    Chicken wings platter
    Bethany R.

I ordered on Uber eats and my food was delicious. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing and sweet. I got the chicken wing platter with mac an cheese and the pasta pasta. The mac and cheese was a little grainy but when I reheated it in the oven it had a smoother texture. The rasta pasta was delicious and seasoned well. I got the wings honey garlic flavored and it was the right balance of sour and sweet. I also tried the garlic parm wing which could have done with some more parmesan. I was expecting the sauce to be thicker and creamer but it was very watery. Overall a great experience and id definitely order again.

I ordered the honey jerk salmon, jerk pasta, and garlic broccoli from Uber Eats, as well as the beef and sweet plantain empanada. The empanada was love at first bite! It was so amazing that I wish I ordered a dozen of them. Just for that alone, I would go back to this restaurant. The honey jerk salmon dish was also really good and I enjoyed it a lot. The broccoli didn't taste like garlic, although I saw some crushed garlic and paprika on it. Maybe this could be made differently like fried and garlic oil to enhance the flavor. Overall, my meal was great and now I have a new restaurant to add to the list.

This is my go to spot! They always hit the spot and are surprisingly open when I need them. I usually order them from Uber eats 5 times a month but have recently been walking due to the nice weather. The food is consistently good! The service is nice. Good energy exchange whenever I go. The ambiance is casual seating along the wall while you wait. In and out location.

Crooklyn Eats is start to be my go to meal after the gym. Especially the salmon platter, which is a definite must try.

Everything was good my only complaint is I asked for plantings and I got broccoli. Other than that the food is great.

Everything was bomb. Wish they had a location in the Bronx but they're worth the travel. I wish the garlic broccoli was a bit softer, was a little undercooked but overall 10/10

I have ordered on time ... last minute and at different points of my days. The Qaulity of the food is still the same. AND THEY ARE OPEN LAAAATTTEE. Just as CONSISTENT as PEPPAS on Utica. BIG PORTIONS TOO. I order their mac& cheese and put it with Crooklyns chicken dinner. .... they use a lot of salt tho. So, be careful. They should just cook without salt. Anyways, It's rare to find restaurants that make fresh quality " HOMECOOKED " food.

Honey garlic chicken tenders, jerk pasta, yams

Cooklyn is surely bringing the chef's kiss to Brooklyn. This has to be one of the best spots to go to for warm, comforting soul food. The chicken tender combo is my go-to order: this time around, I got the honey garlic sauce with jerk pasta and yams. Regardless of whatever sauce you choose, the tender itself is already worthy of the front stage. Crispy breading, tender and moist, and comes with a light zing of spice to support all of the other flavors. The honey garlic gave the tenders more of a tangy flavor which sat nicely with the meat. They're also very generous with the portion size: you get more than a handful of tenders and each tender is almost the size of Dwayne Johnson's left calf. You're not leaving here hungry. The jerk pasta gives the meal a sharp but invited contrast in texture. The cheesy and creamy sauce brings an abundant combination of flavors and adds a bit more to the spice level. Out of every side offered at Cooklyn, I'd put this one in the top three without a doubt. This pasta crowns them the masta's of the rasta! What I especially appreciated was the small slices of green peppers that gave the pasta more of a bite and a small splash of fresh vegetables. Helps me to forget the calories I'm putting on with this one. Among all the spice, the yams bring a comforting sweetness to balance all of the sensory effects. Each piece absolutely collapses under your bite: soft, silky smooth, and delectable. As far as candied yams go, these aren't obnoxiously sweet. Great dessert but also great alongside the salty and savory members of the crew. Nicely executed. Cooklyn puts soul under my fork and knife and lots of life into my soul. You're likely going to be around while they're open since they cook almost every hour of the day, so go see what the hype is about.

Placed an order of Uber eats and to my dismay this is what I found in my pancake ,a metal object.

I went to the take out location in East NY and the food did not disappoint! The service was nice, it did take a few to be ready so order in advance. Looks like they have a lot of Uber eats orders. The serving is a great amount you will be satisfied. It's a take out spot but there's a waiting area. Highly recommend the Mac and cheese. One thing: I didn't like the sauce. I had the soy garlic but the chicken is so delicious. It doesn't need sauce.

Over hyped and over priced. Runny greens with extra lemon. Undercooked fried shrimp. Plain tasting Rasta pasta. Overall not good soul food.

Was able to order from different cuisines in one place so there's something for everyone's palette. I thought everything would taste like frozen meals but it came out fresh. Not super cheap either, depending on what you order. I ordered Mediterranean, which I'll probably skip next time. Their Thai pad kee mao didn't taste authentic. Their Italian is good though. We took advantage of their 50% off first 2 orders (up to $20 off) promo code FIRST2 and tried the fried chicken sandwich combos from Streetbird, chicken Pad Thai and chicken drunken noodles from Sripraphai, and Banana Pudding Chocolatey Hazelnut Swirl by Magnolia Bakery. Our takeout order was packaged nicely. The Streetbird selections were so good, we've since ordered it again 2 more times. The fried chicken sandwiches were moist and delicious and there were customizable options of adding lettuce and tomato, pairing well with the bbq sauces. All of the sides that we have tried have been incredible - fries, Mac & Greens, potato chips, and onion rings (even though I usually prefer fries and there were only 4 onion rings to a box, they're the best onion rings I've ever had). Also appreciated how they offered Spindrift sparkling water as a healthier option instead of the usual soft drinks. However, the dishes from Sripraphai were a major letdown. We have tried the original Sripraphai in Queens before and the quality here was nowhere near the same. The noodles tasted like they could have been microwaved, edible but not particularly tasty. Same goes for the banana pudding from Magnolia Bakery. It was actually a prepackaged frozen to thaw container instead of fresh pudding and there was an odd sour aftertaste to it. All in all, the order had its hits and misses but Streetbird options were solid and we would definitely try some of the other offerings another time.

The wedding was at the Picnic House in Prospect Park and the staff knew the venue and transformed it into a beautiful venue exactly how we imagined it. Alfonso was great from the minute we got there. He was calm and efficient in helping to set up for the ceremony, the decorating, the fireplace, the centerpieces and candles just how we pictured them and it was all perfect. He helped organize the ceremony and timed everything perfectly. During the cocktail hour, the food stations and the passed food just kept on coming and was all interesting and delicious.
