But the last time I came, things weren't so good. I came in faded and ordered a brisket sandwich and fries. They came relatively quick and I was chilling while I waited. It came out after roughly 10 minutes and I sat down and dug in. I was halfway through the sandwich when I felt something hard in my mouth, I took it out and saw a little ball-like thing that looked like it could be part of some type of food but definitely not a brisket sandwich. Regardless, I didn't think much of it, taking it out and moving on. But that's when I saw a weird little plastic object in my fries. I took it out to see what looked like a condiment nozzle. Now I can live with a weird little ball, but a weird little plastic object, no way! So I went up to the counter to say something. Next, a driver came to the door with the pizza boxes held askew, preoccupied with snapping a photo. It arrived with all of the cheese, sauce, and toppings entirely slid off the pie. So each slice was a barely wet piece of bread. It was inedible. I got a refund, but TBH, Wonder should've done more, like a free meal. My friend was over and it ruined our plans as we headed out for the night. Seems like the bare minimum of customer service.
