I started using Cook Unity nearly three months ago and so far, my experiences have been great. Their menu is quite extensive and new items are available each time I check. In my experience, the quality of the food has also always been excellent -- I have not yet had an unsatisfactory meal. The way that their website is set up enables you to filter search results across a variety of criteria, which is a big help in choosing your meals without the process being overwhelming due to sheer number of choices that are available. My meal shipments have always been on time, and up to the minute tracking is available on the day of arrival. I also typically leave the last order's bag/freezer packs outside my door for pickup. The meals also arrive chilled, not frozen. The only drawbacks to Cook Unity that I can think of are that there is no a la carte option -- a subscription is required; however, skipping weekly shipment(s) can be easily be done. Also, some of the meals are a bit higher in calories than I would like. Finally, several of their meals have had cuts of meat that were VERY fatty. They rotate in new dishes all the time, and have expanded their team of designer chefs. On top of that, they offer full nutritional information, and the ability to filter for various diet needs or preferences. One small downside is that the delivery service they use in our area does not offer precise delivery times, instead they only give us a broad time window, but we've learned to work around that.
