    marshmallow roasting !

I went here, of course, on possibly the coldest day of the winter so far and was absolutely frozen. I had to wait a bit so I didn't burn my mouth but it did actually help me warm up. It was so thick and rich and not too dark and bitter which was great and they had some fun choices for marshmallows but I went with the confetti one which I loved. They brulee the marshmallow right in front of you which is fun and it tasted so good, not too burnt which I appreciate!

The most magical season of the year is finally here Glitter in the air, charm all around, and happiness everywhere you look. No matter how cold it gets, nothing can chill the festive spirit of people traveling from every corner of the world to celebrate. And when the cold calls for something warm... Make a stop at Winter's Wonderland - S'mores n' More NYC for a cup of rich, heavenly hot chocolate topped with marshmallows, right at Bryant Park, in the heart of Manhattan. Pure winter comfort! A special shoutout to the lovely lady in the video and to all the vendors working tirelessly in this chilly weather to make our holidays sweeter--thank you for spreading warmth and smiles. Happy Holidays! Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Very Happy New Year!

When I came here, there was no line. The one worker there was friendly and helpful. You just order from their booth. There is plenty of areas in the Bryant Park to enjoy it. Watching them torch the big marshmallow was cool. The hot chocolate is definitely sweet and rich. There are plenty of marshmallow flavors to pick from, but I didn't think the marshmallows made a big impact on the drink. Overall, the hot chocolate and the marshmallow were decent.

This is definitely the place to get a cup of hot cocoa! Went to stand at Bryant Park Winter festival and was blown away by this delicious concoction! This was the best hot chocolate I've had in a long time. It was loaded with a big vanilla flavored fluffy marshmallow that was toasted. The marshmallow was oohey-and-gooey and melted. It helped it stick to the side of the cup so it wouldn't fall off. The hot chocolate was tasty, smooth and thick. It was not too sweet and tasted like semi-sweet Belgian chocolate. The line was long but moved quickly. The service was fast and professional. The two employees were really nice and explained the entire concept to me. The ambiance was great! The shop is next to the lodge and the ice rink at Bryant Park's Winter Festival. I definitely recommend it! Enjoy!

The prices were reasonable for the holiday market. However, my s'mores wasn't good. The marshmallow didn't melt the chocolate. So I had hard cold chocolate. A medium warm marshmallow and then the hard crackers. It fell apart in a second and wasn't appetizing. I wouldn't go back. They ran out of napkins early in the day (this was a week ago) and then were getting mad when customers were asking for some. You need a napkin for s'mores.

Underwhelming experience. The hot chocolate was a bit watered down like some other reviewers said and the marshmallow wasn't melted fully so in the middle it wasn't fluffy and it was cold. I wished the hot chocolate had a thicker consistency and not as sweet. Other hot chocolates that everyone's selling at the holiday markets were better. The worker was amazing and friendly so 1 star for that.

S'mores N' More at Bryant Park is the perfect little winter treat stop. Their hot chocolate is rich and creamy, topped with a toasted marshmallow that makes it feel extra special on a cold night. The s'mores are fun and nostalgic, even if they can be a bit inconsistent depending on how melted the chocolate gets. It's a cute, festive booth to swing by while walking through the Winter Village, warm, sweet, and great for getting into the holiday mood.

My goodness what a fun place to get a hot chocolate anddd don't forget a marshmallow!! The service was stellar and the dedication to making my drink was incredible! He was enthusiastic about perfect presentation! Gotta love that cowboy hat too! It's quite rich but getting the funfetti marshmallow with hot chocolate was yummy and perfect for a chilly day! Ps. Don't be surprised if you have a bit of a wait, but it's worth it!

Great hot chocolate - the marshmallow was the icing on the top. Reasonable price and great presentation

This is the place to be if you want wonderful Hot Chocolate while at the Bryant Park winter village. But, one side note to pack your patience as there is usually a pretty long line for this booth. It moves sort of quickly. Whenever, I come to the winter village this is always my first stop. I brought some friends to come check it out this past weekend and they absolutely loved it! You can get hot cocoa in a paper cup or a mug that you are allowed to keep. The guy working this booth is awesome and all about the presentation of the drink. He likes to make the drink look pretty. When you get a hot cocoa you are allowed to choose what king if marshmallow. I got the funfetti one. They will then use a fire torch to make the marshmallow look crispy and then they put it on top of the hot cocoa. They also sell Smore's here. I never got it here but hope to taste them one day soon. I am sure they are pretty tasty. If you find yourself in the area highly recommend checking this booth out!

I've wanted to try this place for years, but was always deterred by the line. This year, I finally decided to bite the bullet and wait in line. I went on a Friday night, and the line wasn't as long as I've seen it before. It still took about an hour though. When we got to the front of the line, the guy working there had so much energy! It really seemed like he wanted to make each customer's experience special, and I appreciated that. I got the hot chocolate with the peppermint marshmallow, and I'm happy to say that it lived up to the hype! The hot chocolate was rich without being too sweet, and the marshmallow was delicious. If there's no wait or a short line, I'd definitely get this hot chocolate again. I just have to take off a star because waiting an hour to pay $13 for hot chocolate is ridiculous, but that's New York for you.

So so good! Loved the pop-up at the DC downtown market. The brûlée marshmallow is huge and a delicious pairing with the sipping chocolate. We tried the toffee and s'more marshmallow flavors. Can't wait to head back and try the poptart, Oreo, and confetti flavors. Definitely worth the 30 minute wait.

It took SO long in line to get this, but there is only one sweet man working at the front and he has the biggest smile/friendliest personality making you forget the hour you might have waited for this. The hot chocolate is solid and the variety of flavored marshmallows make it even better. There's a mini show of torching the marshmallow which is super fun. It's definitely a warm treat at Bryant Park, would only get it once tho because of how long this takes.

My fiancé and I had a lot of fun looking at all of the choices they had. There were some regular flavors like Milk Chocolate, White Chocolate but there were also some fun flavors like Pumpkin Spice, Milk Chocolate Sea Salt. On top of all of this, there is an option of prepackaged Lindt chocolates as well as different chocolate barks by the entrance. Definitely a fun thing to do with your friends as well!

They're also across the street from a flagship Ghirardelli store, which they also own, if you aren't aware. In general, I find Lindt too sweet, but that is also coming from someone who is a dark chocolate lover. For this location specifically, the staff here are friendly and give samples, which is a plus. Anyway, if you're wondering why you'd want to stop here instead of just going to the literal CVS around the corner which sells their products, you can customize stuff better here, and there are many more options. Along with the standard truffles they are famous for, there are flavors available only at this location, as well as seasonal ones. Some current ones include shortbread, made with milk chocolate, as well as a snickerdoodle, which I didn't realize was made with white chocolate, or else I wouldn't have purchased that one (it was still tasty,) and others. The truffles are around 62¢ post-tax for a single one, so it's a little cheap and tasty treat. Outside of truffles, there are bars, some fancier chocolates, and bark, among many other things. Of course, there's a Dubai option like every other chocolatier in case you want to purchase a cheapo version here. Obviously, the chocolates in general are not as high-quality as Läderach, Li-Lac, and other spots, but they are at very different price points, so that's to be expected. The latter spots are more artisanal, while this is a step up from Hershey's "chalk-olate" and other cheaper brands. If you're looking to buy a gift without paying an exorbitant price but still want a step up from Hershey's or similar places, I would recommend going here.

The great reviews and overall rating along with the fact they had an emphasis on sour beers (my wife's favorite style of beer) made it a no brainer. Also as you have likely seen they are a women-owned operation so another positive. We did mistakingly walk by it at first but quickly found it. It's a beautifully designed space and more unique than your typical brewery space. Also speaking of they have lots of drinks other than beers, including wines, ciders, cocktails, coffee and a couple NA beers. Due to the impending storm they were closing early but my wife and I each got a beer. I got their New England IPA called Sun Up which was citrusy and juicy with a touch of bitterness/hoppy notes. Then my wife got their fruited sour Peach Berry Punch that definitely had a punch of pink guava and peach but the berry was more subtle. Two great beers with plenty of other styles available too. Service was friendly with a smile and took no time to get our beers. Such a positive experience we plan on returning to give their cocktails a try! An absolute must visit for beer lovers who find themselves near Bryant Park! (Also non-beer lovers since they offer so much more too.)

I am a devotee of dark chocolate, and have tried every dark offering it has. Each is superb, even flavor combinations I haven't historically adored (like orange and chocolate - I know it's popular, but it's just not my favorite). That said, my personal favorite is the Anastasia, a hazelnut and dark praline enrobed in dark chocolate. It is exquisite. Service is always excellent. I've ordered in person and over the phone, and have always been so pleased with the staff. The website is helpful when ordering a variety, but if you'd like an entire box of Anastasia, for example, you have to call the Rockefeller Center store and place the order by phone. They ship once a week, and I always have my box fairly quickly. Boxes make terrific gifts ... including for yourself. If you're walking in, I recommend sitting down to enjoy a few pieces of chocolate, then taking the rest in a box with you. There is a cozy but comfortable seating area in the back just for this. This area is also an ideal place to enjoy some of their drinking chocolate. Highly, highly recommend.
