I have been seeing Sam for over 14 years! She is so personable and does such an amazing job on my hair. So lucky I found her.

Great salon! I go to both Cheri and Jamie and they always do a wonderful job. Everyone is super friendly even when they are busy,

Reviews can be both positive and negative. I have always enjoyed being a customer at Salon Salon. I love their hair products, along with jewelry and clothing. I recently had a negative experience. It was very expensive, and more than I normally pay. I budget for this expense. I get my hair done quarterly. This time I spent $190, which is more than I have spent in the past. Susan checked me out, I had to split the cost between 2 debit cards. I asked why it cost so much. She said the toner done was around $70. I wasn't aware that I was having a toner applied. I had my hair done on Tuesday night and called the salon on Wednesday to discuss my experience. I asked the receptionist to pull up the history on my account. I told her that I wanted to speak to Stacy, the owner. I was told neither Stacy, nor Kara, were working that day. The receptionist said that she would pass along the message to Stacy. She assured me that Stacy would call me back. Today is Saturday and I never heard from Stacy. I feel that my experience, or business, didn't matter to her. I thought she would call back to hear about my experience. I think it's important that businesses know the good and the bad. read more

Kara is a miracle worker. She took my dull, dry, long hair and gave me a brand new look. She takes the necessary time with every client to make certain that they have an incredible experience. I love my brand new look. I came in today just wanting a trim, and trusted her capable hands with a new look. I had 3 inches taken off. My hair is now healthy and vibrant. Thank you Kara for knowing what I need even before I do. I value you as a stylist and trust your expertise. I love that the Salon treats their clients more like friends. They engage in very positive friendly conversations. I have always had a wonderful experience. read more

I called for a last-minute blowout and style, and was lucky enough to get an appointment with Kelly. Not only was her expertise exceptional, but my experience from check in to check out was seamless and very professional. The retail selection was a pleasant bonus! read more

I spent 3 years allowing my hair to be its natural color-grey. It drove me nuts. I saved a picture of what I wanted and pondered that transformation for months. I made an appointment with Gwen and I am so glad I did! Gwen listened to what I wanted and took her time creating it. The entire staff were so nice. I will go back. read more

The usual lady was not available, had to get hair cut by another, Blake. Worst haircut I've ever had! Look like Jim Carrey in, "Me, Myself and Irene". Hair cut was like $30, skipped the wash as I'm a guy.. Hair cut lasted maybe 8 minutes. Will wait on my skilled professional next time, not worth it otherwise!! Shaved my head since! read more

I was about to just buy some box dye and be over it! Thankfully, the owner saved me from myself and hooked me up with Melissa at Salon Salon. Girl can do some hair!! She took her time to talk to me, show me pictures, and talk me through exactly what she was going to do and why. I have never had so much depth to my color. ...I almost hate to post this so I won't book myself out of my next appointment!! I left feeling like a million bucks. There is no greater feeling than to find a stylist that makes you say, "I will not let anyone else touch my hair but HER!" read more

Love them! Stacie, Cheri, Sam, Kelly and everyone else are all great. Hair and nails look great, and homecoming/prom updo's look amazing.

Stacey is the owner and is always gracious to everyone. I always see Kelly to cut my hair and I am always pleased. I am very finicky about my hair since I have not been blessed with lots of it so it is real important that I get a good job. I am never disappointed. I have been to the pricey places, Mario Tricochi, and feel that the experience and quality is better for a much better price. read more

I have gone to Salon Salon several times and have always received great service. They have a knowledgeable staff who listen and ask questions to better gauge what type of look you are going for. It's also a great place to get an edgier look, as they are up on the latest trends. My hair is longer and fine, and it usually runs me about $160 for full color and highlights, to give you an idea on pricing. I highly recommend them. read more

I live in Milwaukee and I drive all the way down here to get my hair cut. I won't go anywhere else!

They are more concerned about how many clients they can get done than they are about quality. Instead of mixing my color, Sam was helping another staff member with her client. There was no consideration for me or my time. I drove almost an hour on my day off. Double booking and rushing to get you done is the norm. I tip $10 every visit but that obviously doesn't mean anything. read more

Do not get your hair trimmed here. They will chop 6 inches off your hair without your permission. They don't let you see what they are are doing by keeping you as far from the mirror as possible and then it's too late. (Sherry or sherri) Worst ever, read more

I am visiting from out of town and had my hair cut by Sam. She was awesome and did an amazing job. Highly recommend Sam!

My mom and I make the trip out here every 6 weeks to see Nicole. We love it here! I am always able to easily schedule and everyone who works at the salon is so nice! read more

The price was nice and the stylist was nice, but she seemed in too much of a hurry to really want to do anything with my hair. I wanted a change, but she just gave me a shorter version of what I already have. read more

Samantha at Salon Salon was excellent! She helped repair my hair after it was thoroughly damaged at a different Salon. I loved the look and feel of the Salon and everyone was very friendly and welcoming, I'm so happy that I found my new salon! read more

I went to Salon Salon after receiving a recommendation from a good friend who just started going there and had a good experience. Mine, however, was awful. After bring rushed through a consultation where I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted and explained , in the best detail she would allow, exactly what I wanted (long bob keeping my length in the front - she even pointed on my body to where the length would be to confirm ) and what I didn't want (layers) I got the complete opposite. I can't even understand how she was so far off from what we discussed. My hair is hacked up. Short pieces everywhere, about 3-4 inches shorter in the front than we talked about, gaps between pieces, and no where near like the picture I showed her. If you're looking for a stylist who is going to throw all of your requests out the window and do whatever they want instead this place is great. If you want someone who is going to error on the side of caution and really listen to how YOU want to look go somewhere else. read more

I have been going to Salon Salon since age 16 (over 10 years now!), and I have ALWAYS had an amazing experience! My wedding party and I had our updos and makeup done by the Salon Salon ladies last year, and I was thrilled with how it all turned out! My ride-or-die stylist is Rachel, and I cannot say enough about her professionalism and talent. My color and cut is always flawless - every time! Everyone there is so friendly and fun to chat with during my visits, and the atmosphere is fun and trendy. I highly recommend this salon for anyone and everyone looking for a top notch salon experience! read more
