The pedicure itself was good, but the overall experience fell a bit short of my expectations. When I walked in, the salon felt chaotic. I was initially seated in one pedicure chair, took off my shoes, and was about to put my feet in the water when I was asked to move so another group of customers could sit together. I didn't mind accommodating them, but it was a little frustrating to have to put my shoes back on, grab my belongings and move to another station that still needed to be set up. The second chair didn't seem as well maintained. It was against the wall. The wall looked like it needed to be wiped up and there were multiple bottles of chemicals sitting between the chair and the wall. The tray for my belongings wasn't even set up until after I sat down and then it bumped up against the tray of the chair next to me. The pedicure itself was enjoyable, but the experience felt rushed rather than relaxing. Even the front desk interaction when checking out felt a bit standoffish. I think I'll give them one more try for a pedicure because everyone can have an off day, but for the price, I expected a little more hospitality and attention to detail.

I came in as instructed and nothing from the previous day was communicated. I was put with someone else who just filed them down farther until almost no acrylic was left and then applied the lumpiest polish application. I again left upset, and feeling like my business was not important. I asked for a manager to give me a call multiple times, and have still not heard back after almost two weeks. I have received great pedicures here but have never had worse service anywhere for my nails. i really don't think asking for a smooth application, nails filed evenly, that don't look like claws is too much to ask for.

I made my first appointment a little over a month ago after reading hundreds of reviews for multiple spas/salons in the Milwaukee area and settled on a place close to home. The facial service is $79 for 60 minutes. It was the most relaxing 60 minutes of my life. My skin was glowing, smooth, and I felt extremely calm afterwards. I had my second appointment a month later and my skin has been going a little crazy from some stress I've been going through. Michelle did some extractions, which are usually painful, and they weren't painful at all. She recommend a high frequency treatment and explained throughly what the treatment would do for my skin and how it would feel. It didn't hurt but my facial muscles were a little twitchy afterwards. She also recommended some Acne relief pads to reduce breakouts. When you get a facial you get a bit of arm, shoulder, and head massage. The level of pressure applied was perfect. Two days later and my skin is looking so much better! Breakouts have stopped and the extraction site redness is gone. Needless to say I've booked my third appointment and will probably continue to make appointments to keep my skin in check.
