We called two weeks in advance and asked if they could take six of us for manis & pedis. You were told that they absolutely could and three people would have pedis while 3 had manis and switch. Well, that wasn't the case... There's only three people working so it was a very long afternoon. The girls who are doing the pedi's were great. Our biggest problem was... THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE TOOLS BETWEEN CLIENTS! I'm used to going places that line the pedi tubs in plastic for each client, clean and inspect the tools, and use a brand new pumice scrubber for each client. None of this happened at Nails 4 U. They use the exact same tools as they used in the client before and the same scrubber. They do not line their tubs so you have to Hope that whoever cleaned the tub, did a good job. For the sanitary reasons, I would not recommend. read more

I am only giving them an extra star (totaling 2 stars) because the customer service was wonderful, however, the execution in my no-chip manicure was horrible. I left with all my nails different shapes and lengths. She didn't cut 2 of my nails because she kept getting distracted answering the phone and giving attention to the other customers. My nail was ripped and she didn't bother to repair it. Her paint job was atrocious. Was applying the absolute thinnest layers possible, wasn't bringing the brush all the way down the nail or to the edges. I walked away from my manicure pissed because of how awful it looked. Not even 24 hours later my nails were chipping. Called for a refund and was told no, but that I could get my nails fixed. Gave her a chance to redeem herself and she did not succeed. She blamed the chipping on my nails being thin but in all reality, this situation has never happened before. My nails usually last 3 - 4 weeks with the no-chip polish; hers didn't even last 24 hours. I am typing this the next day and as I'm looking at my nails in the bright day light I can see that the top coat is as still not brought down to the end of the nail and some of my nails aren't even connected to the no-chip polish. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else that does a better job! read more

This is my favorite place. I have been coming here for a bit over a year now for no-chip manicures and pedicures. I had only one experience where I wasn't happy with my nails. I've been to all the nail salon's in Antioch and most in Kenosha. None are as good as Nails 4U. They know what they are doing! Professional, kind, beautiful workmanship, and a massage after every manicure, which no other salon offers. Not even the so called best in Kenosha! Some salons are filthy, another the staff swear while talking to other staff, but never here! These ladies are fantastic. First manicure was fine. My second manicure only lasted a few days. I went in to show them that three nails were already chipped off. The response was that China Glaze is not very good. (So why would you offer it?!?) I said that I had used China Glaze before with very good results.
