This time I spent $190, which is more than I have spent in the past. Susan checked me out, I had to split the cost between 2 debit cards. I asked why it cost so much. She said the toner done was around $70. I wasn't aware that I was having a toner applied. I had my hair done on Tuesday night and called the salon on Wednesday to discuss my experience. I asked the receptionist to pull up the history on my account. I told her that I wanted to speak to Stacy, the owner. I was told neither Stacy, nor Kara, were working that day. The receptionist said that she would pass along the message to Stacy. She assured me that Stacy would call me back. Today is Saturday and I never heard from Stacy. I feel that my experience, or business, didn't matter to her. I thought she would call back to hear about my experience. I think it's important that businesses know the good and the bad.

Greeted warmly and taken promptly on time. They have a dedicated, private room for pedicure services. Low lighting, cozy, quiet. Very relaxing! The chairs are absolutely beautiful, comfortable and have a heated option. Honestly, it was the most relaxing pedicures we have ever experienced. The name literally says it "milk and honey", yes, real honey! Followed with a paraffin wax, leg mask and warm towels. Excellent massage to finish off the relaxing service. Hannah and Dennis did our pedicures and were both excellent! On to the fills. Lilly did my nails and was so sweet, very precise and perfect! Love my nails! She has a new regular customer for sure. Tan is the proud owner and did a stunning job on my daughter's nails. He was so humble and appreciative at checkout. We booked our next appointments because we definitely found our new nail "home". Prices are very reasonable for the services offered and provided. You get a little discount for paying cash as well. This place will do really well because of how comfortable, relaxed, non-rushed, timely and proficient they are.

The water for the pedicure was lukewarm, not relaxing, and I was told the whole service would take 45 minutes--it dragged on for over two hours. Cleanliness was questionable. I watched them rinse a bowl with water and reuse it--no soap, no sanitation. No gloves were worn, and the station had visible food crumbs. No work was done on calluses, and the polish was so poorly applied it had to be redone--still looked bad. It lifted within a day, both times. On my second (and final) visit, the process was quicker but no more professional. Again, I had to push for shorter nails. They didn't use cuticle cream or lotion--just started digging in with metal tools. My feet still looked dry afterward. The smell in the salon was awful--think stale cigarettes and old cheese. During my most recent visit, the manager talked me into getting a manicure as well. I believed I was receiving a basic manicure and pedicure, so I was shocked when my bill came to $105 before tip. My previous visits had been around $65. I later realized that gel polish had been applied. I never specifically requested gel polish and generally avoid it because it has damaged my nails in the past. About three weeks later, I returned to have the gel removed and get a pedicure with regular polish. At that point, the owner told me they "never use regular nail polish." I found that very difficult to believe, especially since I had never requested gel polish and was never clearly informed that it was being used. As a disabled customer living on a fixed income, I need to know exactly what services I am receiving and what they will cost. Instead, I felt like services were added without being properly explained, resulting in a much higher bill than expected. When I tried to address my concerns, I felt dismissed rather than helped. What upset me most was the lack of transparency and communication. Customers should be clearly told when they are receiving upgraded services that cost significantly more. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere and cannot recommend Party Nails to others.
