Worst manicure I have ever gotten! My mom loves this place but I absolutely hate this place. The people don't speak english to you and they make you think their talking smack about you or your nails. They also let their children hang out in the nail salon and they are running rampant. The young boy almost ran into me with a chair. The young girl was watching her tv show very loud and was working the cash register. (She was way to young to be working) I have gotten my eye brows waxed here and it's very painful. I also have gotten a gelish manicure. It didn't even last a week. Gelish is supposed to last a month. Also the girl did a horrible job. I had to make her go back over my nails and file them again because she wanted to paint them while they were still ragged. She also didn't cut my cuticles either. If you want a good manicure don't come here but if you want a cheap manicure and you don't mind kids then come here. read more

I've been going to them for the last six or seven months. At first, the service was ok but my last visit was awful! I got a shellac pedi/mani. The nail polish started chipping within two days and my manicure needed more attention. I disagree with them charging the customers a two dollar fee if you pay with a credit card. Not the newest building or space, but the price is right. $20 for a Shellac manicure, which is the cheapest I have ever seen. I've had one Shellac manicure from there so far and it was still going strong at 3 weeks+. Pedicure was also nice and very reasonable ($22 I think). They work quickly, which is good or bad, depending on how much time you want to spend at the nail spa. There are usually several customers in there when I go, but I don't usually wait long before being served. I never got the sense that they were talking about me in their own language, and they understood everything that I asked/told them I wanted. I'll keep going back until I find something not to like about this place. read more

Absolutely awful. My friend and I wanted manicures (spur of the moment). We wanted to try a new place, and this was in the area. We checked what time they closed, which happened to be at 8. We called at 6:50 to ask if there was time for us to come in by 7:20 and the lady said that was fine. We arrived a few minutes early and sat and waited for at least 20 minutes because the two nail artists were working on other customers. The man did my friends nails first and he was very rude. I waited for my turn. By the time I got to get my nails done it was 7:50 and my friend was drying her nails. The lady that did my nails was not as rude as the man, but still made no effort to make conversation despite my efforts to make things less silent and awkward. When it was time to sit and dry my nails, the rude male sat and stared at my friend and me. Just staring. It wasn't even 8 yet. After a minute of sitting and drying my nails (literally a minute, not even exaggerating) he comes over and says my nails are dry. I felt them to make sure and it didn't feel like it so I had him feel and he said yes they are in fact dry. We get up to pay and he was still very very rude. When we left and got back to the car it was only 8:02 so only 2 minutes after close. Then I noticed one of my nails had already been smudged. Honestly I was furious. We're paying customers that got treated horribly and my nails were already ruined. I understand they wanted to go home by close but then they shouldn't have told us we could come in instead of rushing us and making us feel bad. On my way home I smudged another nail. Getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing and fun, but instead we felt uncomfortable and experienced terrible customer service. I can honestly say I'm never ever going back there and I'm going to tell everyone I know to never go there. Pretty much deserves zero out of 5 stars but unfortunately we are required to rate them at least one. Just awful. read more

I just left, it was maybe my 5th time there. The quality of work that they do is average at best. This time was pretty bad, which was the influence for this review. There was a lady doing a pedicure on another customer. The customer asked the lady if the gloves she was using were latex because her feet was starting to itch. When the worker said yes, the customer stated she was allergic to latex. It took me, that customer, and the customer's daughter to get the worker to stop touching the customer with her gloves! The worker then proceeded to be very rude and unprofessional. It made no sense and was ridiculous. read more

Do NOT waste your time or money here! I came in for a pedicure, and a woman started on it right away, only to pass me off to a guy, who raced through it because there was another pedicure that came in and was now soaking next to me. I didn't even get to soak for one moment! Really! My feet never went into tbe water, they used it only for rinsing! Then after he moved on to the other lady next to me, the woman ran over to me to polish my toes, and did a TERRIBLE job. When I mentioned how bad they looked a different guy came over and just slapped another coat of polish on to try and mask the problem. It didn't help. All while this was happening, 2 girls came in that had a 2:30 appointment had left at 2:50 because they got tired of waiting. There was no excuse for this as they weren't busy. I am now sitting here, drying my toes under tbe fan.....not the heat, just a really cold fan. Horrific experience!!!!! read more

I'll never go to Lee Nails in Menomonee Falls again. Is it too much to ask for them to soak your nails long enough for the acetone to soften the gel polish? Or should I expect to have my nails scraped with a metal tool (today it was a cuticle nipper) and sanded with a Dremel? She no sooner wrapped the second hand and she began unwrapping and scraping the nails on the first hand. Then, when I asked nicely for her to please allow the acetone on them longer and explained that I have very thin nails and was concerned because in the past my nails had been damaged by this salon by scraping, I was greeted by 10 minutes of Korean bitching and asked by the owner to move to a different chair away from the pissed off manicurist. I'm done. I asked the owner to finish removing the gel polish and told her I'd find another nail salon that understood customer service and wouldn't treat me so terribly. I explained that part of the reason people go to a salon is to be pampered. Certainly leaving in tears is not being pampered. And expecting a manicure that doesn't damage your nails is not expecting too much. read more
