My tech was polite and did not say much which is fine. Her work was good, but they do not use a brand new file on each client like most other places I have gone too. That concerns me if any previous person had a nail fungus. My first job was at Mario Tricoci and the nails tech were given a peelable file or if you go to platinum, they give you the buffer, file and cuticle stick to take home. Basic manicure at platinum is $14 and no harsh chemical smell. I would go back if they started to use single items on each customer. read more

My cuticles look cruddy well before the nails! This is the second time I had gone..I wanted to be sure the first time wasn't a fluke! This is a no chip service. Real nails though. Best nail place I've found in 10 years. I bounced around the last two years and found my forever home for sure! I may go less often but I will tip bigger!! Bring cash or tip part credit and part cash IMO. I really can't say enough good things. read more

She went out of her way to design something that would be simple and cute and compared it to what I showed her and it came out beautiful I was hesitant about the shape but in conclusion they came out so beautifully read more

Work is fast and clean. Cindy and staff are accommodating, and friendly. This is our go-to place now for our nails.

I went here for my first manicure ever and walked out conflicted on how I felt with my new dipped nails. I went straight home and tried my best to file them into looking normal...or decent. I had them for 2 weeks. After that, it tried a few more places to see if I felt different or got better service and this is what I learned: My first manicure was terrible. Horrible. Ugly. And done carelessly. The girl who did my nails never spoke, was preoccupied with her phone and gave no consideration to what I actually wanted. Hind sight being 20/20, I would have never walked out with those nails. I don't recommend this salon at all especially since there are so many others in the area who do better nails. read more

Cindy always knocks it out of the ballpark. I asked for my stiletto nails to be long, pointed and said "I just want dark grey". Cindy selected the perfect color and nailed (no pun intended) my shape. They are even, not thick, and amazing. Love her and Dan!! read more

Two weeks later, and not a single lift! I use my hands a lot and would have expected them to peel even a little on the corner. They did an amazing job replicated this design I found on Pinterest My only downside of this place, the no chip colors are unorganized and it's a bit hard to look and find colors. Also for little add ons for designs. When I asked they didn't seem to have any, but another lady brought out a whole basket. Not everyone who works there seems to know what they have and don't have. read more

I came here for a no chip manicure and a regular pedicure. It was a Thursday, just a few minutes after they had opened. I was promptly seated at my pedicure station. I am glad I got there when I did because it ended up getting super busy! My pedicure was good and so was my no chip mani. The pricing was very good. For both services it was $55. The only negative I would say was that I felt extremely rushed to pick out my polish color. Other than that everyone was very nice and they did a wonderful job. I will be back! read more

This is a small nail salon kind of tucked away in a strip mall off of Randall Rd. The staff is very friendly and they deliver quality service. They have a really huge range of colors and brands of polishes, which can be overwhelming when trying to choose just one. The place is also very clean, which is extremely important to me! Worth a visit! read more

Dan and Cindy and staff are amazing! Best in the area in my opinion! Friendly and skilled

I've been getting my nails done here every few weeks for the past 2 years. Everyone there is absolutely amazing. They have great personalities and take great pride in their work. This place is disgusting.....it's very dirty. They don't sanitize their tools. They're extremely unfriendly and they are the worst I've encountered, for performing mani/pedi's. Go elsewhere.....trust me. Nasty nasty nasty. read more

I came here to get my nails done for prom. I got fake nails with black matte and a shiny French tip with a silver design. The nail tech who did my nails was very nice and made conversation and made me feel comfortable. He wasn't too rough with my nails and he even gave me a $5 off coupon. I would definitely return. read more

Went there for a pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure cut a huge chunk out of the side of my big toes. It was so much skin sliced off that there was blood gushing out. She told me it would be fine. I was extremely uncomfortable and in pain and since I was getting a French manicure, she painted a blob of white then used alcohol to rub off the bottoms and when she did my toes stung so bad because they were already bleeding. I was going to say something but she never asked if I was ok and I knew she was married to the guy in the salon. Since there was literally no one else there, I paid and left feeling this was the worst experience I have ever had. When I went home the pain and bleeding got worse so I called and the man answered. He was unapologetic, saying she was trying to do more for me as if she did me a favor. He offered a refund but never said sorry. When I sent my husband to get the refund with the receipt the man made the refund difficult by saying it needed to be on a particular card. I will never go there again! They didn't even acknowledge that slicing the sides of my toes to where blood was gushing out was a mistake. Instead her husband called it her wanting to do too much as if it was a good thing read more

This was my go to place when I lived in South Elgin, but then I moved away. Now I have moved back and went to back to inails today. As usual they did not disappoint!!! Dan did an amazing job on my pedicure. I missed them so much and am glad to be back. read more

Went in last week expecting a good service after reading all the reviews and was very disappointed. I wasn't impressed with dirty counter top and plexiglass that was not wiped. Right when I put my hands down I felt the powder and nails that were filed from previous people. My nail tech still had powdery hands which says out loud she hasn't washed her hands or even wiped it. Cuticles weren't even touched. I understand they were busy but I'm not impressed with rushed service when I have to pay full price...Especially when another nail tech had to fix my nails because the lady that did mine was in a hurry to start the next person's. I wish it was a different experience so I could come back since it's only walking distance to me but no.. with Covid going on, cleanliness is so important now more than ever. read more

I visited Inails recently, and while getting my nails done, I heard the nail tech Cindy ask her client if her hair was real. Very unprofessional and rude. I myself wear hair extensions, as do many other women, and found this very disrespectful. To make it worse, Cindy's tone sounded as if she was trying to be funny or embarrass the woman. The woman responded much nicer than I would have. I don't find value in places where customers are treated like this and will not be returning. read more

Based on Yelp review gave it a chance. It was nothing special. A bit overpriced for a mani. Worst part was I wasn't asked if I wanted a clear shiny coat on my nails...she just did it. I thought it was some type of special coat that would dry. The shine went went away...I ran home horrified :*( read more

The staff are very friendly, and at first I was really happy at first with my acrylics. They looked great, especially for the price. The place was a little dusty but that is common for a nail salon. Fast forward 3 days, 2 of my nails fall of, and they had all fallen of by 8 days. That is crazy! I rarely get my nails done but I love to so I was looking foward to having them done and this was a real let down. read more

They were very sweet and take their time when doing nails. My 2 girls (4 year old and 7 year old) got their nails done and one of them even added a design without my having to ask. Once again I have to write a review. This place is amazing! I decided to try out a new nail style, so I got a full set and had it ballerina shaped. I absolutely love it!!
