I had a really positive experience at the spa, I had an appointment with Vanessa for fillers in my cheeks. I had no bruising and very little swelling; I felt it was evenly distributed into my cheeks despite having uneven cheeks in the first place from driving in the sun so much in California which cause my left cheek to lose more collagen than my right, I will be back when it's time for another round of fillers, and/or botox as I trust Vanessa. DR. KAISER AND SOME OF HER STAFF WERE VERY RUDE AND MEAN-SPIRITED!! When I was in the lobby waiting, a sales rep was there selling Bellafill. I asked him if a lot of celebs like Kim K. use fillers & he said yes. Well, DR. KAISER overheard this as she came into the lobby to get me. Once I was in her office, I asked her more questions about Bellafill & other procedures. She said, "You don't think you're gonna look like Kim K. do you?" Wow! What kind of a professional Dr. would be this evil? She THEN TOOK A PICTURE OF ME WITH HER PERSONAL CELL PHONE AND SAID SHE WAS GOING TO SEND IT TO ANOTHER DR. FOR BELLAFILL ADVICE. That person texted her back and SHE BURSTED OUT IN LAUGHTER!! Plus, while I was in her office getting the injections, a blonde staff walked in and started restocking the cabinets. How is this not rude & unprofessional??!! After she left, I asked DR. KAISER why this couldn't have been done WHEN THERE ARE NO PATIENTS IN THE ROOM? She replied something to the effect of, all the staff are under confidentiality agreements. Seriously??!! DR. KAISER also asked me to share something personal about myself. EDIT: I COULD NOT UPDATE MY REVIEW FROM 2014, BUT WHAT I FOUND OUT IS I HAVE IS HYPERPLASIA FROM THEIR I-LIPO. I found this business on GroupOn, honestly ANYTHING having to do with your body, skin, health, don't buy off of Groupon as I have had dangerous and permanent negative experiences. Its better to find a place that will cost you money, BUT, is more experienced and safer. They did I-Lipo on my thighs and this didn't work at all. A total waste, plus my left thigh swelled up and looks abnormal. The doctor "assured" me that I-Lipo would have never caused this, but I do not believe these people because my thigh never looked like this before. (UPDATE: I NOW know what this is called: HYPERPLASIA! AND NO IM NOT OK THE BULGE IS GROTESQUE) Plus the day I went to go see her, they had me waiting 20 minutes while shes lollygagging with her customers knowing I am waiting there and on time for my appointment, rude. Also, if you are going to do any LIPO procedures, make sure you research very thorough. There are hundreds of "lipo suction" procedures that claim they will "melt" the fat away without surgery, BUT, they are outdated and using cheap machines when there is much more updated and better technology and good brands. Make sure you have the most up to date machines, ask what exactly they are using and any side effects. read more

I received the the i-lipo full 8 treatments and it was great! The procedure really work with some effort on your part. Exercise and diet are a must! I lost approximately 6 inches and 9lbs. The place is nice and clean and the lasers aren't painful at all. The staff is a dream! These are the nicest ladies ever and by the end of my treatment I felt like family. December 21, 2015 12:30 Laser apt with tech (3rd of 6). Spoke to J about red bumps from 2nd laser apt that itched like crazy and left some scars. J told me about chemical peels for my legs and told me to get hydrocordiosm cream. J did my right leg first and my left leg second and immediately saw red bumps forming. She rubbed witch hazel on legs. Woke up throughout the night with burning pain. December 22, 2015 Woke up and saw both legs covered in red bumps that itched but also burned. Noticed I was getting blisters and legs were starting to swell up. Called the Brookfield office around 8:30. Told them about pain, swelling and blistering and wanted to speak with Dr. Kaiser. I was told that someone would call me back "with in 20 minutes." I waited an hour and a half and finally decided to call them back as I literally was watching my legs swell up more and more blisters popping up and growing. When I called I got a "This number is no longer working" message. I found this VERY interesting! I called back several times over the next 30 minutes and received the same message. I even had me neighbor come over and try and she got the same thing. I was now in so much pain and decided I needed to go to Urgent care. My neighbor called the Burlington location and explained everything to them. All they did was say they would call J and have her call me back. J did call me back and I told her everything and that I was going to Urgent Care. She asked that I text her pictures of my legs. I did at 10:44. I then went to Urgent Care and they did not know what to do but were shocked at how bad my legs looked and prescribed me 4 different medications for the pain, swelling, itching and reaction. December 28, 2015 I sent a lengthy detailed email via the website of A Younger You, stating all of the above and even sent multiple pictures. I asked that someone PLEASE call me. December 29, 2015 J sent me a text asking how I was doing. I informed her about the email I had just sent the day before (Found it interesting that she texted me a week alter but a day after I sent the email). I asked that she see the email and pictures from the first day and more recent and to please have Dr. Kaiser call me so we can talk about what to do next. January 11, 2016 I text J asking to please have Dr. Kaiser call me. She replies, "Yes I can." At 2:05 Then another text at 4:24 saying "she has enough allotted time tomorrow around 5pm or anytime on Thursday." I text back saying "I will make tie to FINALLY speak to someone." J, "I apologize, I thought the manger had spoken to you and will be calling you at 5pm tomorrow." I ask about Dr. Kaiser calling me and not the manager. J says Dr. Kaiser is out of town and Donna Chase (business partner will be calling me). January 12, 2016 11:00 Call the Burlington office and ask he Dr. Kaiser. I was told she was with a client and had apts all morning until 2:00. I confirm that she is there and not out of town (as I was told yesterday). I briefly explained everything and was told Dr. Kaiser would call me as soon as she could that day. I was still expecting a call from Donna at 5pm. January 13, 2016 NO ONE has yet to call. I contacted Amazon Local and they issued a full refund. However, my legs are now completely scarred and I even have the red marks all over my legs from where the laser was used. read more

Had the cool sculpting done last spring and of course they told me I was a perfect candidate. I am not at my goal weight and I knew one treatment was not going to be enough to get where I want to be but after spending over $4000 for my stomach area there was no change at all!! Maybe not everyone is the same but the main reason why I gave this a one star was because of the the customer service. And here is why. When I was done with the the procedure I was told I needed to come back after 6 weeks for a follow up and at that time I asked if I should schedule the appointment then and they told me they would contact me closer to the date. Never was contacted for that appointment. Seeing how I wasn't seeing a change in my stomach I thought I would wait for the 3-4 month mark to see if there would be any changes and assumed they would contact me at that time, but no one contacted me and absolutely no change in my appearance. What a waste of money. I know I could have contacted them for these appointments but seeing how I just paid $4000 I felt that they could have at least done there follow up work. read more

My first appointment was okay. I didn't feel anything or ask the questions I wanted to. So I decided to give it another chance. I was early for my second appointment and the person who I was meeting with was running late. The person behind the desk who checked me in for both of my visits said she would take me into the room. Once the door was closed she started explaining things to me. So now in my mind the receptionist is explaining the procedure to me and not only explaining; she is going to do it. EEK is my thought; this really is a scam. I told her my concerns that I'm not sure if this procedure will work and politely as I could that all three of the employees that I have met so far to do have flat stomachs. I'm thinking if I only have to pay $65 they must get a better discount than me so if it works why don't they have nice stomach. I'm sorry this is my money and I have a right to ask. She informs me that I have offended her. I said I was willing to go ahead based on her credentials on the wall and she didn't feel comfortable, because I offended. I waited yet another 10 minutes and decided this was not the way I wanted to be treated as a paying client. I asked to have the fee refunded, which they did immediately. I asked for the owners information so I could explain what happened to her. The person helping me informed me that this is the Doctor right here. She had clients and I did not want to cause a scene. She never even asked what the issue was. I left immediately and thought this is very wrong. I called her to explain and all she did was tell me that her staff is great and made no acknowledgement to her receptionist/certificate staff member not introducing herself to me as a certified person in her field. After about 5 minutes I gave up and hung up the phone. She called me back and left me a message. To be honest at that point I had decided just to let this go and not write a review. I never meant to offend anyone. She called me back and left a message for me to contact her. So I did I tried to tell her just to forget it, but the reason (and I'm kind of laughing to myself) that she called me back to tell me I affected her staff and that after a couple of days I will calm down and realized there was nothing for me to be upset about. Oh and also that I must have a lot going on in my life. WOW! I am in the customer service industry and no matter what I feel about the situation you try to reassure your client that there was a misunderstanding and going forward this type of event will not happen again. That she will go over with her staff the importance of identifying themselves. I will look more into the procedure, but I guarantee it will not be from this Doctor or her so called A Younger You establishment. read more
