That is located right there .it is a decent size food court to enjoy your meal before your flight. We dont have to many of these restaurant in queens. And you here so much about cheese burger cheese burger. And you cant help but want to try it out. For your self . The cheese burgers were good we enjoyed ourselves with our burgers and French fries. I love burgers, I love airports. But in the case of Cheeburger Cheeburger, I don't love them together. As a self-admitted airport food lover, I can't bring myself to come here anymore. The toll of overpriced, uninteresting, and dry burgers can be detrimental to a proud carnivore. There are better places in Terminal 5, surely this isn't one of them. Service snobs won't have to worry here, because there is none. All orders are conducted through a touch screen, a semi-greasy and finger print laden smudged one at that, allowing folks to customize their orders how they see fit. No lettuce on the burger? Done. Want fries with that? Easy peasy. But no matter what temperature you request, the burger is almost always dry. Juicy no, toppings are minimal, and more bread than meat at times makes for a very lackluster experience. I've eaten here enough times to realize my subpar burger is no fluke, but a reflection of their sad consistency. CC fans might cry foul, but the expectations of a self-serve airport location should always be minimal. And don't get me started on the fries. If they're not hot and over fried, they're cold and limp. Same goes for the onion rings. Horrible. 20 minutes waiting for a burger (only one order in front of me) and the burger was like warm at best, and dry. I added cheese and literally the slice and a half of the provolone cheese was ice cold. Not melted or heated, just thrown on top of the lukewarm patty. I believe it cost about $22 for both the tenders and burger, and the ordering system requires you to place an order and pick up your food before checking out and paying. The associates here are ridiculously rude, as if helping a customer is such an inconvenience. I asked for some extra ranch and they looked at me as if I just ruined their day. The associate in the back dropped some onions rings on a tray and just placed it back into the bag with no regard for cross contamination or food safety. It's pretty amazing to see standards in food handling reach a new low especially in an airport with such a high volume of customers. Um, can I say I was basically amazed at the ordering process of this. When you walk up, it's just a big counter and two touch screens. I was waiting for someone else to order something from it to see if it was even legit. Oh, silly me. The Classic Burger ($5.99) is a large plain burger that tastes a whole lot of nothing, nothing more than bland ground beef.. It's got me wondering if they even used salt or any type of seasoning for that matter. They really overloaded it with ketchup to the point that you couldn't even see the beef, but it didn't seem to help much at all. It didn't look appetizing at all, and it sure didn't give me any doubt that this was probably one of the worst burgers I've had. So, I know this is an airport Food Court; but, you would still expect a half-way decent burger at Cheeburger Cheeburger, with franchise locations all around the US. From where I was standing, no one gave a fuck what this lady thought. I started thinking about those bags left on the back counter. Thinking of the $35 I spent on this food that I overheard from the staff "wasn't prepared right". Thinking of the flight I'm about to miss... Our food finally arrived and we rushed to the flight that we almost missed over a dumb meal. But at least now we have food. But at least now we have food... The burger was huge. And I mean that in the worst way possible. It was also a perfect circle. It sorta made me feel like they had a huge pile of mystery meat ground up into a big tube somewhere and then they slice off burgers. 8 months later they send that to Cheeburger Cheeburgers across the country.
