Service was great! Super nice. Let us try the different juiced before making a selection, which was very nice of her. You do order in the front then take a seat and they will bring it to you. Ambiance was nice, giving all the Dominican vibes even in the bathroom with the pot sink. Late night munchie heaven. Dominican style. Came here with friends after an event. This is exactly what my un-sober self was looking for. They serve traditional fritura which translates to fried food, along with other items. The fried whole fish was great! Ordered with a side of tostones. Dear Yelpers, Avoid if you are looking for fast food. Actually just avoid in general. The staff here was very rude and the food was not worth the wait. I got nachos and my friend (K) got a Club Sandwhich we waited over an hour for the food and it was a Togo order. Since it was a long wait I took a set at one of the 3 tables they had. Place wasn't big at all. I do appreciate the decor but the chairs were very uncomfortable and they had a huge speaker blasting music right next to my ear. Def 4 out of 10. The Yaroa is a combination of ripe plantains or French fries, meat, cheese, and sauces like mayonnaise and ketchup. Nothing fancy, but on the palate makes the world tastier. Definitely. Is a common fast-food plate in the Dominican Republic more in the North part that any part of the country. I always love to order the French fries one, with is the best one in my opinion, but this one was not the best one I have eaten but it was very good and the portion was big a bit too pricey but worth it. I've gone recently and they wish to turn it to a small lounge with liquor and dj , I have no issues with this but the food has now changed a bit since it's not their focus , The morir soñando taste horrible I don't know what kind of orange juice or even if they are using oranges for it but taste very tart . the chimi is a bit dry with and more expensive your going to spend 11 for a chimi and 3$ for an empanada de queso that's not even good cheese inside not even melted. DO NOT ORDER! The worst customer service I've ever encountered in my entire life. The order was delivered incomplete. When we called to address the issue, the woman was incredibly rude. Saying it was our fault for not copying the menu onto the description. Not only was one dish done incorrectly, but there were items missing from our order. Her reply was "I know it went out right because we always send it right". She proceeded to making remarks such as "honey can you read" and "we don't owe you anything". There was no compassion or willingness to admit that the order might be wrong due to human error. She dismissed my complaint and made it clear that they never mess up any order even though, my order was messed up. Lastly, the one thing that did arrive correctly was the steak and plantains, and the plantains were soggy and the steak was chewy and dry. Rico chimi has good days and bad days, about a few month ago i had a really bad experience, however last night after the bad bunny concert I said, let me just go and get me and my gf some chimis. Of all the Dominican fast food places in the neighborhood, this is the best. They definitely have it down to a science. I work across the street and it is really hard to resist not dropping by after. My favorite item is the platacones sandwich. It's a sandwich with chicken, pork, or beef with veggies, which all seem really fresh. What makes the sandwich great is the bread which is made out of plantains. Amazing. It's open super late and is a perfect after drinking spot. read more

But I'm sorry, I would give zero stars if I could. Few points below. Staff was horrible, rude and paid no attention. Empanadas are huge but empty in the inside. Purchased a beef and cheese mixed. Taste flavorless and I don't have a clue what cheese they used. Told me Mozzarella but I would have to disagree. The chicken on the yaroa taste a few days old.
