Brooklyn Wing House was a solid stop. I ordered the fish and shrimp with sweet potato fries, and everything was cooked well. The fish was good a little salty and the sweet potato fries were good as well. The oxtail empanada was definitely a highlight--rich, tender, and packed with flavor. Overall, a good food. read more

Love the food, always has been amazing. However I normally order uber eats, today i decided to go inside the store. The young lady that took my order was not pleasant and came off extremely rude. She seemed like she was annoyed that I was there. I came in happy to order my food and she made that experience terrible for me. She was on shift at 3:30p.m read more

This used to be one of my favorite spots--until today. I walked in and ordered nothing more than a side of catfish. After waiting approximately 32 minutes, I was finally told that they didn't have any fish. Thirty-two minutes to tell a customer you're out of the one item they ordered is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I asked for a refund, the cashier didn't even know how to process it. Poor communication, wasted time, and absolutely no sense of urgency. Losing a customer over a side of catfish is wild, but here we are. NEVER AGAIN. read more

Let me start by saying that I love Brooklyn Wing House. I haven't visited in a while and I was excited to get some wings. I ordered the Sweet Chili Rum Glaze wings with fries and a drink. The customer service was quick and the worker helped with explaining the order. The restaurant was not very busy for a Sunday afternoon. The wings were tasty and well prepared. The fries were fried perfectly. I enjoyed my meal. The Sweet Chili Rum Glaze sauce is my favorite. I'll be back to try other sauces on the menu and also their selection of sandwiches and shrimp orders. read more

Respectfully, the vibes here were simple. You come in, you place your order, get your food and go about your way. There isn't a spot to relax and dig in to the meal while it's hot and fresh, especially on a cold winter night. The food, if you choose to not wait, it's delicious. Don't let it sit too long or it'll end up tasting average at best. Trust me. It's a great location if you choose to eat in the car, the train or live nearby. The service was chill. The young lady that took my order was full of good energy. She hit you with the smile, the proper attitude and after bagging/finishing your order for you to take "thank you for coming and have a good weekend". I'll be back in the future thanks to her. Maybe the rest of her vibes spill into that location. I ordered some wings. Honey lemon pepper. If this flavor was wet. It would run the world. However, and again, enjoy while IT IS HOT! Because it is a solid flavor that when cooled off, just won't hit the same. read more

This place kinda fell off. It was really a gem pre pandemic. The decor isn't as pristine as it once was and the cashier was nonchalant at the desk. The chicken is good, a little overpriced for the area in my opinion aside from the lunch special. read more

I normally order for pickup or delivery from this restaurant whether by phone or via delivery app. Their wings and fries is my go-to order and has never failed to deliver flavor yet. There is not much to say on service as it is a not an eat-in restaurant, you only interact with the workers when ordering or picking up food. There's nothing that stands out about their service. read more

Ordered via Uber Eats after watching Mr. Chimetime's TikTok review. The food came quickly and the items were still hot. The wings were very flavorful and juicy but a little salty. However the oxtail empanada was my favorite! Would order from here again. read more

I read the reviews while I was eating my food and let's just say Yikes. I had the Hiney garlic wings and the sauce was nit alot and I thought they would fry the chicken it's like baked. They give you alot of fries I had the sweet potato ones. The mac and cheese balls were decent and the oxtail empanada wasn't all that great it wasn't ant real oxtails sauce in it. The passion fruit drunk was good. Yeah its a one and done for me read more

Cheers to Brooklyn Wing House! Hip Hip Hooray and a loud thunderous applause to one of the best Brooklyn eateries that has kept us satisfied w/ their delicious boneless chicken /chicken wings. Brooklyn Wing House is located on Union Street which is accessible by taking the 3 train to Nostrand and walking a couple of minutes to the destination. Although I have yet to visit the actual establishment, browsing and viewing the pictures online and via Yelp made me feel like I was there -lol. All of the food pictures including delightful looking Sandwiches, Chicken and Waffles, Seafood, Salads, Corn on the Cob, etc.....have now given me incentive to get other food menu items the next several upcoming orders that I know I will place sooner rather than later-lol. One can order Brooklyn Wing House via Seamless, GrubHub, Doordash, etc but we have chosen to do so via UberEats. The first time we tried their food, we were pleasantly surprised w/ our flavorful chicken and crispy french fries. Now having ordered from them quite a few times during the last several months, I can happily comment that everything consumed has been consistently fantastic. Please get their Passion Fruit or Mango flavored Lemonade - Really good for those individuals that like sweet tasting beverages! Thanks to Brooklyn Wing House. During this COVID-19 Pandemic/Health Crisis, we have appreciated being able to include this as one of our "routine" restaurants we know will have great tasting food. Looking forward to getting some of their seafood meals as well as their Chicken and Waffles! read more

Prepared just the way I like, crispy and still tender. Packed to the top with very generous portions. Not bad but unfortunately I found them a little too salty. Will definitely try again to see if that was just a one time thing because other reviews of this place have been excellent. read more

The wings are a bit large for my preference, but the sweet chili and the lemon pepper were good. Also, Anna was the best: extremely patient, courteous, helpful and really nice. I may try other food items in the future. read more

We pass by this spot so often that we just had to pass by. We ordered the salmon burger, chicken sandwich and a couple of the empanadas to try; oxtail and jerk chicken. This was literally one of the best salmon burgers I've ever had, so flavorful and juicy with just a light kick. The chicken sandwich was equally delicious, crunchy, well seasoned, mouthwateringly delicious. Would highly recommend those two. The empanadas and the Mac and cheese bites were ok, we probably wouldn't order them again. The cashier was helpful and very pleasant. The spot was bright and definitely catches your attention, but more of a take out place with minimal seating. read more

I love supporting local business and BK wing house is no exception to my rule. I originally found them Yelp and I have friends that lives nearby that loves their Dope Burger. This a takeout only restaurant which as I write this makes it a perfect business model during the shelter in place NYC is under due to the coronavirus. I usually get the honey BBQ wings that my favorite flavor. I've tried the sweet chilli rum glazed favor on the wings and I liked it. Ice also had the The Dope Burger which was good, but I come here for the wings! The waffles fries are good sometimes they can be too fried however. I've tried the Mac and Cheese balls and they were great I definitely recommend them They have a lunch special where you get wings, fries, and a can of soda I think for $7.50. The lunch special ends at 4:30. I wish the customer service was better however, it would be nice to be greeted when you entered and thanked for your business, especially for me as a regular customer. I'm always recommended this spot and I go out of my way to come here for their wings. Other than I recommend BK Wing House if you want great wings! read more

I was looking forward to my visit to Wing House, but was completely disappointed and would not recommend this place for a few reasons. First of all, the service is extremely slow. I waited literally 30 minutes for an order of a dozen wings and waffle fries - on a weekday afternoon. Totally unacceptable - there were only 2-3 other customers in front of me. When I finally received my order, the food was COLD. What gives? For a long wait, I expected my food to at least be fresh and hot. Instead, the wings seemed like they were sitting out there for a while, and the waffle fries were soggy - not crispy at all. So disappointing - and the fact that the food was very expensive made it hurt even more. The food is so overpriced. And lastly, the restaurant does not do anything about the trash and litter they (or their customers) create. It is disgusting - this neighborhood is beautiful, and yet there are piles of trash and chicken wing bones (see photo) littering the street because of Wing House. There needs to be some type of signage about littering, or something. Management just seriously needs to do something because this is not how you respect your neighborhood. There are a lot of great wing joints in the area, recommend you check out one of those instead. read more

Eh not too sure how I feel about this place fully. The cashier was cool. Let me sample the juice and I ordered a passion fruit. Was really sweet but decided to get it anyway to mix with my rum. I had the jerk chicken empanadas. It was kinda dry. Inside was spicy but dry overall. Probably could have used a sauce as back up idk The mac and cheese balls were ok. Honey chilli wings were good. I have eaten here in the past, and it was good. Yesterday I got food for me and my daughter. My garlic parm wings were horrible. And my yellow rice tasted like it was cooked in a rice cooker. The wing sauce must have been old, and wings tasted like they were cooked the day before. My daughter and I woke up with belly aches. Save your stomach and avoid this place. read more

I've tried this place on 3 separate occasions (today being the last) and have been disappointed with the food EVERY TIME! Ordered a $15 chicken sandwich combo that was supposed to come with a can drink. No drink... The fries are cold and hard. The chicken sandwich is a joke. $40 wasted on lunch. No more chances from me. Please see this sorry ass chicken sandwich. The only thing good has been the mango and passion fruit lemonades. read more

I went for a walk 4/25 on a sunny day. I ordered pickup beforehand and surprisingly they said 15 minutes. There was about 3 people waiting for their food and I'm glad I ordered beforehand. I had their food once before and like everything but the Mac and cheese balls. The Mac balls were salty but the sauce that it came with was like a chipotle tartar sauce. The wings were great I ordered the sweet chili rum glazed and honey sriracha. The oxtail empanada was a true highlight. It was stuffed with a nicely flavored strips of tender oxtail meat. I still crave for more. The corn was nice and had a sweet sauce on top. I would definitely come back and get more food from here. read more

Wings are amazing! Seasoned well and wings are meaty. Sauce and spices on point!!! Will definitely be returning, customer service excellent, friendly and courteous!!!! read more

Very unprofessional staff and the food was very far from decent. Empanada oxtails was oily with zero seasoning. It was such a disappointment. Jerk Corn: definitely not cooked long enough it was very hard to take bite and the way they just smeared the jerk sauce on it was shameful. Lemon pepper wings lacked seasoning and was nothing special. I've had better else where. They're also stingy with the sauce they do not give enough with the wings. Which is a shame because the blue cheese was somewhat "saving" the wings. Don't waste your money on this place it's definitely not worth it. read more

the popular Sweet Chili Rum Wings were good but I actually enjoyed the Garlic Lemon Pepper more. I also went out on a limb and ordered the Fried Calamari which was pretty decent if you're in the mood for it. The tamarind sauce definitely helped to bring a kick for the calamari so I definitely suggest you try it out. This is my second order during COVID after trying them several times before COVID and I can say Brooklyn Wing House is definitely still clutch for wings! read more

Food was very fast and hot, however I strongly advise against the pasta. It sounded like a rasta pasta at least on DoorDash by the pics, but ended up being pasta with what tasted like Ragu Alfredo sauce with lots of added salt and maybe sazon? But no jerk or garlic flavor. Shrimp was cleaned and cooked well though. read more

The set up is nice, the customer service was okay and the mango juice was surprisingly good. But that's about it, the actual food was terrible.
