would be fine. I was extremely uncomfortable and in pain and since I was getting a French manicure, she painted a blob of white then used alcohol to rub off the bottoms and when she did my toes stung so bad because they were already bleeding. I was going to say something but she never asked if I was ok and I knew she was married to the guy in the salon. Since there was literally no one else there, I paid and left feeling this was the worst experience I have ever had. When I went home the pain and bleeding got worse so I called and the man answered. He was unapologetic, saying she was trying to do more for me as if she did me a favor. He offered a refund but never said sorry. When I sent my husband to get the refund with the receipt the man made the refund difficult by saying it needed to be on a particular card. I will never go there again! They didn't even acknowledge that slicing the sides of my toes to where blood was gushing out was a mistake. Went in last week expecting a good service after reading all the reviews and was very disappointed. I wasn't impressed with dirty counter top and plexiglass that was not wiped. Right when I put my hands down I felt the powder and nails that were filed from previous people. My nail tech still had powdery hands which says out loud she hasn't washed her hands or even wiped it. Cuticles weren't even touched. I understand they were busy but I'm not impressed with rushed service when I have to pay full price...Especially when another nail tech had to fix my nails because the lady that did mine was in a hurry to start the next person's. I wish it was a different experience so I could come back since it's only walking distance to me but no.. with Covid going on, cleanliness is so important now more than ever. read more

I visited Inails recently, and while getting my nails done, I heard the nail tech Cindy ask her client if her hair was real. Very unprofessional and rude. I myself wear hair extensions, as do many other women, and found this very disrespectful. To make it worse, Cindy's tone sounded as if she was trying to be funny or embarrass the woman. The woman responded much nicer than I would have. I don't find value in places where customers are treated like this and will not be returning. read more
