Initially intending to continue IPL treatments, I was persuaded to try this new peel that was marketed as gentle and convenient with no downtime. I found no reviews online regarding this product and put my trust in the personnel working in the Medispa at Spargo. There were four sessions spaced a week apart. Despite following all post-treatment instructions--applying the recommended Factor 5 facial mask to soothe my skin and maintain hydration--I encountered significant problems. Rather than seeing healthier, rejuvenated skin, I developed large red spots and severe dryness after each peel. I was told my face would look so much better after a week or two. The discomfort was substantial, and even with additional application of lotion and Aquaphor, my skin's condition worsened. Makeup failed to conceal the marks and I was told after the 3rd treatment that I needed to do 4 even though I planned on stopping due to the effects on my face. Although Spargo refunded the cost of my final treatment, the damage is more than when I started. I was hoping to get rid of age/sun marks on my face this product was terrible for me.

Cary has been wonderful as a stylist (for a guy) and with so many years in the business I can attest she is up to date on all things pertaining to hair. As she has moved, so has her client base which shows her knowledge as well as the relationship she builds with her clients. It is a service business and in the end, you need to feel comfortable with a stylist. I've seen her family grow and it has been a joy to see her kids grow up these past 10 or so years. I have to say, I like Lago Salon location the best. I like the downtown/beach area of Pewaukee and enjoy my drive out here. Always plenty of parking available, off street and on street. Cost…read moretransparency: bride + 6 bridesmaids = $928 (plus cost of extensions) I was given the option to buy extensions at the trial and was told how thin my hair was and that extensions were almost necessary to achieve the look I wanted. I complied. The trial and extensions were $265 plus a $25 fee to "install" them, despite being clip in extensions. I was also informed that I would have to pay the installation fee again on my wedding day. Furthermore, I reached out to Tia about decreasing my number of bridesmaids requiring services, and was met with a long winded email (lecture) about how that wasn't possible and "it's like budgeting for 40 hours a week and only working 10-20 hours a week". The communication with Tia over email comes off as very condescending. She also emailed me regarding a proposed timeline for the day from my wedding coordinator and reprimanded me for making a timeline for "HER" clients. Additionally, I previously contacted Tia 3 months prior to the wedding to set a start time of 8am. She emailed me 2.5 weeks before the wedding stating that she would not arrive until 10am because she had to bring her daughter to school. She had an assistant come and do all of my bridesmaids hair. I was beginning to panic as Tia was not at the venue, and my bridesmaid and fiancé had to call Tia around 11am to see where she was. Tia stated that she would be leaving soon. The ONLY stress I had on my wedding day was my hairstylist not arriving on time or communicating with me that she would be later than 10am. Tia does beautiful work. I enjoyed my hairstylist and it stayed well the whole night. The extensions were good quality. Overall, I felt like the communication style did not match with what I was looking for in a vendor, and I did not enjoy the additional stress on my wedding day.
