He also didn't properly clean up around my nails or use a tool to remove the excess polish. I brought this to someone else's attention, and thankfully they were able to fix the polish around my skin. However, only three hours later, I noticed that the polish had already smudged. I have never had an experience like this at your salon, and I'm honestly beyond upset that I paid for a service that was not done properly and didn't even last a few hours.

Right away I was greeted by a woman with a short pixie haircut. An older lady did my pedicure and she was so thorough. I loved the massage chair which was so relaxing. I'm so glad I decided on the spa pedicure which consisted of an orange sugar scrub followed by a lavender mud masque. Both my feet and legs were so smooth and felt so refreshed. Hot towels were placed on each leg, prior to my toe nails being polished. The music was so relaxing and the conversation were very positive. I'll stop again next time I'm in the area. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We searched online and found this shop not far from our hotel. After calling and getting lost for the 7 minute ride (lol), we drove up with our service dogs in tow. The staff didn't even blink or give us a hard time about the animals. We really appreciated that! The salon was clean and open. It was very busy but they got to us and we didn't feel rushed. We both got a detox pedicure. I nearly fell asleep in the chair and my friend was humming! That's good work!!! Both dogs took naps! Happiness all around! The staff offered cold beverages and a menu of services. We felt pretty and pretty relaxed when we left. I highly recommend this business. Go looking for it. Judging from the amount of business, they are very popular. Judging from the service, they deserve it!!!

If you're looking for a one stop shop salon I highly recommend booking with Jasmine.

Although I did not have a negative experience, it just wasn't worth the time or money. Pros -Sauna, steam room, hot tub, and gym included with a treatment -Staff is friendly and polite -Plenty of water, towels, soap, hygiene products -Clean Cons -Pricing -Outdated facility -Small and loud -Cheap/uncomfortable sandals My massage therapist was lovely and I enjoyed the sauna and steam rooms. The actual service was in no way worth the cost. Everything about the resort is overpriced, but I was hopeful the treatment would be worth the expense. It wasn't. I much prefer Kohler for a staycation / wellness trip.

"spa" is a significant stretch. While it may have a sauna, steam room, and hot tub. the quality and…read morecleanliness is severely lacking. The hot tub water was brown, and the wood on the outside of the sauna was withering away with mold present. The lockers were dated and damaged. The robes were in very rough shape. Every robe had pilling all over. The layout of this spa is very poor, it's very small and compact, making it very crowded. You can tell there have been no updates made to this facility. When we arrived we were taken for a "tour" only to be left in the locker room, it wasn't until 30 minutes in, after just standing around, we learned there was a lounge and relaxation room. There was no convenient way to access this room. We were taken to it through doors labeled "staff only" The massage itself was severely underwhelming. She basically rubbed lotion on me for 50 minutes, there was no skill or technique to the massage. Overall, it was just a very disappointing experience. I will never return or recommend this spa

This is a review of the makeup application service while in town for a wedding…read more The ease of scheduling an appointment, rolling out of the red carpet upon arrival and general hospitality is without a doubt four stars. My makeup however, was a one out of five stars and it is safe to say I would never circle back for another run. I asked prior to scheduling if the artist had experience applying makeup to all skin tones and was assured of same. The outcome was honestly the worst. So much so that I left the salon and was driven by the Mr. to a local store to buy makeup wipes. He went in to buy the makeup removal wipes to save me the embarrassment. He also blurted out when he first saw me, "OMG, it looks hideous. What happened!?". And he also said "I told you so". After the makeup was applied, I informed the MUA that it was unflattering IMO and she assured me the lighting made it difficult for me to see properly. She even tried to lighten it a little when I explained that it was not my shade. It reminded me of the makeup application of a 50 something year old deceased female more than 15 years ago when embalming fluid darkened the skin making the makeup and face of the loved one largely unrecognizable. I was seriously pre-1990 casket ready. Hahaha. I paid the full amount ($45) plus gratuity because the MUA did her best and she was very nice. Going forward, I would not schedule service without pictures of their work. That said, I would return for a massage or nail service. The friendliness of the staff members was everything I could ask for.

My sister was basically done before they even started on me. I requested to have my dip taken off and new putt on. They left my hands in a bowl of HOT acetone for 25 minutes and had me take the dip of myself. Then got mad at me MULTIPLE times that I was not doing a good enough job. 3 different people worked in my nails while another nail tech there made fun of my name and how long my nails are. The vibes were terrible and everyone single person in there looked miserable. I tipped one of the workers 5$ on top of the 45$ charge. The owner got mad that I didn't tip the other works when in reality after the terrible hour and a half he was lucky I didn't walk out. If it was possible to give negative starts I would. The only plus about this place was that the music was good. The owner was very rude to his younger workers and treated the workers around him like crap. As for my nails some looked beautiful while some are so uneven and look sepereated. I asked multiple times for them to fix certain parts and to add the top coat which they forgot to do. They rolled their eyes and said it was fine. They cut my finger 4 times with the drill and one time actually drawing blood. I winced and said ouch and they told me I was fine and it didn't hurt and they kept rolling their eyes. This place is terrible. Run and never look back. 24 HR UPDATE: my fingers still hurt from the acetone and the dip has already chipped on my sisters nails.
