This place is a staple in the neighborhood and definitely one of my comfort food go-tos. The smothered pork chops, ribs, and their famous rotisserie chicken all slap. I'm a sucker for the lo mein and mac and cheese, which I absolutely drown in their signature green hot sauce, but honestly you can't go wrong with any of the sides. The yellow rice, mashed potatoes--whatever you get is probably gonna be good. It makes a great lunch or dinner spot, and one thing I appreciate is that whether you pop in and get it fresh or order delivery, the food still shows up hot and ready to tear into. After seeing countless reviews on Facebook and instagram about this spot and I am a true Peruvian chicken lover I decided to go give this spot a try since it wasn't so far , the location is convenient for locals if you live walking distance and great if you work at the hospital since its location is across the street if you are driving I reccomend parking a few blocks away or have someone who can sit in your car if you can find a good spot to stop not to double park but to stop and just wait to go in and out , so I ordered the half chicken (dark meat only ) and the platter comes w two sides I chose potato salad and rice and an extra side of lomein in with veggies, I was shocked to see there was so many peas in the meal , peas in the potato salad and in the rice but it was no biggie just new to me , so if you don't like peas I do not recommend bc it's packed with peas ! The potato salad was delicious and the rice wasn't anything out of this world but it did complement the meal the lomein for me was a perfect noodle and the flavor was good , the chicken was good , the reels for sure over hyped the chicken , but it was missing a lot of the usual spices and flavors I'm used to tasting when I eat from other Peruvian restaurants , but the chicken was good . The service was really nice and quick easy transaction I will 100 % go back to try the ribs next time if I find myself in the area , I wouldn't say I would never go again bc the food was good but I would not go out my way to make a drive in that area just for this place,it's not something I would crave exactly but it's good food and quality . Although it's a South American food spot, with authentic Latin flavors, this joint is owned by a Korean family. They used to live in Peru, Argentina, and more counties in South America before moving to Brooklyn. All of their recipes show their unique family history in South America. From Argentinian styled empanadas to Peruvian styled rotisserie chicken... it's all done really well. So well that people are surprised every time they meet the owners! lol. This is a grab and go place and it gets busy! But there is a little bit of seating in the back if you need to sit and eat there. The staff work really hard to make sure everyone gets their order in a good time. And they are all so nice. I really love their rotisserie chicken and it's paired well with their fries, salad, and even rice. Their potato salad is simply seasoned but realllyyy good; truly nothing over the top with their seasoning for it but somehow it really hits the spot when you eat it with the chicken. I had the food delivered. I used the Yelp app. it came pretty quickly. He's pretty warm when I got it. Are you ready to have a chicken with two sides. I chose the salad and the lo mein. The salad came with no dressing. The lo mein was dry. And the chicken was dry. The chicken wing tasted like chicken jerky. It was so dry. It's obvious this chicken was sitting there for a while all dried up. The green sauce is a little spicy for me. So I was just stuck with this dry combination. The flavor of the chicken was pretty good. It just would've been nice if everything wasn't so freaking dry. It's the top it off. It said free delivery but then there were two fees attached. I also got an empanada. Beef. I didn't realize there would be chunks of egg whites in it. The flour of the empanada was very good, but I really hate chunks of egg whites. Honestly, the first experience with Inca Chicken was that the rotisserie chicken was served piping hot and was super juicy - the flavors permeated literally to the bone, and it was very tasty! However, the chicken was lukewarm on a subsequent visit, which was super disappointing. I think the best time is to go when they just open, as we assumed that due to the business of this place, the rotisserie chicken would always be hot - definitely not the case. Sides are very mediocre, as the chicken is the main focus here. Their Inca Green hot sauce is a good complement - I was a little nervous, as I thought it would be too cilantro-forward, but it works. Technically, the chicken itself is flavorful enough that it really doesn't need any sauces. You stand in line to order and pay, and there's limited seating in the back - about 4 tables or so. As I'm slowly making my rounds over the 5 boroughs to find the best roasted chicken in the city, another spot that keeps coming up is Inca Chicken over in Bushwick. I got the half chicken and two sides, and at $14.50, this is beyond reasonably priced. They FULLY LOAD you up with sides. Nothing I love like a big portion size. Options for sides range from mac n cheese to mashed potatoes to lo-mein, but I just went with the white rice with vegetables and sweet plantains. To be honest, this chicken was solid. It was really good, but if I had to nit pick, it was just a little dry for my taste. But also keep in mind, I ate here 1 time and could have just caught them on a bad day or got a bad batch of chicken. It happens to the best of them. Another long over do review, been Patronizing this establishment well over 25 years still the same owner and can't believe his food is better then ever along with his employees the entire staff from the front of the house to the back !!! The one big surprise was that he did a full remodel very nice & clean .... His counter help cooks & servers are always polite & friendly..... While at the counter paying for my food, a roach walked past me. I backed up and told the employee look. There was a roach alive and well and healthy running around. He tried to catch it and jumped onto the next concert where the food was The employee could not catch the roach. It's probably still there today. I was there around November 7, 2025. I paid with my cash app card. They did not cancel the transaction for $20.60. They gave me $16 in I did not out with that because of that roach running around. It's my first and last time there would think being across the street from a it would be clean and healthy on the contrary this place was very tight. You can barely breathe or move and the roach thing is enough for me to never go not to go there they are not only dirty and have roaches. The chicken was beautifuly seasoned and cooked brilliantly the marinade for the chicken was super tasty and the green sauce ties everything together it paired perfectly with the chicken because of heals and spices used in the sauce. I also got a beef and cheese empanadas which were excellent and the meat inside was super tasty. The staff was super friendly and they were very generous on the portions especially for their affordable prices. The actual restaurant has unfortunately limited seating but I can understand because it is a family business. When I don't know what to do for dinner, I end up at Inca. It's been my go-to spot for quick meals for a while now. The food has been consistently good, it's a reasonable price (I usually end up spending around $17 for a dinner and drink), and they have a decent variety of choices for entrees and sides. WHATEVER you get, make sure to ask for the barbecue sauce they make. Green sauce is good too but the barbecue goes incredibly hard. I usually get the Pork Ribs Combo Platter, but that barbecue sauce would go good with whatever. I've started asking for as many as I can get and building a small collection at home. I ordered the quarter chicken combo with a side of yuca and mac & cheese, while my boyfriend ordered the 1/2 chicken and 1/2 rib combo with a side of mixed veggies and mashed potatoes. The chicken was cooked well (not as dry as some reviews mentioned- assuming this is just based on the part of the chicken you get/how long its been out etc.) The only side we didn't like that much was the mac & cheese... Pretty sure this was boxed Kraft mac & cheese lol. They give you a small side of the green sauce with your meal but I highly recommend paying for the extra sauce ($2 for 4oz?) because this sauce completes the meal. There was a small line while I was there.. it's setup like a cafeteria style where you order and they start a plate with your sides if you get a combo like I did. I chose the quarter chicken and it was ready right away. Super fast service. It came with 2 sides and a green sauce. So I believe the quarter chicken is a thigh and a drumstick. Well the flavor was very good and the chicken was fresh no doubt. But the amount of meat that I got with my meal was truly tiny. It was a lot of skin and bone. Very very little meat. Maybe it was the luck of the draw that day. The sides I got was yellow rice with the beans which were very good. Good thing there was a lot of it because the chicken portion was sad. Inca's chicken in Buschwick is the definition of a go to neighborhood spot. This place is no bs and has absolutely delicious food starting from their famous rotisserie chicken to Peruvian sausage. They have been family owned and operated for over 30 years and all of the recipes have been passed down several generations. Their claim to fame rotisserie chicken was sooo super moist and very well seasoned. Even better with the green sauce. We also tried the ribs which were super tender and had a great flavor, they have a Peruvian BBQ sauce on the side but I think they're best just as is. They also have a newer menu item which is their chicken milanesa-  super tender and goes perfect with the mashed potatoes or salads. My favorite meat entree though might have been the sausage, it was just so satisfying and had the perfect amount of spice. The empanadas really wowed us- we tried the chicken, cheese, and beef which was the star for us. They are actually more similar to Argentinean empanadas and are made with olives. Unlike anything we've ever tried before but now we can't stop thinking about them. Another fun app they have is the fried shrimp, can't go wrong with that they were super crunchy and delicious.
