That being said, it is also a very personalized service. The chef is not only talented and likes to vary the menu from week to week but will also reach out to you personally to ask about any dietary restrictions and/or preferences. Deliveries are just once a week, and you will always receive a text the evening before so that you know when you should be ready to receive the food. I receive mine early in the morning, so the delivery never interferes with my work schedule. Our boss also had Gillian cook and freeze meals so there was always healthy food in the fridge for her or family, and she was able to do catering for parties. Gillian is incredibly adaptable. She's able to make such delicious meals that are so healthy, and can accommodate any kind of special needs. I watched her create dishes for vegans, vegetarians, pescetarians, low-acid, kosher, gluten free, dairy-free, nut-free, you name it, Gillian can do it. People raved about her tofu. Tofu! She's also able to make two options so everyone has something they can eat. She even made me a gluten free chocolate birthday cake with quinoa that was so good I froze the leftovers so I can have a piece anytime I want. And everything is gorgeously plated, and the kitchen left pristine. For three years I have enjoyed working in a place filled with delicious smells of whatever Gillian is cooking up that day. I have also really enjoyed knowing her, as she is a delightful, warm, and fun person to be around. There's now way to track like UberEats. This took some getting used to, but it's always been in the window. - Ice packs - they pack the box with ice packs, but probably not good for the box to sit unrefrigerated for more than a few hours.
