Get food and service. I had the stak- potatoes, biscuits, eggs, and gravy stacked with bacon on the top. They kept my coffee cup filled.

Came in for breakfast after duck hunting. Hit the spot. Quick, easy, good service, and good food for a very reasonable price.

One of the best hamburgers I've had. I definitely recommend this place and plan to come back next time I'm in town.

This place is so cool. Right on the Sacramento River just (literally) a couple minutes outside of downtown Colusa and the vibe is rustic casual. They even have some nice patio and deck space that sits just off the river for nice water views and space for live music, which is always amazing. The service is usually lovely and attentive and the gals who serve there are accomodating and kind. Try the green bean fries - the sauce is bomb and these crowd-pleasers are always crispy and served hot! Burgers are delicious (try the Texas Toothpick burger), too! Nice selection of beer and cocktails too (straight tequila for me) - so yes, they have a FULL BAR! Great place to meet for lunch or after work with friends or even a great place for a family get-together, as they have something for everyone. GO: 5-stars! *****

Had kettle chips for my side and pint of Farmer's Valle. The sandwich came so quick I made a bad pun about fast food. It was tender, hot, and quite tasty, on a warm soft bun. The beef was very thinly sliced and plentiful, seasoned perfectly. The chips were fresh and crispy. I requested horseradish and they gave me raw. It just made the sandwich taste even better! I am a happy camper right now.

Our kids had an amazing time and even got a special tour from the staff. Food was pretty good, the menu for brunch is rotational and overall we enjoyed the meal but it was not the high point of the visit. Several of us got the fried chicken and biscuit and it was good with honey but was hoping the fried chicken would have been more crispy. Fries were yummy and salad option was delightful. We sat near misters, which we would probably ask not to for our next visit - little too strong for our eating setup. Overall a beautiful spot and wonderful way to spend a weekend with the family. Nice meal and flowers.

Booked a reservation for 10, and we were promptly seated and greeted by our server Jake. He was very attentive, checking back to ensure a great experience. I had the butternut squash soup for a starter and the eggs benedict as the main course. Very delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. After brunch we walked the entire grounds and the main floor of the Inn. The Interior of the Inn on the main floor is very clean and elegant with beautiful furnishings and art. The grounds are quiet and peaceful with nook and open areas for relaxing with a glass of champagne or cup of coffee. The Flower Barn must be seen. There was a wreath making class going and countless beautiful dried flowers hanging from the ceiling of every variety. There is a little store on the property with more dried flowers, olive oils, jams and balsamic vinegar from the valley. Soothing jazz music played in the various areas of the property. I can imagine what the propery must look like at night, or for a wedding or party. I am looking forward to returning!

The backyard patio is bigger than you'd expect... lots of shaded tables. Our server was easygoing, prompt, and accurate. She did a great job recommending menu items. The food was delicious. At one point my girlfriend and I were walking from the outside courtyard where the dinner was taking place toward the inside of the restaurant, innocently looking for the restrooms. Some employee with a beard, without saying a word, aggressively steps right in front of us to block our path, as if we we were two homeless people trying to walk in off the street. Doesn't ask "can I help you find something"? or do anything that a cordial person in the restaurant business would do. He just stares at us with a stupid smirk on his face. Seriously, clown? After a couple of awkward seconds, I ask where the bathrooms are and he finally points them out to us. What's worse, at the end of the night, my niece was leaving with her husband when another female staff member rudely told them they couldn't exit directly out the parking lot (even though it was the same entrance where people came in at beginning of the party) and actually grabbed my niece's arm. My niece told her "don't touch me." This staff person then went inside the restaurant and my niece heard the employee screaming in anger. Incredible that this is how their people treat their customers during a huge event. The owner should be completely embarrassed by their employees' unprofessional and rude behavior. They might want to get their employees some anger management training or better yet hire new ones that have experience in the hospitality industry. Until then, pretty sure we can get good meatballs and lasagna some place else that doesn't treat paying customers like garbage.

For starters we had an order oysters and an order of bone marrow. They both tasted as expected-delicious. The oysters were not dry or undercooked. Just perfect. We also tried the chicken Parmesan--big portion accompanied by marinara sauce. Another great choice was the wine braised short ribs: very tender and plentiful atop mashed potatoes and vegetable medley. Real tasty, I had to steal a corner from my wife . We had a great experience. Our server was attentive and helpful. I would definitely go back for more. Happy bites !

We arrived a little early for our reservation and were taken to the bar to wait until our table was ready. Word to the wise, make a reservation as the place gets packed! We decided to share a few things so we could try more and ended up with the following: *Sourdough bread with butter - this was delicious! My only small nit is that I wish the bread was warm. *Stonefruit salad - this was delicious and very fresh *Scallops - absolutely delicious and perfectly seared and cooked! One thing I'll note is that the scallops are very very pricey at over $60 for 5-6 of them. I know it's super fresh and delicious, but this felt like it was overpriced. *Blintzes - we decided to finish with the blitzes for dessert, and these were delicious. Overall, the food was fantastic and the had a very decent selection of wines, and the place was overall very cute and the service very welcoming!
