This chain is even here in Penn Station now. Not the cheapest cookie for what they offer but they are tasty and good for a sweet treat to bring on your LIRR train trip. Typical variety as with their other locations.

Came here for a late evening sweet treat while in NYC's Penn Station. The staff were great and we got a half dozen assorted cookies (chocolate chip, toffee, oatmeal raisin, sugar, and M&M). The ambiance was busy and fast-paced as NYC normally is. They also had various beverages (bottled, coffee) and ice cream ready to be scooped. The cookies were good: the chocolate chip was loaded with chips and chewy; the oatmeal raisin had a good amount raisins with that oatmeal goodness; the sugar cookie was nice and chewy, not overly sweet; the M&M cookie had a good balance of candies and dough; and the toffee cookie was good as well. All in all, a great place to stop for a sweet treat while in Penn Station.

Came here to satisfy a little sweet tooth for my trip on the LIRR. Conveniently located in the Penn Station concourse is Insomnia Cookies. Everything is baked fresh and served at perfect warm temperature. The cookies are super tasty and makes the charming gift when visiting someone. Super fast friendly service. My order was ready b4 i knew it. Highly recommend!

A Sweet Stop Before Our Train! On our way to catch the NJT, we made a quick stop at Insomnia Cookies for a treat. We've always been fans of Insomnia, and this visit was no different--delicious cookies, just as expected. It's a classic grab-and-go setup, which worked perfectly for our quick timeline. The staff member on duty was a typical young worker--not particularly warm, but not rude either. Nothing especially noteworthy about the service. That said, for the price point of the cookies, I can understand why other Yelpers mention the lackluster customer experience. A little extra friendliness would definitely go a long way. Still, the cookies hit the spot, and that's what we came for!

I was excited that Insomnia Cookies was in Penn Station and I went in to get their classic cookies at $2.99 each. I got a chocolate chunk and a peanut butter chip. Peanut butter chip was very tasty with the peanuts inside. I love peanuts so that's why I got this cookie. It was so fresh and soft. For the chocolate chunk, the chocolate inside was very liquid soft and warmed so you know it's cooked fresh. It was very tasty and the right amount of sweetness and chocolate. Going to try their ice cream next time!

My coworker treated me to dessert while we waited for the train in Penn Station. We both got a cookie with a scoop of ice cream - I got a white chocolate macadamia nut w/ vanilla ice and she got chocolate chip with cookies and cream. This was my first time trying Insomnia Cookies. Though it was good, to me it's nothing to go too crazy over. I thought the cookie could have been softer/warmer. They do have a nice variety of cookies to choose from including vegan options. I would give it another shot. It def serves its purpose - satisfying a sweet. tooth!

While waiting for my train, I had a bit of time to get a snack in the station. Browsing the shops, I didn't really want meal food like a pizza or poke bowl, just something lighter as I get somewhere else. In this case a cookie sounded good. I ordered a drop coffee with nothing added to it as I just wanted to taste if it was good or not and I got a cookie with caramel in it. The coffee was slight sour which some might like but the smell of it was like the machine. Not bad coffee if you want something quick but not one I'd want to keep getting. It did keep me awake though as the name sake of the shop suggests. The cookie was also really good, warm and soft but it's a little oily where it can soak the paper sleeve just a little bit. Maybe that's how fresh cookies are but something to mention. They had classic which were normal small cookies and deluxe cookies that were more indulgent and bigger. The cost does scale with that which is fine The employees were nice, little banter like they enjoyed the job which was nice. Didn't take long to order I think the price of cookies is a little high because this is a specialty shop. I wouldn't say I could get it often but as a little treat, it's nice. They have boxes of cookies you can buy which I considered to gift someone or maybe if I just wanted a stock of cookies at home I would get one to indulge in

I heard Insomnia had recently opened a location at Penn Station. Who knew I would actually be able to pass by it. It's very brightly light store. They have so many cookie options- 12 Classic Flavors, 8 Deluxe Flavors, 4 Brownie options, 4 Vegan and Gluten-free options, plus a limited time flavor of red velvet. Don't forget they also have 8 flavors of ice cream. The employees were welcoming and patient since I didn't look at the menu previously and haven't been to this cookie place in so long. Finally decided on 2 cookies: chocolate chunk and white macadamia cookie. The cookies were nice and warm. Both are a bit on the sweeter side. I fortunately had a drink otherwise you might consider buying milk to go with the cookies. Since I used a gift card, the store has to manually enter the gift card number since it didn't have a scanner to scan the code. If you are in the neighborhood, check them out.

I was a little iffy getting food in Penn Station but the quality wasn't bad at all. My friend and I got the pick six and had a nice selection to choose from. I highly recommend the oatmeal raisin cookies. They were both warm and fresh. I thought it was a little pricey - it was about $17 for six cookies which seemed high, but it is what it is. Service is reasonably paced and the place seemed clean. It was good but would I be in any rush to go back? No necessarily.

Cute little spot in Penn station to grab something sweet before hoping on the subway. I got the confetti cookie (pictured) and the salted caramel cookie. Both were fresh and warm and very soft. I can see why they're popular, I really enjoyed them. I took star off because the cookies were a bit pricey, and I feel like it was even more pricey because it's in Penn station. The employees were really nice and helpful. I appreciated the service i received.

There are many locations around the city, but this location is conveniently located in Penn station and has a good amount of seating. We came here while they were closing and ordered the super 6, which is about $20. They were so kind and threw in two extra cookies. I especially enjoy the salted caramel. All of the cookies are soft and moist. It's definitely a nice late night treat and pairs well with some ice cream!

Yummy cookies plus friendly service. Being from out of town, the biggest challenge was finding the store in the Penn Station complex.

Unfriendly staff today at 11:45am. Since the customers are not a priority over their naps I went to Magnolias instead.

It is a true gem in Times Square! We were staying in Times Square and really craving Asian cuisine--but as anyone knows, it can be surprisingly hard to find a genuinely good, satisfying dinner in that area. Finding Bee-Licious was such a gift. From the moment we walked into Picnic (a digital ordering food court where multiple kitchens operate under one roof and you input your order electronically) the staff (Kai) was incredibly kind and accommodating, taking the time to recommend the honey BBQ pork combo--and wow, we are so glad we listened. The meal came complete with fluffy rice, a perfectly cooked fried egg, and a freshly prepared salad of crisp lettuce, sweet corn, and carrots tossed in a light, refreshing vinaigrette. The combo even included a water or soda, which felt like such a thoughtful touch. This meal was truly the highlight of our day. It tasted home-cooked, savoury, well-prepared, generously portioned, and absolutely scrumptious. Every bite was comforting and balanced, not heavy or rushed--just honest, delicious food made with care. We're Filipino-Canadian and lucky enough to have some of the best Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese food on the West Coast (Vancouver!), and this meal genuinely tasted like home. That says everything. We would 100% recommend Bee-Licious to anyone craving an Asian-flavoured, well-balanced meal--especially if you're overwhelmed by Times Square dining options. Please support local businesses and eat at Bee-Licious. You won't regret it!

In helping him troubleshoot the block, I learned of this amazing take out sushi that is unlike any other take out I've had before. We went for the Joji Box 1 and I wasn't sure what to expect but wow. This little box of goodness rivals some omakases I've had in person. The fish was fresh, and the rice was perfect temperature without falling apart. Even the box felt like it was a high end gift box. Everything is tucked away in this box: chopsticks, napkins, sauce dishes, fresh real wasabi, and even soy sauce from a tiny bottle. What a treat. I'd splurge on it if you want to treat yourself to a good "to go" lunch or dinner. Definitely do so if you have corporate meal allowance. I was always curios about Joji Box but it' s not cheap - so like many I wondered if it was worth it. Eventually took one for the team. The first time I got the omakase box I didn't love having to sauce/wasabi it myself but I think that's just being picky. The last time I got the omaakase box, the omakase chirashi and the maki flight. The omakase box is a good assortment with a shimi, salad, two maki rolls and 10 nigiri. The pieces vary with premium ingredients like kinmedai, ikura, uni, toro, etc. It's costly at $62 but I think you get what you pay for. The chirashi had a variety of sashimi, lots of ikura and plenty of sushi rice. It's very good but for $50 I'd rather kick in more $ for the omakase. Maki Flight is great, $21 for a sampling of their three best rolls. It's 12 pieces total but they're nice size with a good amount of filling. If you're looking to treat yourself for lunch or maybe a nicer dinner takeaway - solid choice. I'm convinced enough that I'll try Joji for real one night.
