I've never met a hamburger I didn't like... until now. Patty was bland mush. Bacon was undercooked microwave bacon. I could only do a couple bites before I tossed it. read more

I wish I had checked Yelp before I decided to eat here. Do yourself a favor and take heed. This is easily one of the lowest quality burgers I've had in this city. Their real appeal is nothing more than a giant dry flavorless Burger on a less than appealing bun. The fries were not impressive. Even for being at the airport, this was just bad all around. The only reason they got two stars and not one is that the milk shake was done very well. For the service: The orders are all taken by iPad so you can customize your Burger and confirm what you ordered, yet they still managed to get my individual order wrong in two ways. There is no one at the counter to complain to if they don't have another order up, so getting a correction was not an easy process. They did not seem very concerned about the extra hassle for me and even seemed to be annoyed that I wanted their errors corrected. If this was anywhere other than with the captive audience at the airport they surely would not survive. read more

Used to have a location back in Colorado that I loved. When I saw this I was so excited. Didn't disappoint!

While at the terminal at JFK, I decided to have lunch at the airport at Cheeburger Cheeburger. At first it looked good but one of my friends said that they saw a loogie (spit) on their burger. Not only was the cheese on the burger not melted but the fries were barely cooked. I saw on one of my fries that it was half eaten! After that me and my friends decided to leave. read more

Cheeburger Cheeburger - Burgers Near Me - Jamaica, New York

Get a cold, hard burger for $18. Since no one takes your order or your money here, I used the tablet to order a cheeseburger with a couple of included toppings and a strawberry shake. 10 minutes lter, the burger arrived sans-cheese and other toppings (with no explanation), and got cold while I watched an employee made a sloppy mess of the shake prep (another 10). Then I stood in another line at the exit to pay. Utterly disappointing--especially for the price! read more

I got the serious burger since i was hungry. It was disgusting... tasted like a cafeteria burger . Cheese not even melted for 10$ . Its funny how shake shack or 5 guys has 10x better burgers and the same price. This place is not good at al . Would not recommend it. Bruh read more

Just don't. That's about all there is to say. I'm not a huge fan of this chain to begin with (way overpriced) and this location is the pits. Lousy food is a generous way to put it. It's soggy, though it vaguely resembles what it's advertised as being. My advice, go for something healthier and more palatable. read more

My buddy Josh and I both opted to get the Classic Burger. Overall the burgers were better then the reviews. We anticipated blah Burgers but they had some flavor, were cooked well and made correctly. They have a self serve touch screen ordering process, which is kinda cool. Fries were decent... Overall this place fills the belly but doesnt give any wow factor. My complaint is the burger doesnt look appetizing at all. And most importantly I ordered my girlfriend chicken tenders. My order came up quickly but after waiting they tell me they are out of chicken tenders. Unfortunately there isn't anything else she would eat. Then because you pay after u get your food you have to have the end Counter correct your receipt. Not too much of a hassle but makes more work for the checkout persons. read more

Cold, yet overcooked burger with no taste, but freezer burn. I am disgusted with paying $13.50 for burger and fries at JFK. This does not live up to the brand name! Someone should be responsible for selling this crap at a franchised restaurant. If I could give 0 stars, I would! read more

I wonder if they even put salt in the meat. The food tasted like microwave-cooked instead of human-cooked. Nevertheless, the fries are okay. read more

I'm really torn on what to think about this place. On one hand, the ordering system was really cool (WaWa style, for those experiencing that joy in New Jersey). The fries were DELICIOUS! They had the skins left on them which always leads to a nice crispy outside and soft inside. Perfect. Also, you get a vast selection of dipping sauces to choose from. I went with the thousand island sauce (as an homage to In n Out). The burger was considerably big; so much so that I couldn't finish it. I went with the semi-serious burger (1/3 pound). The burger itself was a little dry (coming from someone who orders burgers well done, so that's saying something) and the bread was eh. I did like that it wasn't a typical frozen patty, but had the texture of a hand formed ground beef burger. Obviously the prices are outta control, being in the airport, so I won't fault them for that. On a completely different note, the fact that I'm writing this review at JFK immediately after consuming Cheeburger is pretty freakin' sweet! Thanks jetBlue and your awesome terminal!! read more

Worst garbage hamburger ever. Didn't get one bit of our order correct. Meat was cold. Garbage people working. Move as the speed of a snail. Horrible experience. For JFK they should shut this place down. It's beyond trash. read more

The burgers were surprisingly bland. They got my order wrong and didn't put the appropriate condiments on the burger- this surprised me after the interactive ordering where you specify what you want on a touch screen. The french fries sucked. The onion rings were surprisingly good. It's better than not eating, but not a place to go out of your way to eat at. read more

This is one of the worst burgers I have ever had. Flavorless, bone dry. Did the cook even try to make this thing edible?! Seems like it was sitting on grill for hours, it reminds me of hospital cafeteria food....Terrible! And at $16.76 for a burger fries and soda ... I should have just given all that money to a homeless person because I had to throw away that sorry excuse for a burger. Yuck. read more

Burger was dry, flavorless, and stayed in my stomach like a rock. I tell everyone I know who flies JetBlue to stay away. It's a tease because Shake Shack is in terminal 4. So close yet far away. read more

I literally just finished my food. This was probably thee worst burger I've ever had and my body is basically made up of 35% burgers. It was gross. It was literally crap ingredients, bread and just a big dry patty. Eat anywhere else! Literally eat anywhere else because it's crappy and expensive and you'll hate yourself afterwards. Enjoy your flight if you find yourself here! read more

Worse than expected. Cold burger. Stale bun. Cold fries. Go to New York Sports Grill instead. Only buy a shake here. The shakes are good. read more

Easily the worst burger i've ever had. The burger was the size of a baseball, the patty was pink and brown on the inside and disintegrated in my mouth like condensed dirt, absolutely no flavor, luke warm, slapped it with a slice of kraft singles and called it a day. Fries were eatable but had no flavor as well, and the soda machine gave me flat soda with no ice because i guess it was out of ice. And the kicker... it cost me $17 dollars. Never again. Do your wallet and your taste buds a favor people and skip this one. read more

Well they don't put the fast in fast food that's for sure ! I have never seen a system like it . You order your food on an I pad when there is a perfectly able guy standing there and then it takes nearly 15 minutes for it to get to you and then you have to pay at another desk ! Then your food is getting colder as the time goes on . One woman was waiting for chips .I said your flight will probably be here before the chips So I would advise using real people to take orders ,pass them on quickly and then get the food out to the customers . I won't use them again read more

Eating at Cheeburger Cheeburger was probably one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. Due to the lighting and the design of the kitchen one could easily mistake a Cheeburger Cheeburger establishment to be a morgue. Atmosphere 0/10. Once you actually begin to place your order, you'll notice that the touch screen is horribly defective, and ordering is a very tedious, medial task. The employees are disengaged and detached form the work they are doing.(customer experience and service, an absolute 0/10) A hamburger is a simple sandwich, one would think that it would be very difficult to mess it up, yet the chefs over at Cheeburger Cheeburger have transcended my expectations and made an absolute abomination of a burger. The meat is discolored and likely not USDA approved. Once this burger hit the pit of my stomach, I wasn't even mad, I was impressed that food could make you feel this bad. Presentation and taste (a hard 0/10) I don't think anyone has ever attended this establishment twice, I know I certainly won't. So do yourself a favor America, try to keep your distance from Cheeburger Cheeburger, unless you intend upon getting mad cow. read more

I liked the touch-screen ordering system because I'm super indecisive and hate to have the order-taker wait on me and then for me to later regret something and want to change what I just said three times. Food: Fries were plentiful, but flavorless and dry. The Classic Burger, although flavorful, was tremendously huge and greasy - I felt my arteries clogging with each bite as I became more and more unhealthy. On another note, I love that you can add and customize a lot of additions free of charge. However, the cons outweigh the pros here and I probably wouldn't return here (but if you really want to consume 2,000 calories in a heavy burger and possibly die in the near future, go for it!) - jk not really. read more

Let's just start with the price, it's a little steep but that's EXPECTED from the airport cafeteria. Well anything in the airport is expensive. Service was okay, food was ready fast (was not fresh) but it did taste good from what I could tell since I was extremely hungry. I ordered a cheese burger and half fries and onion rings. read more

Cheeburger Cheeburger - Onion rings and fries and a small piece of my burger. (Sorry I forgot to take a picture before I started eating) - Burgers Near Me - Jamaica, New York

This burger was disgusting. It wasn't warm despite eating right away. It was undercooked and the meat gristly and had a scent and taste to it that screamed throw this away. After two bites I did just that. Sadly it seems I wasted 17.50 because the only thing I could stomach was my overpriced warm vitamin water from the cooler. Hopefully for the rest of the travelers one of the other shops in the food mall is edible. read more

The fries and onion rings were cold and soggy. The veggie burger was tasteless. Avoid coming here, the food sucks and the ordering system is so time consuming. Not to mention annoying especially when you are carrying a lot of luggage. read more

Really disappointing. The onion rings were awful, cold and soggy (and expensive). The Serious Burger was big but lacked flavor, while the sautéed onions seemed closer to raw. It was edible and the portion size was good, hence the second star. read more

I got the semi-serious burger. The meat was... flaky. It fell apart in your mouth. Like they just put meatloaf between the buns. Disgusting. It was also incredibly overpriced ($9) for a tiny, slider-sized burger. Do not eat here. read more

1 star is too generous. Ordered my meal from a touch pad. Never had contact with a human being. The person who gave me my burger didn't look at me when I asked for ketchup. Purchased 2 burger meals which was over priced ($33). Soda machine out of ice. I'd be happy if the burger were at least tasty. Yeah... high hopes. Awful experience. How this place is still in business amazes me. NEVER EVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY! read more

Luke warm, clearly microwaved, and dry. The cheese wasn't melted and the bun was stale. This lead hockey puck also made me pretty sick which is not desirable right before boarding a plane. read more

Airport food. In the new jet blue terminal, ok so its not so blue. You order with a touch screen, no need to talk to anyone, no need for communication error, just human error if you can't tap on the screen. Had oreo shakes and fries. Cant' really go wrong there. Pretty damn decent and tasty. Didn't try the burgers there, considering I didn't want to be stuffed on the plane. But pretty good for shakes and fries. read more

Not sure why it got such bad reviews. I recall eating my burger and liking it better than some of these other typical "better" chain burger joints. Sure, the people arent the brightest behind the counter (and prob cuz they dont have to be thanks to automation), but who cares?! You there to discuss rocket science or there to eat? I think people are being hard on the place. read more

Burger did not taste good and the cheese wasn't even melted, just looked and tasted like a very sad burger I couldn't even finish. Not to mention the soggy fries. Other people getting their food were also complaining about their shakes that were only like 3/4 of the way filled. Avoid this place. read more

I used to work at Cheeburger Cheeburger as a kid at the original one in Sanibel Island FL. I thought this might bring back some good memories but it brought only terror and disgust. The chicken was grilled beyond oblivion and was inedible. I'd be willing to bet $100 that the fries were fried at least 1 hour ago, at least. Absolutely terrible meal! Shame on me though really. Should have just fasted. read more

This is one of the worst burgers you can have folks. Patty is microwaved. No flavor. They mix up your order even though it comes from a touch screen ordering system. Most ppl won't read this before trying it. What a mistake that was... read more

The best experience I've had at Cheeburger Cheeburger would be in Fort Lauderdale, trust!!! So skip the one at the airport and Fly JetBlue to Fort Lauderdale instead. And mignt I suggest the location of Saw Grass Mills Mall in Sunrise, FL . If you've never been. Saw Grass Mills is a must!! read more

Their onion rings alone rate 4 stars. Almost as good as the ones I had at a mom and pop restaurant in Artesia, New Mexico: pop started with a whole fresh onion for each order. Dan C: you have no taste: your wanting a McDonald's only confirms my suspicion that most Yelpers are kids with no taste. KD: it's not a sit down restaurant so don't compare it to one. All fast food chains only serve beef well done, so that is not an option. I'm from The Bay Area too: we can't use our food criteria for the rest of the world. read more

This place is awful, do not go here. Better off grabbing a day old donut from D&D's than order these awful burgers. They use an iPad to order to ensure accuracy, then do not follow your order (skipping the cheese, sauce, etc.). Skip it. read more

Holy shit, I know it's airport food, but my god, if Zero Stars existed this would be it. Burger was literally a Hockey Puck, no flavor overcooked to all hell, no pride in how they got it to you, what a disgrace, do not eat here under any circumstance, you'll thank me later read more

Burgers look like they are boiled, frings come with 3 onion rings..all for $18...stay away from this place..horrible!
