The individuals I support are on limited incomes and cannot afford meals from establishments such as yours, so they bring their own lunches while staff members purchase food and beverages from your business. A manager approached us and informed us that outside food was not permitted, even though purchases had been made. We were then asked to leave and eat outside in the hot weather. I understand that businesses have policies regarding outside food, and I respect the need to enforce them. However, I believe this situation could have been handled with greater compassion and understanding, given that the group consisted of individuals with disabilities who rely on packed lunches due to financial limitations. As someone who has consistently supported your establishment, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and empathy shown. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will no longer be bringing my business or the individuals I support to your establishment. I hope this feedback encourages your management team to consider a more accommodating approach when serving members of the disability community in the future.

The chicken meal was delicious, well-balanced, and felt nourishing. The poached chicken was incredibly tender, juicy, and smooth--light in the best way possible--while the roasted chicken provided a nice textural contrast with the skin, even if the skin slipped off occasionally. While I had a slight preference for the poached, I'd still probably order the mixed set again because both were great. I even found myself dipping the chicken and rice into the light broth for extra flavor. The sauces were good, though a bit heavy for my personal taste. Also, I typically love fried dumplings more than steamed usually but the steamed Shiitake Mushroom & Cabbage dumplings won me over.
