We called Olivia after speaking with many caterers about about approach, cuisine and budget, and we were honestly getting a bit defeated. My first conversation with Olivia was so incredibly refreshing in that I told her we are trying to decide between tacos or barbeque and she responded with a very effortless, "why choose?". This immediately put me at ease as we started to brainstorm together. All other caterers were now subpar. She crafted a beautiful menu for us that included mini (single-bite) sized tacos as part of the hors d'oeuvres and an upscale barbeque with hometown roots for the entree. Our guests have not stopped RAVING about our food (strong accolades for the BBQ still rolling in from our Texas and Tennessee-native guests, so you know it was great!). We received a truly personalized experience with Olivia. She even stepped in to work with us directly when we had questions and get saleswoman was unavailable! From the first conversation through the tasting and our wedding, Olivia was one of our top vendors. Her saleswoman, Christina, was excellent at offering advice and ideas as well as suggestions from other events they'd catered (either at 501 or otherwise). On staff, Olivia also has a food design team member who created the most instagram-worthy displays! Definitely an added bonus. Would 10/10 use and recommend Olivia!

I ordered yasas, Alanaza, Fred's meat&. Bread. Everything was good. Alanza was a bit overpriced, small servings. Other places I ordered from had good portion size. The menu confuses me a little because I know the green w indicates I can order it at the location to be picked up...but what about the non green w mean? There are a lot of options and it's kind of mind blowing how many there are. I was concerned how will the get all my orders correct but they did. Ambiance not so good. Outside was a sea of DoorDash as well as inside. Order was warm and correct . Keep up the good work!

Wonder... you broke my heart …read more I have come to Wonder a lot since it opened, I love the idea and I do come here with friends when we can't agree on what to get (just as the commercials suggest). But the last time I came, things weren't so good. I came in faded and ordered a brisket sandwich and fries. They came relatively quick and I was chilling while I waited. It came out after roughly 10 minutes and I sat down and dug in. I was halfway through the sandwich when I felt something hard in my mouth, I took it out and saw a little ball-like thing that looked like it could be part of some type of food but definitely not a brisket sandwich. Regardless, I didn't think much of it, taking it out and moving on. But that's when I saw a weird little plastic object in my fries. I took it out to see what looked like a condiment nozzle. Now I can live with a weird little ball, but a weird little plastic object, no way! So I went up to the counter to say something. I waited for someone to come out so I could talk to them, but after 10 minutes no one came and I just cut my losses and dipped. I wish I didn't have to give this review because I do think Wonder has good food, service, and ambiance, but this was disappointing.

Imagine wandering through Park Slope on a Friday early evening and discovering a French-Chinese…read morerestaurant. Well that's what happened to me and I'm glad it did. I've never had this kind of cuisine before and I wanted to give it a try. Immediately when I walked in, I was greeted by soft jazz music in the background and a low light calm ambiance. I went around 5:45/6 and I was the only customer there. It was nice having the place all to myself. The decor gives "soft life" and "unwind after work with a nice meal" and they both met my mood for the evening. The wait staff was extremely kind and patient and very helpful with discussing the menu. I started my meal with the Crystal Peach Oolong and the Sweet and Sour Ribs. The cocktail was sweet like I like and the alcohol was not overbearing. There was a nice balance. You can definitely taste the peach and the Oolong. Very well crafted drink. The ribs were delightful. Tender and falling off the bone. The sauce was absolutely immaculate. I was pleasantly blown away by this dish. For dinner, I ordered the lamb chops and the seafood fried rice. The lamb chops came with Chinese eggplant and the eggplant was very savory. Very soft and well seasoned. It was topped with a sauce that complimented it very well. The lamb chops were chef's kiss. Cooked to perfection and tender. It was topped with a honey mustard sauce that was divine. The meat was cooked medium well and seasoned like my mother worked in the kitchen. You can tell this food is made with love and care. The seafood fried rice was delicious as well. It was a nice side to compliment the lamb chops in addition to the eggplant. It was savory and delicious. I also tried the Jasmine French Martini and the Osmanthus Blossom cocktail. Both drinks were up my alley. My waiter suggested these as I prefer drinks on the sweeter side. Great suggestions. One thing I appreciate about this restaurant is the balance of alcohol and drink flavor. They shine equally and make the drinks smooth and not harsh. Both drinks were very fruity and refreshing. I ended the night trying a soup dumpling. My waiter recommend these black truffle pork dumplings and I have to say: he knows his stuff. If you love truffle, you will truly enjoy this dumpling. First, the broth is just dreamy. You taste nothing but flavor through the whole experience. And the pork? I'm glad you asked. It was delicious. The whole dumpling was just truly divine. I couldn't get enough. I too would recommend trying this soup dumpling after what I had the pleasure of enjoying. When I stumbled into this place, I didn't know what to expect. Safe to say, I was overjoyed with my experience. I was well taken care of and the vibe, food, and drinks have me looking forward to my next visit!

Kinda local, but still a ways away. The decor of the restaurant was cute. It was/is perfect for a date night. Low lights, very nice decor, light jazz music that you can barely hear, nice tables and they were spaced very well, and the interior is red which adds to the sex appeal of the spot. Very cute. The service was okay. We had 2 servers. The first one just seemed a bit annoyed that we were asking him questions about the menu. Neither of us has had an Asian French fusion food before. So we were genuinely curious about the menu items. He was a little snide answering as if we were lacking intelligence or something. A bit off putting for sure. The woman server was incredible! She explained things with ease. She also gave some suggestions that she thought might fit our tastebuds a bit better. She was amazing. So the service gets a 50/50. The food... we all started with the citrus and cilantro salad, and man! Those orange and grapefruit pieces were to die for! So nice and juicy. We had to ask was the lettuce safe to consume with all the FDA recalls lately. You never can tell fr. But everything she recommended was delicious. We ordered some pork dumplings (7/10), the Peking Duck roll (7/10), mussels i was told was a (10/10) and the steak tartar got a 0/10. That was a random let's try pick. So I'm not surprised by that rating lol. Those were hot apps. For our entrees, i ordered the steak which was okay. It had a sweet glaze over top and it came with some charred broccoli, others ordered the lamb chops, seafood and shrimp fried rice (both 10/10) and also these aren't a side. These were ordered separately from the à la carte menu... my boyfriend had the prawns which he loved, the shrimp French toast was good too. We moved the caviar off before consumption. My sister wasn't a fan of the branzino. She was expecting something larger and i believe a whole fish. But she said the flavor was good. I really enjoyed it tho. The food was different from what i normally choose. But it was nice to step outside the box for everyone. All in all, I'd return just to try something else. 4/5. See pics below.

They do offer Poké bowls here which was what initially drew me but the ramen itself is exquisite. The noodles are hand-pulled which, for the uninitiated, is what you ALWAYS want. The texture is soft and chewy and also absorbs a lot more liquid - which plays nicely if you have a nice broth to go with your dish. I got a tomato soup ramen since spice doesn't agree with me. Full disclaimer I love tomato so beware if you don't. The flavor was really strong and rich but I loved that personally.
